Pretty much the day the Spanoists took power, the Imperial Family had landed in New Fukuoka International, looking like just any other refugee from New Eonopolis or its big brother. They were now living in a complex in San Eduardo waiting to see if the situation over in their country would get any better, which it hadn't.

They spent the rest of their time discussing plans.

Excellent, excellent. We shall begin sending regular shipments of military equipment. Small arms and armour to start with, but also a number of bombers in order to crush the revolt in the remote villages.
Uncle Noel, with the permission of the government, would also like to send a battalion of his elite 'Eagle Warriors' in order to shore-up government defences. He would also place at the service of the government the resources of the Uncle Noel's Commisariat for Internal Affairs; Overseas Division (ie the secret police), in order to provide training and logistical support to intelligence services on the ground.

A large sum of money, in the tune of several billion Uncle Noel Shillings (which before you accuse me of godmoding, is only probably worth only 1 or 2 billion US dollars. Alas!), will also be loaned to the regime. This shall be for two things:
1) The financial support of the regime and its fighting men

Consul Disius sat in a small, yet comfortable, leather chair in his lavish Villa in New Roma. The villa was one of the many perks that came with his job. Commodus called any of the shots that weren't decided by the Senate in whole, including military operations with the approval of his Military Prefect.

News had reached him of a rebellion in New Eonopolis. He saw an opportunity for a new alliance, thus he was obligated to assist the rebellion in whatever way he could. He called for one of his men and ordered a message to be sent to the leader of this revolt. The message offered aid in military support, acctual men.

He now waited for a reply and word of approval from the Military Prefect.

We inquire if the nation of New Eonopolis is in need of military equipment. We may be willing to loan the nation of New Eonopolis AK-101s.

A group of Janissaries were seen in their uniforms. One night, a man and his wife were being assualted, the wife being sexually assualted. The Janissaries came and attacked the Spanoists, slashing them with their swords. A man, known as Mehmet said ''You are safe, they harm you no more.'' The couple fled and Mehmet was hailed as a hero.

Helicopters started landing. The tanks had been shipped in pieces, along with technicians to explain how to put them together. Altogether, one hundred tanks and three hundred technicians

One of the technicians asked a rebel, "If you've captured factories and can supply them with raw materials, we can give you the outline for a basic tank you can build yourself."

3 C-210 aerial transports flew unnoticed over New Eonopolis. They parachuted 100 floating boxes down, down, down onto the earth. Inside the boxes were mechanics and strange looking trucks. New Eonopolis, since you know the country it is probably best if you coordinate ground forces. If several large military aircraft are visiting a certain place, then it is almost certainly some kind of rebel staging area. In short: bomb such a place to hell.

Dongara, having just removed your Royal Family, it would be advisable if you started a propaganda campaign about how evil the former monarchy was. Nothing scary, just rigorous in its condemnation.

Meanwhile, I shall first send my agents into our military bases to ascertain their loyalties. I hope that I have the permission of the government to eradicate any military units discovered that are disloyal.

Just to tell you all, Maximillian and the Monarchy were not evil or corrupt. They were good people.

New Eonopolis thank all nations that have gave us support in this cause of destroying the rebellious rebels. The Janissary commander, Mehmet (still thinking of a last name) planned a march to the city of Eonopolius. He assembled several groups of Janissaries, Sipahis, Bashi-Bazouks and others and used them to seize the city. The Mehmetian forces seized the city after a fierce fight. The rebels were planning their moves on the Spanoist regime.

Also, several military regiments now disloyal began inciting riots in the city of Danteville. These military regiments were against Spanoism.

The Janissaries were against Spanoism, somewhat because of the ''Second Auspicious Incident'' in which the Spanoists disbanded them from active service.

This war was only intensifying, soon it would be full of chaos and despair, it would be a war of annihilation.

Our satelites show your rebels have gained airbases, and while land and sea based trade is much harder to discriminate against, keeping enemy planes out of your territory should be quite possible. Not to mention how huge convoy of ships would it require, massive amounts of fuel and continuous shipping of it - plus all the other equipment urgently needed to keep them going, and tens of thousands of trained specialist to maintain and use them. "Though," warned the Marine Captain as they were led into a Navy helicopter, "you should realise that we do indeed have ways of making you talk. Take them away."

3rd Battle Fleet of Madnestan, consisting 2 Titan Class Trimaran Fleet Carriers,
3 Omega Class Battleships, 3 Vulture Class Arsenal Ships, 6 Lion Class Heavy Cruisers and some 25 ASW and AA Destroyers and Frigates (OOC: Guaranteed Sarzonian quality!) was pushing through the waves of Nationstatesian Ocean. The speed wasn't too great, since the bunch of transport ships in the middle of it limited the speed to some 20 knots. Those transport ships and their precious cargo were however the reason for the whole trip, and Sea-General Shiria had to just swallow her frustration. Until now.

The shores of New Eonopolis could finally be seen through the strong navy binoculars and telescopes. Port and city of (OOC: ...?) sat there in front of them, in seemingly perfect peace, showing no signs of war that the sailors and officers knew to be raging all around this small country.

On the starboard there was something going on though. Rundan M3-fighters that patrolled over the fleet had naturally reported these ships hours ago, but now they could finally be identified. Or unidentified, actually. Besides those Uncel Noelian patrol vessels there were several mysterious cargo ships, being apparently investigated by the former.
Before moving towards the port, Fleet Commander Shiria decided to find out what exactly was going on there. She wanted to play it safe.

Frigates 009 and 012 were dispatched from the main fleet, and they cruised over the 30-or-so kilometres distance between the Battle Fleet and those cargo ships with their full speed. After getting close enough, the commander of 009, Captain Tughay, raised his megaphone and spoke out, addressing his words to the patrol ship floating nearby;

"Captain Tughay, representing Sea-General Shiria of Third Battle Fleet, Madnestan, here! We'd like to inquire, what's exactly going on in there? What are these transport ships, from where to where were they heading and why were they inspected?"

Tejano transport planes, loaded up with the tons of equipment going to the Anti-Spanoists, flew towards the secured Anti-Spanoist airfield.
"You think those crazy nations supporting the Spanoists will see us?" one pilot said through his radio.
"No, and if you keep the radar scrambler on, I don't think they'll see us at all," the other pilot said. The pilot hoped they didn't. They were all tan-colored planes-the color all Tejano military vehicles and aircraft were-and they all had the large yellow outline of a star on their wings. That labled them 100% Tejano Proletariat Aerial Forces, and they'd be screwed.
The planes finally approached the airbase.
"Hey," the pilot radioed the base below, "We've got some gats, tanks, and planes for you. Let us land, huh?"

A man replied in Ottoman Turkish over the radio ''You may land.'' He had it translated too. The Tejano planes landed and a man dressed in Ottoman attire said ''I am the head here. I thank you for supporting us against the Spanoists.''

Eonopolitan ships saw the foreign fleets and some said ''Seems we'll be having an bonanza!'' The ships fortified themselves in case naval war broke out.

Meanwhile,
The Janissaries seized the city of Presbyteria from the Spanoists and the Janissaries were preparing for more attacks.

Many miles away, on a frost-covered runway in some forgotten corner of Uncle Noel, a squadron of H-6 medium bombers prepared to take off. They were old, too old for modern warfare, but their mission today did not require modern technological sophisication. Air supremacy was assured.

It was five hours later that the citizens of Presbyteria were sitting down to breakfast. The pilots in the Uncle Noel bombers can refueled several times over friendly nations, but were here now. The Janissaries would pay for their insubordination.

Presbyteria's citizens were taking their kids to school, going to work, living their lives. The Janissaric AA defenses noticed the bombers and rang the air raid siren. The people were screaming and looking for their families as the Janissaries fought the Noellian Bombers.

"This isn't all the stuff we mentioned to your emperor," the pilot said to the Ottoman man, "Any more and we'd be flying a small swarm."
The supplies the Tejano forces had brought over was about a third of all the equipment Chairman Nagaraku had told Emperor Maximilian he would fly over. All of them were distinctly Tejas weapons or vehicles, with either the distinctive tan color paint job or dark wood furniture, and all the equipment had the yellow star outline on them.
"Best luck to you guys," the pilot said, "There's a whole 'nother set of planes getting loaded up in the Polluted Swamp. You should have another set of gear in a few days."

The Janissaries and others inspected and tried out the Tejano weaponry. ''Thank you for this equipment. We will use it to fight the Spanoists and await the rest of the equipment you will send.'' the Ottoman man said.

Chellian Rafale Block 10's have begun flying air superiority over rebel controlled lands, as well as close air support. Armed with ALARM's, in case of enemy SAM's, air to air missiles for enemy transport planes and air to surface rockets for ground support, they were ready for any fight.


"Message to all nations: The airspace over Eonopolis is restricted to Chellian, Joelian, and Eonopolisian aircrafts. Any other aircraft found over the airspace will be shot down without warning. Thank you."

"There's got to be some sort of air route that goes around them," the pilot said, "We didn't even see these Chellis guys when we flew in."
"Well, until they're dealt with or we find a secure route, we can't fly any more weapons to them," Katashi said.

The Three Elites, Constantinians, and Maximillianists held a meeting in a secret location. They discussed their greatest assualt yet on the Spanoist forces. ''The plan is to finish them off, with a great assualt. We will annihilate them. We will use what is called ''A Military version of Annihilationism''. ''Spanoism shall be sent to the city dump, so to speak.'' ''It is our plan to crush them. We will have to peel them off from our tank wheels.''

The Rebels created a huge and powerful army, under Field Marshal James Featherstone. It would overwhelm the Spanoists and it would also get help from the foreign nations supporting the Rebels.

''Our nation will see freedom and liberty once again!''. However, no one knew what a Rebel controlled New Eonopolis would be like.

OOC: Sorry, heh, didn't mean to patronize. If you really wanted to try and get past my forces, either using stealth aircraft(not really good for cargo), or dedicated jammer aircraft would be your best bet. The Rafale benefits from the SPECTRA system, including top of the line chellian computers(most aircraft use outdated computers, just because by the time you've replaced them on a plane, newer ones are out... NS doesn't have these restrictions). This means that they are fairly hard to jam.

Also, the use of mass decoys might work. If you flew 10-15 large RCS decoys with your cargo plane, it would require my planes to get in close range to know which plane to hit.

OOC: Could you be a bit more spesific? How many ships, how armed, how fast? Since I'm having quite a fleet there, right next to the Noelians, and that fleet includes 2 carriers that have some planes patrolling in a wide circle around it, along the coastline also, your gunboats will get detected way before they get into shooting distance. My forces would report them to Noelians, should they be heading towards his ships...

IC: Tejano transport planese were being loaded up again. This time, however, they were going to send a swarm in. However, it would be a swarm of decoys. Some planes would have guns and some wouldn't, but you wouldn't be able to tell which were which.
Of course, if New Eonopolis bordered a country that sympathized with the rebels to some extent, they might not have to do this whole thing.
