It was in the arctic northernmost tip of the Loudainian nation that work crews were working round the clock in shifts. Supplies were being sent in by train nearly every hour. The extent of the construction was massive. It was also Top Secret. Those working on the construction were contracted workers who lived in a camp near the worksite. They knew little except what they were told to do. From a rough observation it was obvious that an underground bunker complex was being built as well as an above ground facility of some sort. The Government was overseeing both projects. Simultaneously, two other such projects were being carried out across the nation in different regions. The two other projects however were merely carrying out the construction of above ground facilities/power sources.

All of these ongoing projects were kept Top Secret and the Military was enforcing security at all sites.

However at one of Loudain's main military seaports, a detachment of high-ranking military officers and esteemed scientists and engineers were waiting as the Pythogrian ship came into port. The two top ranking Military officials were Brigadier-General Clark and Vice-Admiral Natashkov. The two top scientists were Doctors Edmund Hart and George Lasley. The group of men waited with the others assembled for the Pythogrian team to depart the ship they were arriving on so they could embark on what the Government was calling...the Solarius Project. The attempt to harness the power of the Sun.
