DSC sat in a small room somewhere in the STHD. He had chosen the location based on many factors, one being the lack of citizens about. He was inside his command vault, home to about 3 million loyal citizens. No struggles, no arrests, no...deaths...would be seen. Everything was squeky clean.

I require a meeting with the leader of your country concerning Eonopolis, ASAP.
My own pilots can fly you in.

To: The Horde of Doom

Our Supreme General is en route via Carryall. Why is he needed?

OOC: Also, he comes with 4 guards with assualt rifles and armor.

Further details will be given upon arrival, but for now know that it concerns Eonopolis.

4 VF-12's support fighters escourted the carryall to the DSC's Vault. The foreign vessel was carefully led away from areas of "sorrow" and given a "senic" route of the barren landscape. A broadcast was quickly given to the Pythogrians from one of the planes.
Normally to breathe outside you would need a gask mask. However since your going straight to Vault 10, this is not needed.

The planes led the carryall to a large mountain like structure, shining in the sun. A hatch opened up on one side, and the planes landed.

Inside a host of dignataries, all in uniform blue trenchcoats and gas masks greeted the Pythogrian's and led them to DSC's personal office. The guards would have to stay outside.

The Supreme General sat in front of DSC. "So... exactly what is the problem?"

DSC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/images/300/gas_mask.jpg) stared at the man, the man who helped him win the country. Never before had he met him, and now they were face to face.
"Problem je moramo nijedan prevoditelj."

He snapped his fingers, causing a small speakerbox to fold out of the wall. A computerized voice translated.
"The problem is we have no translator."
DSC put his hands on the table and began to speak.
"I'm vlasništvo problematika u mojem odbrojavanje. Te znati , populist težak to razoriti mene , običan. na taj način to. Chanel razbojnik fokusirati , to je bio svojeglav mi koji je potreban da bi se koji se tiče rata. Moramo uzajaman neprijatelj Eonopolis. A small whirring was heard, and the mechanical speaker spoke again.
"I'm having problems in my country. You know, populists trying to destroy me, the usual. So...to...change thier focus, it was determined we needed a war. We have a mutual enemy, Eonopolis. I say we strike him, to end his fascist regime and to calm things at home."

The translator said, "Personally, I would be happy to take Eonopolis down. We're already at war, but more help is always welcome. With Hordian assistance, you'll clean your homeland, and we'll destroy Spano. I think we have a deal here."

His gasmask wheezed now, adding to the horrifying aspect of his voice.
"Odličan. Pa ipak Imam neki pitanje..." Once again the machine hummed and spat out a translation.
"Excellent. However I do have one question..."

He tapped his fingers on the desk and coughed, trying to figure out the best way to say something.
"Mi planira na koristeći nuklearni , kemijski , i biološki oružje sasvim podašno. Ima li bilo koji problem sa ovaj? Iskreno Ja vidjeti Internet kao put to svesti na najmanju moguću mjeru naš gubitak , i vidjeti ogroman prednost zauzvrat. Ukoliko imati bilo koji problematika sa ovaj , reći mene zatim , jer čim mi završiti ovdje. Mi otići u rat!"

"We plan on using nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons quite liberally. Is there any problem with this? Frankly I see it as a way to minimize our losses, and see huge benefits in return. If you have any problems with this, tell me now, because as soon as we finish here...we go to war!"

The translator repeated, "No. Pythogria will not condone the use of any WMD. We are there to defeat Spano, not burn Eonopolis to the ground. Unless you are hit first with a WMD, in which case we wil lglass the attacker, we will not allow WMDs to be used."

DSC nodded, already his mind working out how he could fake such an attack. "Razumjeti."
"Understood."

DSC extended his hand to the man, meaning to give him a firm hand shake.

The translator said. "Very good. We destroy Spano together."

Just to remind both of you - your leaders naturally know this in IC but in OOC it might have been forgotten - Madnestan stands side by side with Eonopolis. So, if you don't somehow manage to get him attack you first you'll have to fight me too. Madnestan is ready to go all the way to the full WMD-shootout. It's the word and honour of Beloved Father of The Nation, Warchief Tamujid, that's on the table... He has given his word.

The translator said, "If Madenstan attacks us with a WMD, they are subject to our LAroos Doctrine. Basically, we will glass them. Then you have my allies, like Cravan. He has 10,000 warheads, and I have 5,000. In a nuclear war, I can easily triple... nay, quadruple that. Then of course, I'm sure you'd support us. Then there's Franberry. I don't even know how many nuclear warheads he has. In general, we're safe. Maily because they don't want MAD, but also... you see, I have a bit of a system. In space. It can target a missile, and it fires watermelon sized bullets at it. At Mach 10."

"But as to your plan, certainly."

OOC: Hehe! This may turn out to be really interresting. But just for the sake of realism I must ask, are the national leaders of yours ready to take the risk that attacking me is, just to get down a shithole like Eonopolis and kill a pinpot dictator like that Spano?
My population is more than that of The Horde Of Doom and Pythogria combined, and my Military Bugdet is 9,2 Trllion in comparison to 0,5 of THOD... Thirdgeek doesn't work with Pythogria, for some reason, but I still daresay I'm pretty damn much stronger than you two. But, like said, this may still turn out interresting depending on how well is it RP'ed. If you really decide to try your luck.

EDIT: I'm talking about conventional means, btw. Madnestan doesn't use WMD's if it's not attacked with them first.

But yes, my leaders are. You don't understand-- they PUT Spano in power! Soldiers dead! And then he insults us and makes his own little dictatotrship.

As much as we like your money (and we do, really) using Biological weapons would be a good way to get cut off from Mondothian equipment. Chem and Nukes are okay though

The small translator had a clipboard in his hands, and twirled his rather long moustache. "The Horde will launch an attack very soon, wide spread missle attacks on shore defenses and military targets, followed up by Naval and Aerial landings. As of yet we are...not knowledgeable of the terrian of Eonopolis. Do you have any maps we could consult?"

OOC: Alliance-wankage? I can drag the whole CIN and most of MAP to back me up if it goes to that. There is a chance that many of them will decide no to step in due the evilness of Eonopolis, but technically attack against him is against me due the fact I have quite a bunch of soldiers in his nation. And as you'll be the attackers, I doubt if your allies will be too eager to support you in this war neither though. Atleast I wouldn't be in their position.

BTW, could you post a link to the thread&RP you "created" Eonopolis? I'd like to read more about the early stages of his nation.

OOC: Madenstan, you being stronger, I'm pretty sure it's not fair to bring in a whole bunch of allies. Us, being disadvantaged, need help.

OOC: Pythogria, there are two ways of Rp'ing a NS war. Traditional way of those who are really involved, =attacker and defender, or a coalition/s who have some real reason in fighting the war in case.

And the alliance-wanking, in which the nations aren't compensating with their armies and RP abilities but their ability to cry and beg as many nations as possible to help them out. This usually ruins the RP, with more than 20 participants it gets usually very messy and stupid.

It's up to you two, as attackers and holders of initiative, to decide which way we'll do this. The most realistic option would be the decicion of not attacking at all. Up to you. But if you decide to take the silly way of having that war, I'll respond in similar way.

OOC: Read again what has been said. I have RP'ed with Eonopolis some time now due the internal problems of his and made a special pact of mutual support and defence with him. Besides that, I have quite strong military force in Eonopolis at this very moment. If you attack, I will naturally step in.

It was Pythogria who started to talk about dragging allies in, something that I'm firmly against in cases like this. If you decide to attack, very well. We'll have an interresting RP with four participants. If he takes his allies in too, I will have to respond in similar way and we'll have 20+ people fighting. Silly, but not my fault. Up to you two.

No, seeing as this will be suicidal. I was never involved with Eonopolis other than the first RP and putting sanctions on, OK?
