In light of recent setbacks, Emperor Tylus V invites you to his Empire at Theyst III. The Empire's focus is mainly Economic and military, and hopes of absorbing nations via conquering and recruitment.
It is our goal to have spies in major regions for under-the-table recruitment and for monitoring that other nations arent empirically opposed.
All Nations joining the empire must be in the UN, and must endorse Epsilon Andromedae, the Delegate.
