British Romania

My nation is descended from the Romans who were in Britain.
For centuries, the Romano-British ruled their new homelands. They were ruled by Emperors, who ruled from Nova Londinium (or New London). They spoke Latin and possibly some of the old languages of Britain. The Imperial Line was said to descend from Ancient Rome and Britain. The current Emperor was Octavius the 45th (may change). He was married to a girl named Antonia who was a well known teacher and author (may change). With her, he had 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. They lived in the Court of Julius Caesar in Nova Roma, instead of Nova Londinium.
One day, during a meeting with ministers, Octavius brought up the need for diplomatic relations. ''It is well known that diplomacy is the key to survival in this world. It benefited Rome, Byzantium and others and it will benefit us as well.''
He asked that this notice be written up:
''To all nations,
The Romano-British people seek diplomatic relations with the nations of the world as we don't want to fall into isolation. We would like diplomacy with the world's nations so that we can have good allies or just good old friends.''
