Need allies but not to move regions? Then join the Desolate union. This isn't a recruitment but a band of nations allied in their quest for world dominance and Fame. Well we now have a region as well ( the desolate union) but you don't have to join it to enter the alliance. The non region union is a band of nations that trfade, talk to and defend each other.
