Hey,
I was just wondering, what do you guys consider the best Tank and Fighter out there at the moment, and why? Also, have you tested these machines in combat and how did they fair? I'm trying to find out who has the best weaponry out there.
Thanks

Myself, I think my XM-1 MBT is the best, and my Terrabyte fighter is the best, but that's a bit biased.

Any reason why you think its the best? Have they been combat tested?

Well, they've been used in combat a lot. My XM-1 is quite heavy, and a bit slow, but it can tear apart most other MBTs one-on-one with a 120mm ETC, AT missiles, and Florernst Turrets. (Florernst Turrets intercept incoming shells and missiles with very large bullets.) The XM-1 is also very effective against infantry with two coaxial .50 calibers and two .50 calibers on the roof. It's also got SAMs. It's armor is pretty much awesome too. It's made of amphorus steel (steel with no discernable pattern in atomic arrangement) sandwiched between two ceramics plates. Covewr the outside with triple-hardness steel, and there's XM-1 Armor. (It's called Kyon-1.)
The Terrabyte is quite light, has little to no armor, is incredibly fast, and carries 16 missiles, and an autocannon.

Interesting, do you sell these XM-1s? I'm looking to re-equip my armoured corps

Yes, I sell XM-1s. $15 Million each.

You can't really say which is the best. Designs are based upon doctrines and so they may be the best for one nation but not for someone else. There are too many variables to really say which one is the best on NS.
Personally, I believe the SuF/A-6 Wraith and the SuF-8 Phoenix are the best air superiority fighters on NS for my own doctrine. But they may be the worst for someone else. Pick your units based on your own doctrine not on others.

Too true... everyone has their favorites, but a commonground that I've seen is that many consider Clan Smoke Jaguar and Macabees to be at the forefront of armor, and there are so many aircraft designers out there right now, including SU and myself that make an incredible array of aircraft, suited to whatever purpose we need them to, like my F-33 Caid, being carrier capable and land launchable, helps me reduce my maitenance for my air corps, and my multitude of stealth aircraft and UCAVs for my SEAD ideas and then the heavy bombers that follow...
