WNNS NEWS REPORT, BREAKING NEWS

(Camera from a helicopter looks toward the Ayl Regional University, surrounded by police vehicles, SWAT, Several Large Military Trucks and several Tanks.)

We are getting a live feed of what appears to be a on-and off Battle between Facists terrorists and the Ayl City Police, SWAT, and Members of the Willink 4th Infantry Battalion based in the neighboring subrub of Rockdale. The Terrorists, school students linked to a Facist Terrorist orginization called FLFW, entered the University an hour ago and began using explosives and firing upon staff and Students. Several are reported dead, along with several of the Terrorists and at least 4 Police officers. We will continue to moniter the event as it unfolds, and update you by the minute, here at WNNS News in Ayl.

Students Nickolv Johnsten, Craig Mathers, Matthew Connerson, Kevin Jones, and William Vinerack sat within one of the classrooms of the main hall, eyes scanning outside. Armed with Automatic weapons, moltov cocktails, and Pipe bombs, they had attacked the university, and were holding some 35 students hostage within the Gymnasium of the Main building, the students surrounded by explosives and trip wires, being told stepping an inch would set the entire setup off. Armed with AK-74's, G3A3's, Glock's, and a Barret M83, they sat on the desks, shooting Aimlessly out the windows at the long line of vehicles in the buildings parking lot. Several dead bodies lay about, along with small fires caused by explosives.

The Cities police had responded to a report that gunfire had broken out at the University, and that several students had been wounded. The first Squadcar to arrive had been torn to bits by Gunfire and left one officer dead, and his partner seriously injured. A dozen more Squadcars arrived as the Group began firing at students fleeing across the University's lawn, leaving several wounded before gunfire from police forced them inside. From there they had traveled through the school for a second time, shooting at the remaining students and staff, leaving multiple victims wounded or dead, and igniting two rooms on fire.

The Terrorist orginization Called the Facist Liberation Front of Willink had been recruiting members in cities and teaching them basics in weapons training and explosives, and how to get their point across via civilian violence. This was planned as the first in many attacks across the country in the following months.

A Detachment of the 4th Brigade, members of the SFDE (Special Forces Detachment Echo) began to conjure up a plan on how to rescue the remain students and hostages. Pinned Behind a T-6A Tank, they began to radio other officers and military units at the scene to lay down supressive fire on the classroom so they could move to the building. Four Police officers and Two Soldiers opened fire on the classroom with M16A3's and M9 hanguns, tearing apart the Crematics and Windows, as the Hostage takers lunged onto the floor, covering their heads and crawling toward the door to the hallway.

Inside Main Building

The Remaining hostage takers began to run down the hallway to the gynasium, and started screaming at the hostages in German. Before anyone could say something, Nickolv opened fire into the crowd with an AK-47 at waist level, causing several to fall to the ground or play dead, and leaving several injured. Vinerack grabbed him by the shoulded and started to yell, before they walked out of the Gym, leaving a trail of blood behind them. The Special forces team was now alongside the side doors of the building, but stopped when they noticed Pipe bombs and a homade claymore lining the inside wall and began to seach for another way in.

Connerson had climbed to the clocktower of the building with the M83 and began to fire upon police behind the Squad cars, killing one and causing the others to dive under their cars.

We're a Cafeta Class Cruiser off your coast. Being a nation on good terms with McKagan means we like to keep an eye on incidents in your nation. It's troubling to see a terrorist organization form in a nation that was once a member of the Saharistan War Coalition.

We have a CASI unit aboard this vessel. They're more suited to advanced scouting, targeting, and suspect capturing. They'd be highly valuable in the aprehension of any suspected cell leaders that aren't engaging at the moment. If you need their assistance then please provide us with the appropriate locations. Also, it may be better for us to drop one squad off somewhere else and meet up with one of your own ground units to provide a second level to any assault we launch.

Jones became increasing anxious, and after unloading all his remaining AK-74 ammunition on the police forces, he coldly walked away from the other hostage takers and locked himself in a classroom, took out his Desert Eagle from his waist, and pointed at his head, and pulled the trigger, killing himself. The other hostage takers became rather nervous, and returned to the Gymnasium. They began to threaten to kill the remaining hostages, aiming at them and pulling the trigger with the safety on to scare them.

An GYT-09 Assault Helicopter lifts off from the rear flightdeck of Teen Spirit. Aboard it a team of 8 CASI Scout Troopers check their light weapons and prepare to be dropped into a warzone on a college campus. Just the type of engagement they've been trained for, in all actuality. It was the idea type of mission to be a CASI's first trial by fire.

The aircraft quickly moved across the surface of the ocean. Two gunners stood ready on the DREAD gun positions to engage any targets that threatened the delivery system.

After just a few moments of being over land the helicopter slowed and decended. The Scout Troopers, who were by definition lightly armed and armored, quickly exited the helicopter, which had to sit down for only a few moments.

Quickly, the six CASI's moved together - just incase sniper fire was an issue they hadn't been warned of. Armed with CF-11 SMG's, except for the teams sniper, the team waited to be greeted by the commanding Willink officer.

Undisclosed Location, International Waters Near Willink

The Maiden Class submarine had just recieved the databurst signal it wanted from the National Security Agency. The NSA personally responded to the men aboard the ship who had asked to help the Willink government, saying that the small HKSF team had been given the general OK to assist Willink and its hostage situation. He also told them that he would take care of informing the Willink government of their presence. With the OK to commence operations from the NSA, the Maiden Class slowly rose to the surface of the shimmering ocean. When the ship came to a stop upon the calm waters the top hull doors opened fully, bathing the flight deck in warm sunlight. The six man team boarded the helicopter quickly and silently. As the helicopter turned it's engines on the flight deck the NSA was at his desk in DeMaio City planning a transmission to the Willink government.

Outside Building
The Renewal of Gunfire inside the building caused several officers to jump. Medical staff recieved authorization to assist the injured outside, flanked by Police officers. Deputy Cheif Mark Condon approached the Spizanian Spec ops and Mckagan's CASI's operators.

"Okay, here is the breakdown. They are anywere from 10-12 Terrorists inside the building, along with an estimated 40 hostages. There are also an unknown number of dead and wounded within the building also. Currently we are attempting to put together a plan to enter the building, although it appears all the entrances are covered with homade claymores and pipe bombs, and we are taking sniper fire from, well, somewere in the building, but we frankly do not know were."

Inside Building
Johnsten left the gymnasium and climbed the stairs to the third floor, and entered the library. Students still in the building hid under the computer desks, behind bookcases, and in the copying room next door. Johnsten started to mock the students hiding, and threw a pipe bomb at the main desk, which exploded, killing a student. He then began to spray the room with fire from an Ak-74, bullets pierceing through the computers and bookcases, and he walked forward, reloading his weapon. He peered under the desk, and said "Peek-a-bo", unloading 15 rounds under the desks, killing and wounding multiple students and the librarian. He walked around the library, shooting more students, before tossing a pipe bomb into the copying room and walking out.

The men's observations were correct, the helicopter was descending, and it was coming down on a soccer field. As the helicopter crew began taking the helicopter down, the special forces agents began suiting up. The men were getting into their BDU-64 battlesuits, making sure their weapons were loaded, and overall getting ready to go.

When the helicopter finally did touch down, the six men stormed off the helicopter. They looked mythical with their armor, weapons, and sidearms adorned to their battlesuits. Before the Willink officer laid down suppression fire, the major had said "This here is Smith, he is a well trained sniper. I ask that before we leave you guarantee you can get him into a good vantage point." The major then pointed out Smith, who had his 12.7mm sniper rifle slung on his shoulder.

When the suppressing fire erupted from the M-60, the five men making the assault into the building sauntered off to the general direction that the man had pointed them to. They were jogging through the open field when the terrorist fire came at them. The men stopped running, shouldered their weapons, and calmly started walking and firing bursts into the windows. When out of the sight of the terrorists they spotted the McKagan and Willink special forces operatives, and made a furious sprint towards them.

Several small explosion alongside the frame of the clocktower blew apart her lower supports, causing the whole structure to come down crashing across the Buildings rear Facade(Nearly landing on the Willink Special Forces Squad), littering the area with a layer of dust. The dust rushed into the Lobby throught the blow-out main doors, disturbing the all the Terrorist hearing a massive crashing sound.

Johnsten got up, kicked the TV over and began to run up to the fourth floor to see what the ruckus was. The Terrorists in the Gym began to throw pipe bombs into the lobby to prod if anyone was there, before firing off several shots at the police and military again, before retreating into the Buildings Cafe, littered with dead and overturned tables. They walked into the kitchen, rolling out several large Stoves and Friges, blocking themselves inside, before attempting to detonate the Pipe bombs surrounding the hostages. Of the 14, only one went off, but this nevertheless killed 8 and wounded numorous more. The other hostages instantly began to run, leaping out classroom windows and through the blown out main doors, dodging fires and running for cover, being escorted off by soldies covering the building. Johnsten, seeing the Hostages through the window, began to fire out a 4th floor window at the fleeing hostages, wounding 4 and killing 2, before diving on the floor, recieving M16 fire. He crawled over to Connerson, who was gravely wounded, just as he reached him he expired.

Johnsten took his glock, and ran down to the 3rd floor, throwing a Moltov Cocktail in the Student Lounge and began to fire aimlessly upon Vending machines and Payphones. He shoved a dead student out of a Armchair, sat down, and began to breathe heavily, waving the Glock at his face.

The CASI's needed to get in a better position to have their firepower be effective against the few terrorists. The second round of grenade clips the team loaded was mostly cluster grenades, and everyone knew this. They'd be highly useful for clearing out windows and the like.

Seeing students coming from the lower windows gave the sign that the students were all shifting downwards in the building. This meant that there was a higher chance that anyone on the upper floors would be hostile.

Upon realizing fire had came from one of the 3rd floor windows, Davis himself calmly walked over to it, raised his rifle, and put a cluster grenade inside.

The CASI squad continued to shift, however. Moving closer to the building, they prepared to make a breach once the fire in any specific area died down.

The McKagan CASI Squad split up. Three of the troopers, including the Major Davis, went around towards the side entrance to start an infiltration effort there. The other three, a diversionary force, moved in through the rear of the building. With their RDV-12 Hydra Next Generation Battle Suits protecting their full body against stray rounds and shrapnel it would take a flanking mistake by one of the troopers to leave them exposed enough for enough firepower to take them down to be launched.

Could we please get an update on the situation in Ayl?

Do you believe that there will be future terrorist attacks in the region? If you do, would you mind us shifting a Hydrita Class Amphibious Assault Ship into the area to provide greater troop numbers to support future operations? It would be highly helpful if we could dock the ship at a wide, friendly port, but if that isn't an option we will gladly use our other assets to land assets.

The Willink SFDE squad Smashed a 1st floor window with a rifle butt, unlocked it and climbed into the room, which appeared to be a small testing room off the main hallway. There were no dead in the classroom, but several desks were overturned and broken glass on the floor. They Kicked open the door and took cover in the main hallway, only to see a large fireball rip down the hallway from the gym detonation, shaking the entire building. They opened up with G-36 burst down the main hallway toward the Gym, before crossing across the main lobby and taking a postion next to the stairs. They would need to search the entire building. They sent a voice command to the Hailandkill, Spizanian, and CASI teams to search and clear the building for any remaining terrorists.

Inside Cafe
Mathers and Vinerack sat quietly. As Mathers began to speak, Vinerack climbed up from the floor and walked into the kitchen, grabbing water bottles out of the Fridge and throwing it to Mathers. He then made his way further in, and tossed several pocketsfull of Handgun ammunition into the Freezer, before turning around, Aiming through the Iron Crosshairs of his G3 at the Doorway, blocked by stoves, tables, and chairs. Mathers sat quietly against the wall, holding his AK-74 close to his chest.

Having barricaded areas was a usual sign that there was terrorist activity in an area. That's how it always was. Terrorists never seemed to understand that by taking time to build a defensive area it was a sign that they were looking to USE that defensive area. As such, the first CASI Team (the one without the Major) had a primary job of LOCATING any possible resistance zones.

Moving upward in the building - it's only a matter of time until the remaining forces are discovered.

A single combat armoured figure stood up and chucked what looked like a peice of putty with a small box attached to it at the window, it stuck and figure dropped to the floor of the compartment as the chopper swiftly climbed above the window.
Then ten seconds later in a white flash the charge exploded, turning the window into a storm of fast moving shrapnel that travelled almost horizontally across the room and dug itself into the oppposite wall, any injured people on the floor would meerly be dazed.
The chopper returned to the window and the entire team of thirty two women jumped out onto the floor of the classroom. "A" section stayed behind to help the wounded that were in the room back onto the chopper while the Captain lead the other two units over to the door and out into the corridor

Hearing Spizanian forces enter upstairs, the 4 man Willink Squad began to check each first floor classroom carefully, making sure to check for explosives. As they headed toward the remains of the gym, they heard something move near the lounge-lunch area adjecent to the cafe. They silently moved to the area, preparing to lay down fire. When they reached they found two dead students, and one crying out in pain with gunshot wounds.

http://www.archmedia.com.au/resources/aa/2005/01/images/090202.jpg < alot like that, with a open area next to the second floor, with windows and a large Atrium that continues to the third floor, with classrooms on the fourth.

The CASI assault team was moving quickly though the building. The usual terrorist holdout in an area like this was a small room, and thus the best places to look were classrooms, closets, and kitchens.

Advancing towards the kitchen gave the obvious feeling that there was someone inside. It was hard to get in, and seemed to be laid out in a defensive arrangement.

To check for the sign of any terrorists in the kitchen, the CASI's upstrapped a dozen tear-gas grenades and lobbed them in. Followed by that were three pellet grenades.

The small, elite, Killian team was slowly advancing to the second-story overview of the cafe. The two men in the lead, both armed with DAC-91's thought they saw something armed move in the corridor they were advancing through. Both men simultaneously opened fire. The silenced weapons hardly made any noise, but the 4.8mm caseless rounds made some sort of small thud as they crashed against the wall.

False alarm...for now.

The team still was creeping through, keeping an ever vigilant eye out for armed suspects.
