In the event of the death of the Princes Lojaz and Gyenzrek, the husband of Princess Aerdeline, if being of Catholic extraction, will become first in line for the throne of Dumii. If not, then the husband of Princess Aerdeline will be Prince Consort, and the Princess herself full monarch.

Princess Aerdeline is twenty-one years of age and is 5 foot 9 inches. She has shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, a pale, heart shaped face and attractive features. Dear Sir (Representing Mr Richard Harrington)

It is my pleasure to welcome Mr Harrington to a Garden Party to be held in the Posterliz Palace on the 4th of May. I have sent airline tickets through my aide, Karla von Gurizt, and hope to see Mr Harrington very soon. I will not meet Mr Harrington at the airport, as, customary to Dumii tradition, it should be the suitor to visit upon his lady and escort her to their destination. Consequently, having been given a car from the Dumii Foreign Affairs office, Mr Harrington will present himself at the Royal Palace at one o'clock in the afternoon on the 4th of May, escort me to the car, and we will present ourselves to the Count and Countess of Posterliz, and their daughter, (a personal friend of mine) at two, thereby proceeding to the festivities.
I look forward to meeting Mr Harrington as soon as possible, and extend my greetings to the Ruler of Thetania.

''I can't believe it. I am going traveling.'' Richard said. ''Be respectful there. Thetania is a reformed nation, away from those STO killers.'' an assitant said. Richard got on a plane and he read Anna Comnena's The Alexiad as he waited to be in Dumii. When he got there, he got out of the plane and waited for Dumii officals to greet him. He was wearing formal attire, for the occasion.

In the Royal Palace, Princess Aerdeline was contemplating her extensive wardrobe, accompanied by her maids, and was also wondering what her date for the evening would be like.

At the Kollin International Airport, two Dumii officials met Mr Richard Harrington at the terminal's exit.
'Please step this way Mr Harrington. Your car is ready. We will take you to the Kollin Intercontinental Hotel, so that you may deposit your luggage in the Dignitaries Suite, and then we shall proceed to the Royal Palace.' said one, who's name was Kripzkof.

Richard Harrington greeted them and went into the car. ''I hope you can see me up there, John. God keep you in his hands.'' Richard said to himself. ''I only have small or medium luggage by the way.'' Richard remarked. He waited to see how this would all unfold.

''John, I hope you can see your brother, how he is meeting royalty.'' Richard said to himself, he missed his brother dearly.

The Dumii official Kripzkof (who was also the driver) took them off the new road connection to the airport, and they were soon driving through the cobbled streets and winding roads of the Old Town.
'The Kollin Intercontinental is just up here,' said Kripzkof, turning round to speak to Mr Harrington. 'We can leave your luggage, go for a meal where we can discuss protocol, and then drive to the palace.'

''That is ok with me.'' Richard said. When they got to the hotel and when they were eating, Richard asked ''What is the Dimii Protocol?''

'Firstly, you will not be meeting the King today, as he is away opening a new school in Roztgram. You will however, meet the Queen. You address her as 'Your Gracious Majesty'. When being introduced to the Princess, you address her as 'Esteemed Lady'. The Count and Countess are 'Your Grace' 'My Lady'. The Count and Countess's daughter is also 'My Lady.'
On being introduced to any nobleman or woman at the party, you bow and wait to be spoken to. You may address other guests as 'Sir' or 'Madam'.
Kripzkof took a sip of wine.
'You do not call anyone by their first name unless invited. Likewise, no-one will address you by your first name, unless you invite them to. You will most probably be addressed as either "Sir" or "Mr Harrington".'
Kripzkof smiled sympathetically. 'I realise that this must be a lot to take in. Do not worry, I'm sure no one will take great offence if you make a mistake.'

Richard wrote it all down and memorized it. ''Shall we go to the Palace?'' Richard said.

'Why not.' agreed Kripzkof. 'It is almost half past twelve. We should make it in good time.'
They drove off from the Kollin Intercontinental until they came to the wide boulevards and tree-lined avenues of the New Town.
'The Royal Palace is here, at the end of the Processional Way.' said Kripzkof.
The car drove up the gravelled driveway, and Kripzkof led the way to the entrance hall. Several ceremonially-garbed soldiers saluted them as they passed.
A tall, stately woman in a peach coloured suit and wearing a small silver tiara came forward.
'And this must be Mr Harrington!' she gushed. 'Welcome to our humble abode. Well, one of our humble abodes.' She laughed, lightly.
'I am Queen Theodorantia of Dumii.'

'Your Gracious Majesty, it is an honor to meet you at last.'' Richard said, kissing her hand. ''I hope to fit in here, in Dimii. I also hope to meet your esteemed daughter.'' Richard said. He did bow respectfully also. ''My brother would be proud. My family is too.'' Richard muttered.

The Queen looked pleased. 'My daughter shall recieve you shortly. I fear she is still choosing what to wear.' She bustled into a sitting room and sat on a settee.
'Please, help yourself to tea and cakes.'

''That is good. I can't wait to meet her.'' Richard said. He sat down with some tea and cakes and said ''With all respect, you look beautiful today.'' Then he tried to open conversation with the Queen.

'Why thank you sir. You yourself look very dashing.' said the Queen as she poured herself a cup of tea. 'My daughter shouldn't be too long. So, in the interval, tell me a little about yourself.'

''I was the head judge for the Thetanian Trials. My brother, a Roman Catholic Cardinal was hung after being forcefully defrocked. I was against the group called the STO who killed all people of any religion, lncluding Christianity, Islam and Judaism. I have learned to put behind the suffering, chaos and despair but sometimes I remember how horrific it truly was.'' Richard said, hoping he did not scare or upset the Queen or anything.

The Queen put down her teacup.
'I understand entirely. My sister was executed at the height of Dumii's civil war thirty years ago. I was only fourteen, but I saw my sister, who was the queen at that time, dragged from the Royal Apartments with her husband and shot in Residence Square. Her body was then burnt along with the ten thousand civilians that resisted the uprising of the General Alarjik of that time. I went into hiding, along with the rest of the Royal Family, until UN forces took Kollin by force. The monarchy was reinstated, and my second cousin, the present king, asked me to marry him. The Civil War is one of the reasons we don't have a standing army anymore.'
'I am sorry for the loss of your brother. It is a sad subject to think upon, is it not? Then let us not think of it further.' She refilled her cup.

''That is a sad story to hear. Our civil wars are the same, they have been nothing more than a mortal's Hell.'' Richard stated. ''You say that a person has to be of Catholic extraction to hold the Throne of Dumii? Just wanted to know.'' Richard stated. ''Other than being Queen, do you have a career you go into? I am a judge, I study law and criminal justice, etc while my late brother studied Theology and so on to be a Cardinal.'' Richard said.

''Will your daughter be coming? We don't want to eat all the food and drink all the tea, she would want some.'' Richard said.

'Other than being Queen, no I don't have any other professional interests. I studied music at the National Music College, and I occaisionally play for the guests at the palace and sometimes in the Kollin Symphonic Orchestra.'
A serving maid came and whispered in Dumii into the Queen's ear.
'It seems that the Princess has made up her mind. Shall we go out to the stairs to greet her?'

''I am sure you are an excellent music player. And yes, let us go meet the Princess. I would be honored to meet the daughter of a beautiful woman like yourself.'' Richard stated.

The Queen led the way out to the entrance hall. The maids and other servants gathered at the foot of the stairs also.
The princess appeared, clothed in a long flowing dress of silk and muslin. Her hair was piled on top of her head in a small mound of expertly crafted curls. She looked fresh, and young, and beautiful.
As she reached the foot of the stairs, she turned to meet the stranger, who must surely be her suitor, and curtseyed to him demurely.

''It is an honor to meet you. Your mother's beauty must have passed on to you.'' Richard said, bowing respectfully. ''You have picked a perfect dress.'' Richard stated. ''What shall we do first? Might I suggest a tour or a stroll?'' Richard suggested.

The Princess smiled. 'If you will excuse me, we really do not have the time. We are already slightly late for the party, so I think we should leave as soon as possible.'

''That is fine with me. Let us go attend the Dumii Party.'' Richard said, extending his hand. As they walked, he said ''Why don't you tell me about yourself. I would like to know you a lot more better.'' Richard smiled at her and thought ''She is a young beautiful woman. I hope everything clicks between us.''

'Well, my name is Aerdeline Diana Cordellina Esmerelda Controndjek. I am the third child and first daughter of His Majesty King Jeopard III. I can speak Dumii, German, Italian, English and Polish fluently, and in the process of mastering French and Spanish. I play polo, golf and often ski. I also have a degree in Politics from our National University. Ah, here is the car.' She stopped as the car drew up and looked questioningly at him.

''My name is Richard Harrington. I have many degrees in law, criminal justice and other fields. I can speak Greek, Amharic, Aramaic, Hebrew, Latin, German and many other languages fluently. I play sports like baseball, hockey, basketball and others.'' Richard said. He escorted and helped the Princess into the car and then went in himself. ''It is a pleasurable honor to go to this gala with you.'' Richard stated before pulling out a book and reading it.

'I see you find our conversation most interesting,' said the Princess, a little coldly 'Please, do not let me disturb you. We shall be arriving momentarily.'

''I do find our conversation interesting but I do like to read as well.'' Richard said, placing the book down. ''You are not disturbing me at all. I can't wait to get there, especially with you.'' Richard said, smiling.

The car swung into a long gravel drive up to an enormouse Baroque palace. Other cars, mostly Bentleys and Rolls Royces, were parked around the front steps, which were big enough for a tap dance finale. The car stopped, and the princess looked over and smiled at Richard.

''Let us go to the party.'' Richard said. He went in with her and said ''This is an exquisite place, surely made by the greats.'' He smiled and said ''Shall we meet the Count and Countess?'' He was having a nice time with her, she seemed to fill up the places of sorrow in his heart.

'We shall.' The Princess slipped her white gloved hand into his, and led him up the gleaming marble steps.
'Your Grace, My Lady, it is a pleasure to see you both so well. May I introduce my guest for this evening, Mr Richard Harrington.' she said to the Count and Countess.

Then a gunshot was heard over the hall, suddenly a man running in black robe full of blood "Sir Richard..." then another gunshot. The man gasped his 5 seconds air to deliver the words "Fig...ng la.. a clock hel.. b..... em emp..." while on his left hand is an opened letter and two simple words writen

At Festive table a lady wearing a judaic insignia with an outline dagger saying with authorithy, "Sir Richard Harrington, brother of a Great Roman Catholic Cardinal... i know im unexpected guess on this royal banquet since our nation is just a grasp of sand as to compare to yours... while you Sir is at date your region is about to set on fire by... deliver my message to the Allied Forces"

"oh were is my manner. My lord, im Erenaus Seer of the Greater Vatican XIII" she said with trembling voice as if her life is at stake and obvious shaking while drinking vodka.

'An honour sir.' said Lady Posterlitz, curtseying politely.
