The Nation of the Abandoned

Free Orphans

My nation is a nation ruled by orphans, abandoned children and others. I am not a sicko or anything, just thought it would be a idea.

James Featherstone was the one man responsible for creating the nation for orphans, etc. He was acclaimed as ''Father of the Nation'' and he ruled as Minister of Defence, giving the leader role to the ''Council of Seven''.

The Council of Seven was a group that led the nation, the leader was the head of this Council. The current leader was Giovanni De Medici (may change). His first part as ruler was to have diplomatic relations established with other nations.

James wrote this notice up:

''To all nations,
We wish to open diplomatic relations with other nations. If anyone would like to do so, contact us so we can discuss relations. Thank you.''

<subject>Re. Diplomatic relations

Dear Sir.
It has been long since my nation has found itself in a position where we feel able to offer open arms toa new nation and I find myself rejoicing in beign able to do so. The goal and objectives of your nation bring great interest within the Kingdom of Crookfur and as such I write this message to offer our hand in freindship. I ackwoledge that at times the behavior of my nation my appear "eccentric" and that at times our political beliefs may well colide but it is my firm belief that a frindly relationship can do nothing but bring benefit to both our nations. I beleive that a full diplomatic contact will shortly be made by the Crookfur parliment and foreign office but i felt that that you might feel mroe encouraged in your endevours by a more open appraoch from one nation's father to another.
Wishing you all the best and that the blessing of God be with you.
Yours
Cameron VII
King of Crookfur,
Grand Regent of the Militant Orders
And Defender of the Covenant

To: Crookfur's Monarch

Our nation would be glad to have diplomatic relations with your nation. We understand our beliefs, etc may clash and so on but we are still hopeful for a flourishing of diplomacy between us. I am recognized as the Father of The Nation because me and others helped these children, etc have their own homes. May diplomacy between us flourish!

Signed,
James Featherstone

You can visit the LON/WYC offices here. It's unkown if the WYC will set up an additional office outside the LON, as it was founded by individuals, not national Governments. But like i said, you can be a meber of WYC, and not be an LON member

IC:
James McIntyre, Ambassador, finally relaxed as the Crookfur diplomatic jet leveled out from its climb and the seatbelt lights winked out. Why on earth did the outbound and inbound flight paths to Kirkhill International have to be so bloody steep, surely they could have found a decent bit of flat land that wasn't surounded by mountains, he didn't mind flying nromally but the take off from KHI was enough to put anybody off at times, no wonder the royal family liked to use the Royal Yatch or fly from one of the bomber command airfeilds.
Anyway enough bitching its time to get down to the current mission, he though as he lounged back into the comfortable beige leather of his seat, lets see, The Free Orphans, hmmm. Certainly not the worst national background in the world, so far no nukes or threats to invade anyone, generaly freindly outlook. Ah well at least this should be a bit more interesting than the usual embassy work in one of the allied nations. Pulling what little bits of information the foreign office had managed to gather togather Ambassador McIntyre settled down to read.
