Stallmer-Brennan Intl' Airport, expected to open for international flights on June 4, 2006, has airline contracts up for grabs. The new airport was built to replace the old Karason City airport, which had been far over capasity for years. In 2000, the service area's approximate population was one million people, mostly poor. Now, in the Karason Metro alone, there are nearly 1.5 million people, most of whom are of middle and upper incomes. This number is expected to grow exponentially in the next five to ten years. The airport can handle any MT aircraft, and most terminals are equiped with dual boarding systems, which allow passengers to board and unboard from the front and back of the plane.

Contracts start at 5 years

Domestic flights may leave Intl' terminals, but Intl' flights may not leave domestic terminals. Also, Intl' flights may not arrive at domestic terminals.

Mondoth Air Int'l would like to use Stallmer-Brennan Intl' Airport as a regional hub for Mondoth Air flights. Asgarnieu: ISO codes are the 3 letter symbols that indicate the airport. The list I linked to on the first post includes all of the domestic airports.

Virginia Nova: I don't have airports with those codes. I can't find them on the wiki list either. Perhaps you misunderstood: Domestic service is flights to other airports in MY nation. There's a link under the picture in my first post.

The airport has officially opened! The first international flight arrived at 9:00 AM, Simtropolis Daylight Time (UTC-2). The flight was Northern Delon Airways #2038 comeing from Kedalfax City. The plane pulled up to Terminal 8, where the Karason City Secretary of Commerce cut a cerimonial ribbon.

Kedalfax think about it ... if a race from off planet decided to put a spaceport here on Earth. I don't think that would stop people who had the ability and wish to use the service to travel off planet even though we earthlings would still be considered MT. But if you insist on insulting my intelligence then I see no reason to allow your population the opportunity for space travel so I will move it somewhere else.
