Well, if you only want one, fine. But like I said, who's the threat? I won't use nukes, I'd like to talk sense into them.

We do not actually face an assault on our country yet, we are fighting over an island a couple hundred kilometres off of our coast that we had laid claim to. We do not believe our nation is directly threatened, and the situation on the island has settled down and we have submitted a request for a cease fire and are hoping for a peaceful resolution to the conflict. We simply wish to have this weapon as a deterrant against any possible assault or attempt at a regime change. In all fairness, we were initial aggressors by seizing the island, but are hopeful that we can end this peacefull and return control of the island to its citizenry. Also, once more, thank you for this weapon.

TABGejigrad would discourage the nation of Veragon from building up nuclear weapons. As an alternative, we offer a small detachment of the Gejigradian armed forces as a peacekeeping body.
