Here's the idea. The Makoki isles are an island chain in the Pacific. About the same size as Hawaii, but full of iron, oils, and resources. Several nations discover them at the same time. Tensions flare, as claims are disputed. Maybe this leads to war, maybe not.

Most utterly certainly! How many transports do you need? I can provide 96. Each can take two tank brigades (In my army, 200 tanks.)

Enough ships to transport 30 mechanized infantry battalions. That's 1,000 soldiers each, with enough IFVs to transport 50% of the soldiers (The other soldiers have to ride desant). We ride a 4.0 tonne IFV, the LNIM-3 (An improved version of the M-3).

If things go poorly on the island, we'll have to bring in more soldiers.
