(Trumpeting fanfare, a red carpet is unroled, rose petals are strewn in the path of the King of the New Britannian Empire, as he Enters a choir whole-heartedly sings "Rule Britannia" and "God Save the King")

Greetings from New Britannia! I am the King of the New Britannian Empire and founder of the region of New Britannia! I wish to be introduced to the rulers of the world. Come fourth! Approach my throne and introduce yourselves.

The Supreme General of Pythogria, Khonsu Izakabad, was there. He approached the throne, flanked on both sides by enormous, seven-foot tall guards, all wearing body armor and carrying ZA-1 assualt rifles on their backs, with 40mm grenade launchers attached.

He bowed low, as is the traditional Pythogrian greeting. "En Taro Adun. I am Khonsu Izakabad, Supreme General of the Limited Democratic Empire of Pythogria."

The current President of Viviani, Carlo LaRocca, entered, wearing his usual immaculately-tailored grey wool three-piece suit. He was flanked by his interpreter to his right and his Prime Minister to the left. The interpreter repeated the King's words in "Vivian," the native language of Viviani. LaRocca smiled. He nodded his head to General Izakabad, and faced the throne.

"I'll let this king come 'fourth,'" LaRocca said, so quietly that only his Prime Minister could hear. "I'll come first."

LaRocca took an additional step forward and bowed, his arms wide in an expansive gesture of greeting. "Carlo LaRocca, at your service."

The Czar of West Corinthia entered the throne room with one arm raised high in greeting. As he was quite fond of ceremony, he had put on a large production of preparing his own entrance. He wore black leather armor in the Ancient Greek fashion, with a Corinthian helmet held with his other arm just above his waist. Behind him appeared two Hoplites in full metal armor, with large round shields and spears for the sake of showing off to the other foreign delegates. The two hoplites also carried sidearms at their waists.

The Czar approached the throne, but stopped short. He would have to wait his turn to introduce himself. He glanced around, as if looking for someone. Finally he spotted his translator and motioned for him to come forward. The man obeyed, and came up behind the Czar, bowing repeatedly along the way.

A young man walks in, he is wearing the uniform of a Captain of the Combined Armed Forces of Colorado and Texas. Flanking him are three members of the Secret Police. He bows low and says" We bring greeting from the Reformed land of Colorado and Texas from the Wasted America Region. Please except these silver Claymores as a gift."

Arch Arsonist Carpathia Ziemowit, approached the throne. As a former MDEAR (Mer Des Ennuis Army Ranger), he was heavily battle scarred from countless conflicts, and his heavily decorated Class A Dress Uniform was as spotless as ever. Giving a crisp salute, he said "Greetings, Mer Des Ennuis bids you welcome and peace."

Dj Bowen accompenied by Major General Adam Zorlock and 5 Broodlings (highest ranked guards) was next to approach the throne he bows low and says "Greeting your Majesty I am the president of The Democratic Socialists Confederacy of Bat Land. This is my military commander and 5 of the best trained gaurds of my nation, I am pleased to meet you, may you reign a long time."

I thank you all for coming! Welcome to my throne room. Let it be known that any who wish to join me in residence in the region of New Britannia is always welcome. (guards post themselves on either side of the throne, the arch bishop of the New Britannian Empire places a wonderous crown on the King's head, "Rule Britannia" is played by an orchestra)
