OOC-OOC means out of character right? Hello, I used to play NS as Rommelwood, a nation that used to be on NS. I may have offended some people, I think I may have, during my time as Rommelwood. I wish to apologize fully for this. I want to restart everything with a fresh start, so here we go. Sorry if I offended, angered, et cetera anyone when I was Rommelwood.

Emperor Ferdinand XII of Rommelwood was now the reigning Emperor. For some time, Rommelwood fell into obscurity, becoming isolated. However, Ferdinand was to change all that. He ordered ''The Anchor of Isolation must be lifted.'' He decided to send a letter to all nations:

''To All Nations:
Greetings be to you. I, Emperor Ferdinand of Rommelwood, wish to declare that Rommelwood is open for diplomacy with other nations. I look forward to opening diplomatic relations with the nations of the world.''

Ferdinand sent the letter and waited to see if any replies would come in.....
