Of old there had been an ancient powerful order existed that had been destroyed in the great wars of the final days of the border worlds of the Eternal Empire of which were assailed by the slave hosts of the Dark Eternals which cost terrible amounts of life on both sides. I that war an order of once many tens of millions now had been depleted to a few thousand survivors after the final assault on the order’s main planets. The order which had been dissolved many thousands of years ago due to the lack of those with the genetic markers that once had flown through the watchmen had been limited to few of people, until modern times in which the gene has once again been prevalent enough again to form a group sizable enough to reform the order.
The Eternal Watch had never been officially ended though because a few hundred people remained sheltered by the Eternals and their children rose in the presence of the Eternals. Though never going over a few thousand in number they had played significant part in the preservation of their order’s history and proud traditions of their limited people. As well these people would be the leaders and teachers of the new orders. These people were also the members of an ancient people from a distant world that the Eternals had visited hundreds of millions of years ago and there they were able to recruit their people to join the Eternal Empire and as well use their great combat powers for the common good.
The new members of the order will be the direct descendents of this race, even though they may not be of pure blood due to the integration of their blood upon many different worlds into the populations. Upon many of these a member of the order they were sent and they would track down any person that they sensed from their telepathic feeling that they got when they were around people of similar mental abilities.
OOC: Generally, these trackers are being sent to random worlds looking for people to join their order who bear the ancient gene of their race. This gene grants the possessor of it telepathic powers, power to read mind, able to heal from wounds that would otherwise be fatal, capability to lift and bear weights many times of their own weight, able to see things at much further than normal people, see in the dark, see and respond at a rate much faster rate than normal people, use telekinesis to lift objects, jump extremely far distances, heal other persons wounds, deflect blows with mind power, a lifespan that is ten times longer then their normal one, and a number of different things. Many of these powers were bestowed upon the members of the order and their descendents in order to repay them for their countless years of loyal service to the Eternal Empire, due to this an Eternal can awaken, grant, or revoke these abilities and the gene from a person who becomes corrupt and evil.
