Peter Popoff, Prophet and Leader of Miracle Springs was at a Miracle Service. ''That's a Divine Transfer!'' he said to a woman who had recieved 500,000$ after using the Miracle Spring Water. After the service, he decided to pray, pray for diplomacy. You see, Peter was looking for nations to open diplomacy with the nation that he ruled, Miracle Springs. After praying, he decided to take a pen and paper and jot down this:

You see, I want my nation to have alliances, foreign embassies and so on. I ask you, nations of the world, to consider unlocking the locks and opening diplomacy with us.
