Royal Italy

This version of Italy is one in which the Monarchy is kept after World War II.
In Rome, the Italian Prime Minister looked at the icon of St. Maria Goretti, it was her feast day and it was a national holiday as well. The Italian Prime Minister, Giovanni D'Angelo (may change) was the current Prime Minister and leader of the Italian People's Party (may change).
Giovanni went to Parliament and took the podium. ''People of Parliament. I have decided to open diplomacy with other nations. Italy must open itself to diplomacy.'' He said to the other people.
As services for Maria Goretti were held, Giovanni wrote this letter:
''To All Nations:
I, Giovanni D'Angelo would like to ask nations to open relations with the nation of Italy. Our people would welcome diplomacy with other nations and it would be appreciated. I hope you will consider this.
Signed,
Giovanni D'Angelo''
