The nation of 23Eris today announched its intention to place a trio of weater and data imaging and studying satellites into orbit within the next 3-6 months.

"Ideally, we would like to have the first launch take place within a month. However as our nation currently lacks the facilities to launch these satellite successfully, we will need to purchase the launch from another nation." Dr. Danlie Ferris stated. "If all systems are go, we would launch the next two satellites sometime over the next few months following, with the intent of having all three satellites in geosynchronous orbit within the next six months maximum."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have an active space program, have the capability and willingness to launch these satellites, the nation of 23Eris is willing to pay a rate of $13,000 per pound for the launch. The three satellites are identical and weigh 9,000 each for a grand total of $117,000,000 per launch, or 351,000,000 for the total payload.

As a bonus, the nation of 23Eris is willing to add on an additional 50 million as a 'quick launch bonus' should all three satellites be in proper orbit within 90 days from the acceptance of the Erisian offer.

We can easily launch all three of your satellites for $351,000,000. They will be launched from a small island near the equator within a two month period. We will use three two stage rockets to launch these satellites. The first stage will be recovered and recycled. The technology is reliable, affordable and simple. The second stage will be used as part of our space program after the satellites are released. The price you are asking is well within our means. We are going to use a more reliable version of the Proton rocket which has been in service since the 1960's. It has better engines lox, better control-- diamond chip processors, and more advanced materials composite materials. These are workhorse rockets and will get you what you need. Typically a proton rocket runs between 20-50 million apiece. We will even include the technology to build them as part of the package. We will be spending approximately $90 million for the whole launch.

The Corporate States send up satellites each every other week, im shore that the Corporate States can fit in your satellites the next Launches in 6 weeks time. All we will need is the right data (orbit etc), we can also book the mission control room for your people to keep track of the mission, our people will keep an eye on the rocket.

Commonalitarianism- We accept your offer to launch the satellites. We will wire half of the funds now and the rest upon verification of appropriate orbit of each satellite. We will also include the 50 million bonus should the launches be completed within 90 days.

Geneticon- We would be interested in purchasing two of your Celer Aestus rockets for research purposes. If you accept the offer, 1 billion will be wired to you upon reciept and verifiation of goods.

CorpSac- We have already come to an agreement with another vendor for launch services, however we are interested in purchasing rocketry technology for purely scientific and economic purposes.

The satellites are launched. They are spaced one week apart. They reach appropriate orbit without problem. We send out an ocean recovery ship to pick up the rocket engine which has fallen in the ocean. The upper stage is picked up with what looks like a salvage ship which is launched from a space station. The upper stage will be recycled. We are ready for another set of launches. The rocket booster is reconditioned and a new second stage is added.
