Kubra only has a small navy, only 15 submarines. The companies of Kubra do not hsve the capabilities to produce naval weaponry, so we would like ot buy ships from other countries. Merely name oyur price, and we will see if it's purchasable.

Well, if I had to give you a reason(s) to pick from my selection I would say:
My ships are 100% reliable, require little to no maintenance. 100% original (nobody else has them) They are simply FAR superior than ANYBODY elses!

$500 million for all 15 Los Angeles-class Submarines. However, since I must use my Wells Time Gate to go back into your tech-level, it will cost you $20 million extra.

My narion has a very strong economy, but we only have an interest for that eye-catching battlecruiser.

Rest assure, we will buy that ship when we can.

Never mind, I'll just take 1.
