This is a nation with the faith healer, Peter Popoff as leader.

Peter Popoff was a faith healer, known for the Miracle Spring Water. Now, he was ''Prophet and Leader of Miracle Springs.'' He had other faith healers like Don Stewart, known for his Green Handkerchief, become Minister of Religion.

Peter Popoff made in a speech ''I, Peter Popoff, the Prophet and Leader of this nation, wish to open this nation to diplomacy with the world's nations. I look for trade, embassies and other similar things. May God's Anointing be with you all.''

***Incapaciton is non-lethal nerve gas. Depending on dosage, it can make a person slow, drowsy, rather dumb, and clumsy for an hour up to a week. (WARNING: Too large of doses may be terminal.)
