We wish to have diplomatic talks with any Arterusian countries who wish to have them. Any Arterusian nation wishing to voice its concerns is to meet our representative in international waters.

The large boat rested in open waters. Waters controlled by no one country. It would be the meeting place for all parties wishing to voice concerns, sign treaties, and speak to the Kraven representative about recent events. The people wouldn't have to worry-Henry Jenson had no intent to harm any other ambassadors unless they tried to harm him, in which case two Centurians were stationed in the room next to the Conference Room. He would await the other ambassadors for now.

Larry Woodsworth, the Errikan diplomat, watched as his ship neared the Kravenian boat. When they grew near enough, they sent the message:

"Hello, Kravenian negotiator! Errikland has sent a diplomat to dicuss terms with you. We assure you that he is unarmed. We are sending a small boat to carry him to your boat."

They waited for a response.

Upon news of Kraven opening negotiations with other nations in the area, Cravanian satellites swarmed over the area like flies on fresh shit. They watched carefully, waiting for Kraven to slip up...

The reply came quickly;

Come on aboard. We are awaiting your arrival.

A hydrofoil with GCR diplomatic markings approached the large ship. The craft came to a halt about 1,000 feet from the Kraven ship.

"This is Ambassador Zhou from the Greater Chinese Region. I would like to board your ship."

The loudspeaker again cracked and announced;

Good evening, you may come aboard.

Zukariaa']The reply came quickly;

Come on aboard. We are awaiting your arrival.

The small boat was unloaded from the Errikan liner, and the diplomat clambered inside. He held his suitcase tight to himself, knowing that its contents would be needed in the negotiation process.

The vessle trudged along for a moment before reaching the Kravenian boat. Woodsworth was quickly unloaded and the small boat trudeged back to the liner. It would remain there, ready to pick Woodsworth up once the negotiations were through.

OOC-this is taking place on a Super Dreadnaught, just so everyone knows. Have your guys take their place in the conference room.

The hydrofoil accelerated, pulling up to the side of the Kraven ship. Zhou entered the Super Dreadnaught and headed towards the conference room. Once there, he took the closest seat.

After seeing the ambassador enter the ship, the hydrofoil pulled back to a respectable distance and cut its engines. It would stay there until the ambassador was ready to leave.

Woodsworth took his seat at the conference table, setting his briefcase down beside him and straightening his jacket. He had heard another ship arrive. Based on the accent of the message, he was betting the Chinese.

At least he wouldn't be the only one negotiating with Kraven.

A Jaredcohenian t-copter flew over the Super Dreadnought.

"Requesting permission to land." A radio transmission was sent. Inside was Brutavius Clay, Jaredcohenia's Minister of Foreign Matters.

The speaker again cracked;

Permission granted. The Conference Room is down Hall A12, Room 763C-2. It's down the fifth right.

Henry straightened up,"Good evening, gentlemen. First off, I'd like to clear up what your reasons for being here are."

The transport copter landed, Clay got off, holding his suitcase. He was wearing a grey suit, not military uniform. Clay is perhaps the only high-ranking official who was not active in the military. He straighted his tie as he watched the copter take off and a boat begin to sail in, his exit. He walked through the dreadnought, looking at the immense technology. He finally reached his destination, and sat down.

Henry looked up at the Jaredcohenian ambassador,"Hello! I was just asking these two what their reasons for being here are. I would like you to tell me the same."

He continued waiting for a reply.

Zukariaa']The speaker again cracked;

Permission granted. The Conference Room is down Hall A12, Room 763C-2. It's down the fifth right.

Henry straightened up,"Good evening, gentlemen. First off, I'd like to clear up what your reasons for being here are."

He awaited the reply.

Woodsworth cleared his throat.

"I am here to solidify the establishment of peace between our peoples as well as begin positive relations and trade. Also, we are interested in purchasing a previously mentioned technology that we believe could save many lives. The purchase of this technology, however, is a secondary priority to peace and trade."

Clay looked at Henry. "The majority of our islands are for tourism, and we do not want civillians killed. And you have a blockade on one of our ports. To be honest (OOC: both IC and OOC), I do not want a war at all. See, Jaredcohenia has mainly dealt with civil wars, and well...I've yet to have a war outside my own continent. I wouldn't want my first foreign war to be against the entire Kraven Corporation...we currently have military in four parts. Our island northwest of our largest tourist island, our island north of Blue Derado, on our border with Kubra, and on our border with Kubra."

Out in the water, a small racing boat zoomed to the super Dreadnought. The driver was loudly shouting gleefully into the air, apparently enjoying his ride. Then the boat came to an abrupt stop beside the super Dreadnought.

"Oy", the man yelled up. "Would someone throw me a rope"?

The Kubran ambassador had arrived.

A rope, ladder fell down the hull and onto the boat. The Kreigsmarines that had tossed it down laughed at the ambassador and walked off.

Zukariaa']A rope, ladder fell down the hull and onto the boat. The Kreigsmarines that had tossed it down laughed at the ambassador and walked off. The ambassador merely smiled, and asked "could you be guys be so kind as to lead me to the other ambassadors".

"Weapons will not be shipped out of that port, I promise. A battleship is stationed there for protection. Only way weapons will come out of that port is if a boat needs to be refueled, and a boat will have some protection on it if it is one of my nation's naval vessels."

"Us just saying we don't want war means nothing. We were hoping for a treaty or something physical like that. Also, positive relations can mean much more than not being at war. A nation can not be at war with another nation and have very negative relations. And . . ." he pulled a paper out of his suitcase and laid it on the table in front of Jenson, "We would also like to purchase this."

"It is currently used widely by Kraven forces on the troops, but we would like to develop it for civilian purposes. It could save many lives."

The two Kreigsmarines looked at each other and laughed.
"Its just down the hall," one said, pointing,"That way."

Henry replied,"We will continue to search the ships. We do not want to take a chance. As for that technology, sir, no. Absolutely not."

Then he stopped,"Actually, sure."

RP ON PAUSE UNTIL KRAVEN REPLIES TOMORROW.

Zukariaa']The two Kreigsmarines looked at each other and laughed.
"Its just down the hall," one said, pointing,"That way."
"I advise you to stay out of my vessel", he told them. "A squirrel seems to have infiltrated it, and it has eaten to many of the poisonous Kubracarrots, although they are posionous they seem to work as a nerve and muscle stimulant to those damn squirrels.". Then he proceeded down the hall.

It was amazing General Howe had allowed someone to attend the conference.General Howe hated Kraven for what they had done to other nations and what they almost did to him.He was glad AMF won the war before Kraven was able to get a foothold on Frenzian ground.

''Kraven this is Hotel Victor One,requesting permission to land,over.''

The blackhawk helicopter hovered in the air waiting for a response.

Since a Samtonian fleet had happened to be in the area in transit to newly aquired Samtonian territories and it just happened to have on it a diplomat experienced enough to have standing at the conference, an entire Samtonian battlefleet brought Hans Laabs near to the single super dreadnought sitting in international waters.

The navy decided that one of the four original Doujin-class superdreadnoughts it possessed, the Pestilence, would be the appropriate vessel to near the Kraven ship. As the rest of the fleet hung back, turrets gleaming from the fresh scrubbings they had received and hulls freshly painted, the massive shape of the Doujin drew near to the Kravenite vessel. One could still see the scorch marks present from when Reactor 3 had blown, even though many years stretched betweeen that day and the current one.

"Kravenite vessel, this is the APRS Pestilence requesting permission to unload one diplomat for attendance at your conference. He's also requested a private session for discussion of more sensitive matters with your representative."

OOC: Yeah, I hate it when that happens OOC: If you ever see a man with a dark beard, dark hiar, scar around his left eye, tatoo of a skull on his back, then catch him and bring him to us. He's wanted for introducing the carrot to our ecosystem.

The Doors to the conference swung open with a loud Clatter, Immeadiatly Capitol Police Naval Troopers stormed into the room, their Jackboots clattering against the metal floor, their weapons were held ready, their glowing eyes sureying the room with a dark menace...

they spread themselves out across the room, standing with their backs against the walls and looking inwards towards the group of people sat listening to the speaker...

A few moments of aprehension and a silence that could have cut the belly of a snake sliced the room in two... The Capitol Police... and the Ambassadors...

A those few moments of silence were broken by four more pairs of Black Jackboots entered the room, their black uniforms were a stark contrast to the Military Grey of the walls, their uniforms bore the mark of the Kraven Secret Police, and the red arm band sported the Twin Hammers of Kraven...

"Gentlemen... Please do not be alarmed..." The first of the four men spoke while walking towards the podium at the centre of the room...

they reached the steps up onto the raised platform...

"Mr Jenson, you are found guilty of Crimes against Kraven, and conspiring with forces not within the Supreme State, by the power vested in me by the Kraven Secret Police, I here by order your execution, to be Terminated Immediatly..."



The Reichmarshal had now reached Jenson, and with one swift motion his .50cal pistol was out and against the temple of the Ambassador...

there was a small pause and a click, before Jensons brains exploded out of the left side of his temple... what seemed to last hours was only seconds as seemingly in slow motion, Jensons body fell away from the Pistol and collapsed to the floor... his precious life blood seeping out gently onto the hard metal floor...


"Gentlemen... I am Reichmarshal Davros, Area Commander of the Arterus Secret Police.... I will answer your questions Now..." he spoke seeingly unphased by what he had just done, quietly replacing his pistol without thinking...

The Capitol Police remained on guard, but now their weapons were placed in the Parade ground fashion, by their sides.... still an intimidating sight to anyone watching....

Clay looked scared. He thought to himself, I hope I don't need to change my pants. He was scared of the way the Capitol Police looked.

"Well, I saw what you did to both the Demorans and the Zukariaans, but all I need to ask is this. Mainly, my country's islands in Arterus are for tourist reasons, you know? My mainland remains at around 20 degrees centigrade all year round, and it is practically in the high 30s here. We do not have many military bases here, only two. As my country has yet to go into a foreign war (OOC: i dont want my first foreign war to be against kraven, of all groups :( ), we do not wish to fight you at all. Also, we want the Zukariaan blockade removed. It is hurting our economy..." He was still terrified at how calm the Reichsmarshal was after shooting a man. The guns carried by the Capitol Police were a lot bigger than Jaredcohenian standard issue guns, and looked a lot deadlier.

OOC: I dont want my first war against kraven/my happy pale skinned-trying-to-be-tan tourists to be bombed into oblivion, if you can understand.

A fighter squadron patrolling the skies got an order to sonic boom the front of the ship. A warning to the Zukariaans that Blaglug was watching them.

The squadron dove down and approached the ship at subsonic speeds. Quickly accelerating to hypersonic speeds, the squadron passed right above the ship, dangerously close.

The sonic boom came a view moments later as a deafining "explosion" around the ship.

The Vessel however wasn't Zukarian, it was an Overlord State Vessel of the Supreme state, and now the Blaglugian craft had attracted the attention of Kraven, itself...

Anti Air Missile systems came online even before the craft had broken over the waters, radar systems began tracking the craft and already a target lock was made on each craft, within the few seconds the craft broke the sonic barrier, "Hellstrike" Surface to Air missiles roared from their various missile tubes that lined the deck of the Annihilator, making their way towards the targets as they passed the bow of the vessel...

An Officer strode onto the bridge, a Captain, he gave a sharp, crisp salute in which the Vessel Commander returned it in kind...

"Sir, what should we do with the Blaglugian air craft that have approached?"

"Has the AA systems come online?"

"Yes sir, they have responded.." The Captain spoke, looking at the smoke trail left by the missiles...

"Excellent, send word to The High Command, that the Blaglugians are becoming brave.."

"very well Sir, I'll see to it at once.."

The loudspeaker turned on, a new, low voice could be heard;

Frenzian craft, you have landing permission. You will be shown the way to the conference room. Do not enter any other rooms. Do not touch anything. Thank you.

The men in the helicopter smiled hearing the loadspeaker.The helicopter landed and the man sent to negotiate got out along with 5 special forces guards.The men walked down to the conference room and opened the door.Inside they saw the dead body and the special forces stood in a half circle around the back of the negotiators chair,facing the Kraven forces,weapons lowered as a sign of peace.

''I am General Woods of the Frenzian Army,my first question,who is the dead guy?''

The Reichmarshal began to speak, holding his hands against the podium and looking directly at the congregated people...

"Firstly, Kraven forces are on Stand down orders, no further expansion is planned as of yet, however, any forces amassing near, or on the Borders with any country will be sign as a Hostile act of war, and Pre-emtive strikes will be made, this is a warning.."

"Secondly, this thing lying there, is a Thought Criminal, one not fit for existence within the Supreme State... he was executed as per Kraven Civil Law Doctrines.."


The Reichmarshal paused for a moment, casting a glance across the room, before returning his gaze upon the Ambassadors...

"Any further questions?"

The Capitol Police, while not holding their weaponry ready still maintained an Omnious presence within the room, the small special force unit was heavily out numbered, further more this was the first time Frenzian soliders or people had ever actualy seen a Kraven Solider up front and personal... Kraven forces withdrew from the Frenzian campaign before any Capitol Police set foot onto their grounds....

''Yes,are you saying as long as we don't look like we are going to be attacking you,you won't expand anymore.''

The Reichmarshal paused looking directly at the Frenzian Delegate, composing his words...

"Expansion is not out of the question, and infact The Supreme State does have intentions of expanding further, but in the mean time, it is on hold..."

The Reichmarshal paused again, taking a drink of water before continueing...

"The Pre-emtive strike is mearly a precaution, ensuring the Security of our territory.."

''Ah,well thats what we have a problem with,your expansion.You have enough already.When there is nothing left but area held by other nations,what happens then?

"Perhaps you think you're being treated unfairly." The Reichmarshal muzed... speaking outloud

"We want, first and foremost, peace," Woodsworth began, "We want a signed treaty that keeps peace between our nations. It would include the promise of both sides to not attack the other, blockades included. Surely you realize that peace in this region would be most benefitial to both of us. Also, we would like to have trade rights, and this, like peace, should be mutually benefitial." He pulled several pages out of his briefcase and set them on the table, "This is a rough draft of that treaty. It does what I described: promising no attacks, blockades, etc. while ensuring trade rights. It also insures our shipping rights through the Kravenian bay and straights, as well as Kravenian shipping rights through our straights. Other than that, it does nothing. If you would like to add anything to this treaty, please ask."

"Well.. Perhaps you too feel you're being treated unfairly?" The Reichmarshal spoke, Glaring at the Ambassador, while at the same time, the sounds of many many, MG 42's being readied, locked and loaded permiated the room....

Laabs stepped into the room, walking past the hulking frames of the augmented Kravenite enforcers. He smiled slightly, betraying diplomatic compsure for only a second. Through various routes in AMF, Samtonians had looked at deceased members of the Kraven bully boy forces. If it came to it, he wouldn't be adverse to letting Samtonian scientists take looks at specimens recovered by the People's Guard......

His trained diplomatic eye caught everything in the room- the exiting diplomats from other nations, the dead body taking up valuable rug space on the floor, and the negotiator from the Corporation, who stood in front of him dressed like a character in a bad movie or music video. He supressed a snicker- the last time he had seen such copius amounts of leather had been at the BDSM Conference that had somehow been allowed to be held a block away from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But his personal thoughts would not distract him from the negotiating at hand and he strode directly up to the man who appeared to be in charge of negotiations for the Corporation.

"Hans Laabs, presented to you by the Almighty People's Republic of Samtonia. I don't know if you've gotten any information from your leadership, but I've been instructed to detail to you an agreement that was first looked at by the Czerka Arms Corporation. Perhaps we could discuss the matter at this time, as well as what I'm sure will be joint Corporation-Samtonian interests in the Arterus region."

"Well.. Perhaps you too feel you're being treated unfairly?" The Reichmarshal spoke, Glaring at the Ambassador, while at the same time, the sounds of many many, MG 42's being readied, locked and loaded permiated the room....

"You truely are very good at the intimidation gig, if not so skilled with diplomacy. Of course I do not believe I was being treated unfairly up to the point where you tried to intimidate me. You were merely trying to get your point, and I mine. Your point, however, is not only fairly one sided but out of my power to give you. My signature will not grant you your mining rights."

With that, he placed the remainder of his belongings in his briefcase and stood.

"I fear that we have done all that we can, if you keep your stance. It was a pleasure meeting you," he nodded to the rest of the ambassadors, "Good luck."

He then left the room, making his way back to his boat. Unrealistically, he got there unmolested and proceeded to the large ship which had brought him there, boarded, and sailed away. Hours later, they entered port with nothing on board that had not been on board when they had left, including a signed treaty. The mission had failed.

Extra note: The ship went on to serve a long and rather uneventful career as a merchant ship. The ambassador died of cancer two years later.

IC:

The missles fired from the ship were completly unsuspected. Two aircraft were shot down. Only one escaped.

''Nice tactic Reichmarshall but if the man was smart he would rather give his life than give you the chance to invade him.I can tell by your words that you will at some point attack him so why should he sign anything.The only way anyone in this room should sign anything is if you promise to gain no more land in this region unless someone attacks you.If you don't agree then there is no point in me wasting my time here.''

The General stood up and waited for the man to agree with him,if he didn't he was going to leave.
