After a long a vigorous scrutiny of Bakey's defence budget alongside a National Military Infomation scheme, (ooc: checking an online calculator) the National Command has declared their plans to rebuild Bakey's Military using recently available funds, reaching over 100,000,000,000 USD. Under my authority, I ask for any equipment offers to construct the following brigades (each including 1800 men):

Light Armour Brigade (2)
Heavy Armour Brigade

Motorised Rifles Brigade (2)
Mechanised Rifles Brigade

Mixed Assualt Infantry Brigade (3)


Bakey also wishes to increase Naval protection, purchasing the following ships:

Coastal Cutter (10)

Various Coastal ships (up to 20)

Bakey also will consider offers for artillary and missles.

As the Royal Artillery, like the rest of the Deltaran military is, begins to replace its equipment with more up to date weapons, we would offer you heavily discounted artillery.

We have around 70 artillery units, which are only ten years old, and fully functional. We appreciate these may not be preferable, however, they have given us good service and shuld give a few more years yet. We are not putting a price on such units, but we can negotiate a price.

After re-evaluation Bakey administrators have discovered that the budget is significantly less than originaraly thought, though Bakey has still enough to purchase enough equipment to begin an expiditionary brigade, starting with the purchase of the 70 artillary pieces. I think, considering age and so forth, $200,000 (working on USD for simplification) would be a reasonable price per unit. This would make the purchase of 70 units $14,000,000.

Would you consider 11,000,000 USD for all 70? Because I would find it very hard to gather the cash for the higher price.

We understand your troubles with the price. Considering we are soon to have no use of these pieces when re-equip, we would consider a tad over 11mill, around $12mill. We do after all need the funds to re-equip.

To give yourselves some extra and keep some more for the rearmament of Bakey I would suggest a price of 11,575,000 USD for the 70 units.

Or if it would please Deltra then I would suggest a price of 11,750,000 USD for the 70 pieces.
