OOC: Is this MT, PMT, or FT?

I am very interested in having a picture of a tracked half-mech either a complete sphere with arms and tracks or an ovoid with arms and tracks which we have developed. This is PMT technology.

Armored half-mech. Sphere. (PMT)
Height 2 Meters
Width 2 Meters
Depth 2 Meters
Weight: 8 Tons
Powerplant: Sonofusion sphere 1 foot around.
Armor: HY 80 Steel Titanium alloy with 1 inch overlay of carbon nanotube composite and 1/2 inch layer of mirror shielding armor.
Weapons: 2 Arm mounts on heavy metal flexible arms. Think flexible metal tubing with an articulated hand attachment. Feed tubes into a backpack for 2 Miniguns. Mid mounted twin barrel 40 MM heap grenade launcher. Optional weapon mounts include high power flamethrower, or minimissile launcher in arms.
Motion: Dual Tracked 20-30 MPH or undersea version-- propeller mounts for deep sea operation.
Internal system: Oxygen supply for 10 hours. Man enters in a computerized pressure suit. The sphere splits slightly off center like a clam shell. Motion is controlled by direct pressure by the legs like a segway. Arms are controlled by a cybernetic sheath apparatus that covers the arms and hands. Includes advanced electronics, communication equipment, fire control, range finding for artillery.

This can also be used in nonmilitary roles for exploration on lunar surfaces, undersea construction, etc.
Cost $ 5million.

OOC: Then I will have to say these simply won't work, given the pictres. I mean no offense to you. Not to mention all the other anti-mecha arguments...

The power output of this thing is approximately 80 MW-- with 2 1 foot 40 MW sonofusion spheres. The engines are four heavy lift nacelle turbofans for hovercrafts. This is based on a heavy hovertrain train engine. This is actually workable with high PMT/FT. It is a much more stable platform than a mech. It is also faster. The top speed of the heavy lift train was approximately 400 KPH-- because this is smaller it would reach speeds of 200KPH. The beam cannon would be a 5 MW heavy pulsed laser, or a short range continuous cutting beam fusion torch. One of The shoulder mounts would be a 60MM round fed into an electromagnetic barrel-- virtually no recoil-- from a backpack unit. (20 Rounds for the cannon). The other would be a 20 MM tribarrel machine gun with 2000 rounds.
The armor would be a HY 80 Steel titanium alloy with a multiple polymer coatings of a mix of bioceramics and carbon nanotubes. A layer of mirror armor, a highly reflective material would go over the polymer to produce a refractive coating.
The sensors would be a mix of infrared, electromagnetic spectrum detectors-- picks up metal on the battlefield, high resolution video, telescopic, range finding, and sighting tools. There would be a standard GPS locator, as well as communications tools.

The main problem with this design is the lack of point defense.

This would be a secondary vechicle supporting troops for a heavy hover tank called a slammer, as well as mechanized ground troops.

It can optionally be fit with tracks. The weapons mounts can be replaced with heavy equipment for construction.

We are looking for a general purpose piece of heavy equipment.
