Civilians had flocked to the festivities of the first Annual Worldwide naval review, with over 15 countries sending ships, which would be open to have their decks toured, mock war games, several air shows, and a fireworks display.

The entire event would encompass two full days at the Civilian Terra City port. A few thousand people gathered early in the morning to watch the ships arrive by fleet.

With the Sun beginning to rise over the horizon, the first 8 ships began to arrive, those of the Questarian and Willinkian Navies. These Included the Questarian Super Dreadnaughts Renown and Nelson, and the Willink Super Dreadnaught Superb sailing majestically with the early morning rays pouring over their decks. Flashes of cameras and a stir of the crowd started off the event. Once the other navies sailed in, the actual festivities would begin.

The lead ship, the "PHX Phoenix" swerved into a rolling turn with the Ultra Class Battle Carrier (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/ULTRORBW.jpg) trailing behind it, the "PHX Norad" and its sister ship the Talon, both norad class battle ships (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/NORAD.jpg), flanked on the right and left of the two larger ships. As they came into view smoke dischargers released black and red smoke from the deck and the main guns fired air bursting "fireworks" shells to announce thier arrival.

The Yasashii, Oka, and Blue Stone saild proudly into port. Bearing the flag of their nations founder, and several smaller flags of conflict they have been in.

Commander of the Yasashii for this trip was Momichi Michales. A tall brown haird 14 year veteran to the Navy, and superb leader in times of crises. "Go ahead." He said.

And the Cannons shot off fire works

Commander of the Oka was Hilary mid sized slender blond woman.
She orderd the cannons fired

Commander of the Blue Stone was Jason Camdon. Well built mid-aged man. Still jet black hair. And he orderd the cannons fired.

By the late morn' the Anagonian fleet had arrived with gentle ease. They had not hurried through the night. Fleet Commander Argon Williams had volunteered to lead this fleet to the Naval Review, knowing all too well that this was the best chance for the Motherland Fleets to be expressed as friendly to the populace of the world, welcoming all to its ships and showing goodwill to that of its hosts and people.

The two battleships would dock first, then the submarine, then the carrier. Not much ceramony, perhaps a few camera shots and crew salutes, but otherwise busy work. The crew and Commanders of each ship readied themselves and their respected vessels for civilian onlookers, stationing experts to respective areas so knowledge could be given to those curious, going over plans for the day, and making ready some odd stands for people to get bevereges from here and there.

Aequatio

The group of Aequatian vessels moved through the dark blue water of the ocean as it approached the Terra City Port, the four trimaran-hulled vessels all looked like luxury sports cars than naval warships. In the lead was the "Pocket" Battleship Renown, which towered over the traditional ships of smaller navies, its main guns sat pointed into the sky as they lay in their turrets, with its crew standing on the decks as it entered first. Second was the massive fleet carrier Odessey, its flight deck bristling with the newest of aircraft, from the F-1N Averna and F-2N Lucifer fighters, EF-2B Baal electronic warfare aircraft and the SH-20B Seacat helicopter. Her crew, all in their colourful uniforms, were busy securing the aircraft and preparing for the coming crowds of people and the air demonstrations. Following were the missile cruiser Avenger and destroyer Barnes which were the two latest designs to be released by the Aequatian Republic Navy.

Following the Anagonian deployment into port were the four ships from ChevyRocks. First in was the Hudson-class destroyer C.C.S. Bristol, whose captain blared the horn to announce the arrival of the Republic Navy's display.

Behind them was the Charger-class battlecruiser C.C.S. Cutlass. The Cutlass' captain had some rather large fireworks in a few dozen of the VLS tubes, and once they started getting close enough to port he ordered the crew, "To have some fun." The huge rockets whistled into the air and exploded in a burst of color and sparks.

Following them was the Fluchtwagen-class battleship C.C.S. Bugatti. It was a favorite type for fans of naval combat of old, and the class had been popularized in several movies with them going alongside enemy vessels, the two exchanging gunfire in a heroic battle. She was the looker of the bunch, with her clean lines and the barrels of the big 20" guns shining from the frequent cleaning done by her crew before they had arrived.

And at the tail was the pride of the fleet, the C.C.S. Minneapolis, a Duntovostok-class aircraft carrier. She had recently engaged in combat in fact, supporting operations against Gilabad. Already airborne were the two major types of combat aircraft she carried; two F/A-22B Sea Raptor fighters and two F/B-51A Swordfish fighter-bombers, flying in a loose formation. As they came near shore, all four went to full afterburner, booming over the fleets already present. On the flight deck, about two dozen more aircraft were already lined up neatly, but so as to not block the landing of the four in the air.

As they got nearer, the crews all dressed in their blue dress uniforms were securing what needed to be secured, doing any last minute cleaning, and preparing to give what information they could, which wasn't very limited; because what they couldn't tell, they didn't know.

OOC: I'm busy the next few days, and probably won't get back on until Wednesday night.
