CARMINA GADALICA-The glorius city of freedom and justice in the nation, and possibly the world, was now playing host to the Leauge of Nations. The diplomatic nuclus was also home to many embassies, the parliment, and a good amount of citizens. Diplomats we're greated with the highest of honors. Out side stood several flag polls bearing the flags of each nation.
Inside the glorius building people took their seats, and the dias stood up, tapping the gaval.

"To the Corum Please. We will start off with role call; all nations participating please answer present at this time.

"The Chair wishes to recognize Princess Tomoyo Mikanu, of Kurona, and Princess Subaru of Aqua Anu. If any diplomatic leaders are here today, please raise your plaqurdes, stand and state your name and position. We will now here a short message from the Prime Minister of Kanami, Prime Minister Elenore Romeney.

"Diplomats, I welcome you to the League. This was a dream recognized by our former Prime Minister, and now it seems it is a reality. I hope our organization can do good in this world. As our nation's founder wanted. She wanted us to affiliate with all nations of the world, and she her self was freind to many. My freinds as of today, that dream is recgonized. Let no cry be unheard, let not offense be unchallanged. It's my great pleasure to offically declare this first LON meeting, open." She struck the gaval, and took her seat."

"Thank you Prime Minister. The Chair will entertain points or motions on this floor, we would smile favorably on adopting an agenda although we have no set topics."

A private citizen from The Steverino Prairie sends the following message to all delegates, and the chair of the League of Nations:

I Adam Smith strongly deplore the creation of such a frail institution. You give false hope to the week and those who need help. I asks that you disband the League of Nations before you do harm, or break the hopes of nations.


The Steverino Prairie Government sends a message to all delegates, and the chair of the League of Nations:

We apologize for the actions of our citizen; however, you seem to value freedom of expression. Therefore we hope that this will encourage proper censorship in your nations.

The chair was displeased by this note.

"Delegates, we do not welcome incriminating notes here, as future refrence. Also if you get a note while a meeting is in process, that is not from a delgate presnt in here, please pass it up to the chair immediatly."
