Official Response from the Motherland Central Space Command (MCSC)
Dear Air Marshall Augustus Faust,
We greet you with open arms, and ask that you allow our trained personnel to assist your great endeavour to the Stars. We offer technology, that which is more efficent and more stable than rockets, and power sources which last longer than Nuclear Fission and pollution is literally non-existant.
We would enjoy sending 24 trained Astronauts/Cosmonauts, skilled in many areas of space travel and technological usage, who would enjoy training any recruits for your space adventures.
We would enjoy sending 8 trained Military personnel who are trained for Space Command and Control aspects and would endeavour to make your forces the best in the world.
All this would be free, as a gesture of good will, along with space vehicles that are in extra and would be shipped to you for no cost. All we would ask is an alliance and friendship that would span the stars.
With the Highest Respect,
-Chief Commander Richard Novus
-Motherland Space Command

Chief Commander,
I am very pleased with your response! With your skilled personnel I believe that BSA may litterally reach to infinity and beyond. Further, I have been instructed by HRH King Harald II to offer an exchange of diplomats as a token of the cooporation between our governments.
Your personnel will be most welcome, and in addition to their annual wages, each will recieve a sign-on bonus of 275.000 USD as well as good accomodations. They will start working within a week after their arrival, and we have purchased a range of equipment from suppliers such as United Earthling and Ultra-Lohft. In time we will manufacture most of the components needed domestically.
Warmest regards,
Air Marshall Augustus Faust
Director of the Bertlingian Space Agency

Air Marshall Augustus Faust,
We are glad you accepted our offer, and our personnel are enroute as thsi response is given. We give you the best of luck, and if you should be in need of any such space vehicles (ours resembles the Apollo designs for MT/PMT), we would gladly lend its services to you, even our shuttle fleet should it be required. This is because we substain our fleet with the benefit of free fuel that doesn't revolve around Oil Barons and their prices.
Again, our services are open, and your diplomats are very welcome. They shall stay within the finest hotels, which shall reserve rooms for them indefinitly, until they desire to take over one of our old Embassies that are not in use.
Good luck to you, and call us if you desire any further assistance.
Best Of Luck,
-Chief Commander Richard Novus
-Motherland Space Command

I'd suggest we make an RP of it, might be interesting.

We will make a special offer to you. We have three liftport space elevators. These do not require rockets to get to . We can rent you space modules for research and manufacturing at a cost of $3,000,000 per annum per capsule. These are attached to our new space elevator platforms. The capsules would be 200 feet long and 50 feet around. A complete years of air supply, access to a dorm hab room with bunks for 15 men, and food would be provided for rental of each capsule. We would send the men directly up to the platform by space elevator.
Regards,
Felix Cruonis, Trade minister.
This would be about 2018

ooc: Commonalitarianism, i am currently MT, and going PMT at this stage would disrupt the inter-regional space race. But I will surely contact you on a later stage should this be relevant. But thx!
Mondoth is willing to supply technicians and engineers to aid in your endeavor. Additionally, The Eastern Modnoth Trust would like to help supply strategic resources such as fuels and composite metals (at current market price) to your space program.

Hogunmarch Highlands
The Kingdom of Bertling
For a week now, the area surrounding King Olav V’s Institute for Ballistic Research has been in pandemonium. The 11th Army Engineer Corps and seven Air Force Logistical Regiments have been busy transforming 10.000 square kilometres of isolated countryside into a top security Space Centre. Components are being transported in from all over the country by air, road and rail. Water is channelled away and trees are chopped down.
King Harald II had announced the Space Program in his public address last Wednesday. He had also stated that within twelve months, Bertling would launch its first unmanned mission into orbit. It had been made national priority number one.
The first stage, with the training and research facilities has to be ready in one week, when the foreign experts arrive.
---------
Air Marshall Augustus Faust stood on the observatory deck of the old Institute building, viewing the furious activity around him. He couldn’t help admiring the beauty of it, almost ten thousand men working in perfect coordination. This must be the single greatest project ever embarked upon in Bertling, perhaps even in Hyper Nordica, he thought. It filled him with pride.
The Air Marshall came from a long line of officers. He had always known that he would serve the crown, and now, after being appointed the Director of the BSA, he had a chance to really make a difference. Both Gwazzaria and Hordapolis has operational space programs, he thought, but how far have they come? Reports from the Diplomatic Corps states that Hordapolitan spy satellites watches us even now… This project will ensure peace in the region, plus stability and prosperity to Bertling.

Re: Arrival of your experts
Sir,
When your personnel arrive in our nation’s capital, Port Skogheim, they are invited to a reception and a banquet at the Royal Palace. Here they will be received by HRH King Harald II and the National Chancellor. After this, they will be installed in proper accommodations on the Hogunmarch Facility.

The day after the annoucements that Anagonian experts would arrive had made sorry preperations for those that were assigned to go. However, they did make the best of their short time and were respectfively ready by their time of departure. By the morning of the second day, the day of departure, a J-900 Passenger Jet (http://hawk.proboards1.com/index.cgi?board=civilian&action=display&thread=1121649214&page=1#1129145179) had been made ready. By late morning they had departed for the capital of Port Skogheim, and would arrive by noon.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The J-900 Made a heavy landing on the strip assigned for it, slowing and finally halting its forward progress as it managed to get its cargo and passenger doors open with the help of stairs. A few vehicles would be released from its hold, namely a few Military Vehicles for the military personnel assigned to this space-endeavouring task.
The first of four notable people to exit the passenger compartment would be Chief General Oscar Vladinchi, noted for being more socialist like than any General of the Motherland or Republic. A mystery surrounded this distinguished man, having both led Anagonia and mantained it in second-in-command, history provided that he should be dead by now. He would be the overall leader of this long-lived mission and oversee the Anagonian-side of things.
The second notable was Mai King, a woman of great knowledge and responsibility, leading the Aeronautic Experts that had been assigned here. A mixture of Chinese and Anagonian, coming from a communist backround, her complexing was easy to look at, as was her dark hair that seemed to expose her as some kind of warrior princess. Anyone looking at her avaliable file could note her military backround, which could most likely expain her complexion.
The thrid notable was Dominick Jon Garrett, of German linage and leading the Astronaut/Cosmonaut group that had been assigned. Tall with heavy facial expressions, he seemed to have a history of hard times. He was to be an important factor in this, as his expertise would undoubtably come into play.
The fourth notable was Alejandro Shepard, of Hispanic backround which easily became notable in his accent. Although heavy in voice and complextion as was his German counter-part, he was to lead the Military part of the mission. A Motherland Marine for some decades now, and trained in differential arts and skills, and a tactical and technical mastermind, he could easily train the best Marines or Military personnel that anyone needed. Although his only drawback was his inability to mostly get into an open conversation, as he was very blunt.
All four were followed by their respective squads and personnel, who waited beside their respective vehicles for the welcome party.
