Bakey thanks Aequatio for their offer. How long would your SCAR section be in Bakey for and what would they require from the Council of Bakey in order to train Bakey's soldiers? Would you be able to supply our soldiers with equipment? I am authorised to use up to 5,000,000,000 USD for the purchase of Airborne Battalion equipment and perssonel. Field Marshall Sharvis, c-in-c of Bakey's Armed Forces, informs me that a training base and an airfield can be supplied for your use. Please inform me as developments occur.

Many thanks,

How many soldiers would you have within the airborne unit and what kind of deployment methods do you prefer?

Ideally, a brigade would be about 1800 men each. We would use either parachute jumping out of planes or transport helicopters. Visit www.freewebs.com/bakey for some very simple ideas.
The Ancient Isles

Although the Ancient Isles doesn't have to most up-to-date weaponary it would like to offer 300 of our best trained troops for jungle warfare. The 1st Mazquin Battallion North would be able to train you troops to move silently and totally undeteacted through the jungle. Also they would be able to provide knowledge essential to surviving long periods without rations (ie finding water and food). We would also like to offer the 25th Shide Battallion South to provide expert knowledge on desert manouvers, and survival skills.

If you would like the Ancient Isles to provide such resources we would be only too happy to oblige.

I can organize a package for both an airborne brigade (traditional parachute unit like the U.S. 82nd Airborne) and an air assault brigade (along the lines of the U.S. 101st Airborne). The 5,000,000,000 USD should be more than enough to equip both forces with the vehicles and aircraft necessary for deployment.

King Minibakey II and the Imperial Council is honoured by the Ancient Isles' offer and humbly accepts. My staff can arrange for a training base, deep in the heart of Bakey's jungle to be made ready and a similar one, on Bakey's borders, near by a desert. I have a brigade of men awaiting your arival. Can you offer Bakey any weaponary alongside the training?
Many thanks,

In response to your TG:

first you check your military budget at this website

http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=Edoniakistanbabweagua

(That is mine, just type in your nation)

Then you just tell me how much of the Ravens you want and I will calculate how much it will cost you. Since you are a new country to mine, I wont charge any tariff. And remember, For every six you by, the next one will be half price, then the deal restarts.

Madnestan

The offer made by The Ancient Isles to Bakey and the contract that soon followed have caught the interrest of Madnestian military.
Jungle warfare is indeed something our special forces lack knowledge, equipment and training for, and therefore we would like to propose a Joint Military Excercises in the Bakeynian jungle base. It would save much trouble, since we have no real jungles in Madnestan and since it appears that a base area of some sort already exists in the Bakey rainforests.

We would, naturally pay all the expences of our troops, their supplies, needed equipment and everything, plus a negotiable sum of money to both Ancient Isles for the training and Bakey for providing the training grounds.
Strength of the forces sent is also of course negotiatable, but a battlion-sized force, around 1,200 men, would be ideal.

Should this program actually take place, I sincerely believe it would not only help us to improve our jungle warfare abilities, but also bring all of these three great nations of ours closer to eachother. Besides that, our militaries would also receive new ideas and learn from eachother.

Sincerely wishing that something could be arranged,

Warchief Tamujid, The Minister of Everything in
The Heavily Armed Republic of Madnestan

Warchief Tamujid, The Minister of Everything in The Heavily Armed Republic of Madnestan, King Minibakey II and the members of the Imperial Council of Bakey all show their intial likings of your proposal. I am adviced that the training base could fulfil the needs of all our nations. With, of course, agreement from The Ancient Isles, Bakey sees fit to go ahead with full training. For a sum of 20,000,000 USD, and any amount wished my The Ancient Isles also, Bakey would allow your troops to fly in today.

Many Thanks,

The Ancient Isles also believes that such a training period would improve internation relationships and would gladly take part - if agreed on by Bakey. if Madnestan would like different amounts of equipment then this could easily be arranged, with the price adjusting accordingly. King Amawaka would like to extend the same diplomatic offers to Madnestan as well to complete the contract.

Major-General Drew "Hunter" Norman sat in the back of a C-180 Carryall with the rest of his headquarters detachment as it cruised over the ocean on its course to Bakey. He would be commanding the training unit that had received all of the new "toys" given to them by the government for trials during their session with the Bakeyians (sp?).

Being a country with vast and dense rainforests, my army is very adept at jungle guerrella warfare. If you want, perhaps we too could join this alliance and share our knowledge of jungle warfare.

Currently the nations of
Bakey, The Ancient Isles and Madnestan are planning a Jungle Training course begining in the next few weeks, in Bakey.
Bakey and The Ancient Isles are not paying for this but Madnestan, offering only the experience of their troops, are.
Now Edoniakistanbabweagua wishes to join, with the agreement of The Ancient Isles, Bakey is prepared to allow them to enter, with a force of under 1,500 men, if they are prepared to pay.

Many thanks,

It has come to the attention of King Amawaka that the demande for specialised training is large at the current time. He would like to invite any natin interested to attend a meeting concerned with setting up permenant training camps on some of the more remote islands that belong to the Ancient Isles. Such negotiations will take place in the capital of the Ancient Isles, Kagwar, in a short period (ooc - ie another thread so Bakey can carry on getting offers and we wont totally kill it for em! I would estimate that you would require about 150 MH-20 helicopters for each combat soldier to be deployed via air assault in a brigade of 1,800.

150x MH-20 ShadowcatHelicopters = 1,138,205,250 USD (682,500,000 Aequatian Markes)
