Nichoali stared at his monitor. He pondered at exactly how his message should be worded. It would reach thousands, directly, and many more through word of mouth. He figured that the government knew about him, though he did everything possible to stay anonymous. He thanked the freedom of technology act that the government had passed, which allowed him to encode and ping his message to others, before it got passed around.
He remembered a term from the book. He had only time to read it for about 30 hours, and remember as much as he could, as the book itself was not made in the country, and the government had a way of collecting these books and getting rid of them, discreetly.
He looked down at his keyboard, and back to the screen.
"Amen."

"Word of another message has spread around. Again, we've tracked down one of the pings to our city."
"What about other spots?"
"Every time, our city is the furthest point we could track it to."
"Alright then... We don't have much choice. Go ahead with the plan."

Two green and white helicopters, nearly the size of Mi-26's, took off from Amberan airforce base in the city of Satua, in the northern region of Chellis. Witnesses reported that they were unarmed, but people could be seen in the windows, likely chellian gendarmes. Their purpose was unknown.
