The Royal Code

OOC, if this is not the right place to post this, please tell me where it should be.
Inside the great justice hall in the Royal Code capital, Seperatist General Alexi was brought in in handcuffs. The begging procedures were performed, and the allied General, General Hayden, was asked to come forth and present the charges.
He came up to the front of the great room of marble, and read out loud,
"The Allied States of the Royal Code, and the Royal Alliance, hereby presses the following charges on former General Alexi and his senior staff:
1. Treason against the Alliance.
2. Conspiracy against the Allied States of the Royal Code.
3. Intolerable acts of murder against citizens loyal to the Alliance within seperatist boundries, in which over 10,000 bodies have been found.
4. Complete responsibility for the death of over 63,000 allied soldiers, and war costs.
"The Alliance does not offer bail on these charges. Thank you."
The Supreme Chancellor of the Alliance, Sir Alexander, who was at his position at the front of the hall, said "Let the court hereby listen to the accounts of the leaders of the Royal Alliance."
The trial had begun.
