Time and time has passed since M.S. tried to overassert themeselves in the world. Under the Grand Chancellor, whom Emperess Kinimoto was forced to dule him into submission. Thanks to the visitors and her staff who helped conjur an elixer to help her overcome her sickness. Now she had to pull the nation together again, round up the displaced peoples with compensation, and of course apologize.
Sakura (http://www.northarc.com/images/ccsakura/ccs_10.jpg) approached the Podium of the World Press Building, this would be all over the news, and she needed to show the world they wern't this extreemly hostile nation that hated everyone.
"Fellow leaders of the world, I'm Emperess Sakura Kinimoto, of the Empire of Magic Sorcery, in Xanadou. I'm sure many of you have long since followed our actions over the past while. Our increasingly aggressive tactics of the quote unquote, creating a '[i]pure magic state.[i]'
For the newer nations of the world please let me recap. Several months ago I fell very ill. So Ill there was a potential for death, and in such cases the Grand Chancellor takes my place. This was rather bad timing, as most of M.S.'s calls for visitors, embassies, or alliances went unanswerd, or even our propsals thrown back in our faces. So as I laid bed ridden, the Chancellor whom was a nationalist, hated the idea of M.S. being shunned by the rest of the world. He began to get aggressive, to the point when his ulitmate goal was to create and Empire so Vast, it would rival all non Magical Nations.
I do have intentions to expand our Empire yes, but not by the means of wagin war, becoming agressive, or violating the rights of others. Sadly more than 15,000 people from M.S. Territorie, recently annexed territories, we're deported and displaced. I insure they are welcome back, or welcom to stay put. If you come back you will be compensated for loss.
We will also return the territoires taken under the Chancellor, exculding the areas taken under my rule. I will do this honestly, that is my promiss.
I hope we can still get along with eachother, and not fight. I hope some of you will ask the be freinds, though I have doubts. Please forgive us."
