OOC: This is a document sent out to the assorted ships in my fleet with the latest reports on assorted FT powers that we know of. It's basically a way to let you know what my FT people think of you, though it's kinda secret IC. I'll add more to this as I run into more FT people or see more of them around II.

Annual Intelligence Report: Major Space-faring Organizations Encountered by the ANSF

Coreworlds

The organization known as "Coreworlds" is one of the few starfaring nations we have had direct contact with. They tend to rely on massive platforms with many guns and cheap expendable fighters, and also have some people with anomalous abilities in their ground troops.

However, their defensive technology is somewhat sub-par compared to our ship's weapons, and as of late, their activities seem to be somewhat low. They are currently at war with another organization known as the Galactic Empire, and appear to be on the losing side.

Coreworlds has demonstrated considerable hostility in the past, and their vessels should be engaged on sight if possible.

Threat Level: Moderate

Unified Sith

Unified Sith is the lead nation in command of an organization calling itself the Galactic Empire. It's technology is similar to that of Coreworlds, however, unlike Coreworlds, it possesses far more resources compared to the ANSF. Thus, despite the individual battle power of their vessels being somewhat inferior to ours on a ship to ship basis, they still possess great numerical superiority and provoking them should be avoided if possible.

Exaberating this threat is the fact that Unified Sith is extremely hostile and xenophobic to other nations.

Fleet Intelligence recommends avoiding contact if possible unless local space superiority can be achieved.

Threat Level: High

Mini Miehm

Mini Miehm is a client state of the Galactic Empire. Like Unified Sith, they are also extremely hostile and xenophobic.

Unlike Unified Sith, their territory only consists of a few systems, and this neccesarily limits the size of their active fleets.

Mini Miehm ship design primarily focuses on mass deployment of missiles at long range, and their drive systems make the tops and bottoms of their vessels virtually impenetrable to most known weapons. In addition, their ships possess greater acceleration than our own due to this drive system, but as their ships are generally many times larger than ours, their maneuverability suffers accordingly.

Vunerabilities include sub-par fighter defenses, a lack of long-range energy weapons, and worst of all: no significant shielding or defenses on the bow and stern of most of their capital ships.

In addition, while this is not a direct weakness, due to the relative small numbers of their fleet, losing one of their vessels will hurt them far more than an equivalently sized and capable vessel of Unified Sith, due to their relatively smaller industrial base.

Threat Level: Low

Chronosia

Very little information exists about this enigmatic organization, which seems to assist the Galactic Empire. What little is known about them is that their ships appear to be biologically based.

Almost all attempts at approaching and initiating contact with a Chronosian ship usually end up with the ANSF ship involved dissappearing or being found drifting and crewless. The current information we possess is due to long-range surveillance and data recordings recovered from empty ships.

Contact is to be avoided until more information can be aquired.

Threat Level: Unknown

The Federal Union

The Federal Union consists of an organization primarily based on trade, and their techology level is quite high, with their ship's primary beam weapons easily capable of severely damaging or destroying our vessels with even glancing blows.

They possess a very large fleet, and while not aligned with Unified Sith, they appear to have a habit of provoking border incidents with neighbours as an excuse to conquer them.

Contact is to be avoided.

Threat Level: High
