our nation has set up an institute where we train those in the arts of warfare unlike our military academies which be deem complusory to the safekeeping of our island realms
we have named this facility in honour of the national emblem
The Chimera Institute
we aim to set up several of these institutes within fellow nations as a way of sharing vital information and co-ordinating strategic moves with oen another
the students at the institute are not purely bekhareans, we receive many nationalities including refugees from thetania who are schooled in old thetanian arts as so they do not forget theyre heritage
and pythgorians, they contribute a sizeable number of our student calsses
we wish to hire out these mercenaries to all who need them in their conflicts at home or abroad
we realsie we may recieve sever backlash from nations who may be attacked by nations using our mercenaries but the institute operates outisde of our own military and all those who join swear an oath not to take arms against the holy empire
