As Leader of Imperiux, sooner or later diplomacy will become necessary. So, I have chosen the former and have decided to open ourselves up for trade and wot-not.

Our embassy building will be this (http://egj.lib.uidaho.edu/egj18/picture2.jpg). Which will hopefully incorporate 500 embassies, 50 meeting rooms, A museum exhibiting foreign culture, and other miscellaneous rooms.

If you wish to join up, just post your Nation name, any special requirements you have (Food, Religious, Medical etc.), and we'll construct to your designs. Of course if you cannot be facilitated by this building, we would be more than pleased to construct a building to your exact specifacations.

Please note that while security cameras will operate in the museum, hallways, corridors and other non-embassy or meeting rooms our security will retain the right to arrest and detain any Ambassador. But only with proof of criminal misconduct by their or our own country's laws.

Please find enclosed a copy of our Constitution, a copy of our the Unified Civil and Criminal Code, and a comprehensive set of case law books, all bound in handsome marq-wood with gold detailing (further copies are available at cost).

Please note that the Free Land of Xontaro does not recognize diplomatic immunity in cases of capital or felony crimes, including civil rights violations.

Once we have finished negotiations, the Illuminary President Zav Tremens has informed me that he will be happy to issue a proclamation, subject to Parliamentary approval, announcing the appointment of a suitable Ambassador.
