An ally of Xeraph, The Black Warrior Cult, has established a colony on Arterus. Xeraph has established military bases in the colony, as have the Black Katanas and Vhammpyr.

It now appears that The Kraven Corporation is bent on the assimilation of Arterus.

I put it to the members of GAPTS: Do we as a single entity mobilize against Kraven, or do we abandon Arterus.

A quick reply is necessary.

The Grey Phoenix agrees with Xeraph and Auralinia. This is a prime example as to why GAPTS was created. With our combined military power we can stop Kraven once and for all.

We need to identify which nations Kraven is currently based in, excluding the lands occupied by Automagfreek.

The colony of The Black Warrior Cult is already a sort of staging ground for GAPTS troops with Xeraph, Auralinia, and now the forces of The Grey Phoenix there. In addition, the Black Katanas and Vhammpyr are present to bolster our troop strength.

I am ordering the deployment of 675,000 ground troops, 16 air groups, 100 MBTs, and 64 Royal Phoenixian naval ships-of-the-line to include 12 aircraft carriers.

The region Kraven is in has several nations who are well known to GAPTS. However, it's total regional population is less than 11 billion. GAPTS is over 40billion, not including Xeraphian allies who are not part of GAPTS.

I see no reason a Coalition of GAPTS forces and other aligned forces can't beat this nation to a standstill.

The Mystic Gathering of Black Shadows stands behind the effort to stop the Kraven Corporation.

We are deploying two CBGs, two airwings, and 300,000 Shadow Troopers to the colony of The Black Warrior Cult.

The Free Republic of The Grey Legions supports all use of force against the Kraven Corporation.

I have directed my generals to move naval, air, and land units into the Arteran theater.

Fourteen battle carriers carrying 75-80 fighters each will anchor off the Black Warrior Cult's coastline. Thirteen battleships, 24 destroyers, 20 missile ships, and 4 subs will accompany the carriers.

Three hundred fifty additional fighters will escort 75 Python bombers from bases within the Grey Legions, where they will land at Xeraphian air bases.

The Grey Legion Royal Marines will deploy in 10,000 man waves over one month's time, totalling 225,000. An additional 200,000 Legionnaires will deploy over the next two weeks.

Mr. President,

GAPTS has deployed ample forces to the region, with more on the way. We have seen no indication of aggression by Kraven in the TWBC territory as yet. If you want us to directly intervene on your behalf, in your country, please let us know.

But at your stated pop of 3/24/06 (3.5 billion), you should have, at 3%, about 105 million people in all branches of your military, especially if you have a space department. Approximately 35%-40% of your military is considered support (non-combat). That would leave you with about 60 million armed military personnel.

Ridiculous, yes. But with a pop growth each day of 6 or 7 million, the military adds up quickly.

I don't have even close to 3% of my population in my military. I maintain a very small one. However, my factbook is still a work in progress and I havent added everything. I have more then 60 million personnel at my disposal. I maintain a constript army, but not any active one. They rotate with the establish divisions and go into the strategic reserves. And I do have a space department- those that man the space section of part of the Air Force. Let me go add a few things.
