We are interested in an embassy exchange, but must ask a few questions.
1. Shall the conventional terms of diplomatic immunity be honoured?
2. How many personnel do you wish to send to your embassy on our soil, and what percentage shall be military or armed personnel?
3. Would you permit military vehicles upon our embassy upon your soil, and would you likewise wish said vehicles within your embassy?
4. What, if any, unusual customs do you have that the breaching of would result in a gross insult to your people?

1. All midamenors will be granted diplomatic immunity. Certain Felonies will be treated like this:

1st Offense: Immunity will be maintaind, but a report will be filed to your Government

2nd Offense: We'll ask that you give trial on your soil under your laws

3rd Offense: We'll trie this person on our own soil, and in our own courts. But if convicted he/she will only serve a short prison term (no more than 2 years) before beine extradited.


2. You may send as many as you desire, but no more than 10,000 Employees
As for Armed Personal, you may have a qutoten up to ten personal higher then your unarmed. If you max on people, it will be split, 5,000 NAP's 5,000 AP's.

3. APC's will be allowed on our soil, but not Tanks. If riots should break out, our own SWAT team will handel the situation. Only Unarmed Helicpoters are allowed. Auromer plating is fine.

4. Smoking, Drinking, and cursing are offensive. It's best not to curse in public. Sulfer Free-Fresh Water Hot-Springs are customary relaxation, and bathing facilities. This should be repsected by not towle bathing. If you hike stay on the desiganted trails. Cold-Springs are good for hot weather and swiming. Swim wear is permitted in Cold-Springs.

Towel bathing is defined as soaking in a spring with a towel. There are springs designated that do allow swim wear but otherwise follow all rules for them.
