Today, the Pyschotika Government announced that they would be investing in a Third Nuclear Reactor. This third Reactor has been planned to be built in response of several complaints of a shortage of power in the massive nation that is Pyschotika. Many have been speculating as to whether the Pyschotikan Goverment is planning to re-continue their Nuclear Arms Program or if they are to be staying away Nuclear Weapons for now. The latest release on Pyschotikan Nuclear Weapons has been stated that the Government and Military only posessess 2 - 5 Nuclear Weapons, all ICBMs. Many speculate that there may be more hidden with-in Military Bases closed off from the Public.

OFFICIAL RELEASE

Today the Prime Minister, on behalf of Her Majesty the Empress, stood today and answered several questions from the World Press, many from the United Nations. There was fear amongst the crowd as to whether or not that this would mean more Nuclear Weapons for the Rogue Nation, but many stuck to questioning the construction of such a Reactor. The Prime Minister then closed the session by announcing a statement to the World Media and their Public.

With-in such a statement he had said that the Pyschotikans are benovelent peace-loving people and that they would never construct such weapons on a massive scale as feared. He finished with promising to the Public that no Nuclear Weapons would be developed in this latest Project and that the World Sovereignty would not be harmed by Pyschotikan Forces.

Our nation has no problem with you building either nuclear weapons or nuclear power, in fact almost 90% of our power is produced through nuclear. We have some of the most advance reactors in operation in the world. Their also among the safest. Throughout its 200 years of operating nuclear reactors, we have not had a single meltdown or any type of major problems.

If you would like techinical assistance in building your new reactor, we would be glad to offer our help.

We also are a peace loving nation- as pointed out that we have never started one war.

Most of our power is still Oil/Coal, even though we are a reasonably developed nation. We're overproducing power, meaning there is surplus power to possibly export, but I doubt I'll want to. We will not be switching to Nuclear, we had used alot of our uranium resources in the "Second Boreal War" (for those unengaged in Polar Union history, which is a Union uniting Arctic-related nations, check the forums) and we certianly don't have enough for a lasting power source.

We are pleased that we have recieved such a peaceful response from the people of the world. We have also been pleased by an offer to help enhance our Reactor technology and we wish to take the Nation of United Earthling's proposal on the tech.

As for a response for the Prussian ( just said that for short ) people, we would be willing to look into this war and determine if it would be wise if we were to open a Uranium trade with your people. We are sure such a trade would help our economies, being that we have a large surplus of such.

We use three types of reactors. Two types of Pressure Water Reactors and one Type of Boiling Water Reactors. We also have access to a large supply of uraniumun, so if you need the fuel we have plenty to offer to sell.
