The country is... Highly embaresed about the terrorist orginisation within their borders, at least officialy. Since there is very little that is illegal in the Sultanate of Le Blue Dude, and they don't particularly like letting forign agents in the orginisation thrives despite it's lack of official support. It is mostly incompitants and blunderers, and they get caught by other countries more often then not, as they are entirly unused toskirting around security. What makes them dangerious is that they are legaly empowered to purchase ANYTHING when they are in their homecountry... Airplains, Bobmbs, Tanks, whatever. As they are maintained by donations via the public their funding varies from mission to mission. One mission they may have experemental optical camo, the next they are wearing paper-bags over their heads.
The people here want to spread the Ideal of Freedom They speak in Italics. Such people need watching, preferably from a long ways away.
They seem to have no concept of the large beuracracy that keeps things running in their homecountry, and tend to issue proclamaitions after the fact. Suceed or fail.
There are three compeating "sects" with different goals, and they are lead by a man known only as "blue" wo decides what the objectives are. The three groups will then each send a "cell" to deal with it, usualy they end up getting in each other's way.
The Chaos Naucht want total anarchy, and are more then a little crazy. They tend to attract people who litteraly have mental ilnesses, such as scitsophrenia, sociopathia, and other such ilnesses. Their leader is known only as "Darkling". They are the least predictable, and for this reason are highly dangerious. They are perfectly willing to target civilians. They can be identified by the dragon tatoos on their neck and shoulders. Typicly they have an intertwined red and blue dragon. :gundge:
The Field Jercham only want Isolation and Freedom. They are highly driven by a cause, and while not well trained make up for it in enthusiam. They target only military and govermentorial structures and try to avoid killing civilians at all costs. They are dangerious because they are so willing to throw away their own lives. They can be identified by their wearing of black leather trenchcoats, yellow sunglasses, and a brown vine entwined triangle shaped tatoo on the back of their left hands. :mp5:
The Gurld Curse are in it for the money that they are being paied by "blue" they are a trained para-military orginasation, and because of their training they are highly dangerious. However they usualy only target Govermental targets, though they don't mind killing civilians they do not want to deal with a trained military breathing down their backs, enough money can entice them to do anything. They can be eaisly IDed by the custom made Bullet Proof armour they usualy wear, and the advanced military gear that they are equiped with. The custom made bullet proof armour has a pattern of a crossed black and white gun over the heart, where a ceramic plate is located for extra protection. Most of their equipment will have a similer symbol on it. High ranking officers will also have floral patterns. :sniper:
The sultinate of Le Blue Dude would like to issue an official warning, especialy to the surrounding countries about these terrorist forces. They cannot stamp them out within their borders, and would rather that they not upset their allies with the unprovoked attackes. If any members of theese groups are seen please deal with them swiftly and effeciently
