Kruikia IV, Outpost World

It was a shattered, cold day, the dunes of ice and snow billowing across the freezing wastes, as a small bundle of fire flickered around, giving light and soft breezes in their presence. A small, bony, almost childlike hand reached out to pet the flames, draped in a red cloth that was as shiny and smooth as newly sown silk. Though ripped in parts, it was obvious the clothing they adorned were of a high quality and price. Connected to the thin, bony hand, was an equally bony arm, white and pale, as if no flesh existed on its thin sinews, just a skeletal hand. Wrapped in red cloth as well, it led to a broad shoulder covered under a thin metallic alloy plate, with many winding and unneeded ends, more of an elegance than a useful attire – a decoration of his body, if to say the least. His head was a long, vaunting face, almost sagging, as if he was a great many decades old, had seen many sunsets and had felt many other oddities in his life. Though this being was not old at all, merely his form changed to be more of what his fellow people had accepted. Gashes lined his face symmetrically, red and pulsing wounds, as his ears were ripped at ends.

He shook his hands, rubbing them furiously, feeling the warmth of the fire on the star-forsaken planet give him great heat and energy. “I cannot believe this.” The being shook and shivered, a red hilt, metal and shining with silver slits along its end, dangling softly from his sash, as he breathed harshly with his companions, two of them. Both identical, with all the same attire and weapons, they sighed carefully. “This place is horrendous. Why are we here? Are we not the graceful Totalians?” He asked to his fellow companions, whom nodded furiously, but also blew softly their breaths, revealing a long stream of cloudy fog. This place was too cold, the lights of the far off base they were to scout from barely a little twinkle, like the many stars dotting the planet’s clear night sky.

“Nothing is wrong, here. The Mechinus are simply idiots. That is what you can expect from dull-witted robots. That’s all they are.” Another complained, his voice harsh and cold, high-pitched and wheezing like the others, as if it were a windy speech borne upon the frozen wastes. “They are good for nothing but keeping the empire safe. Lord Totalius should have destroyed them when he had the chance.”

“Shush!” Hampered the other, putting his long thin finger up to his cavernous black mask, shaking carefully in the cold temperature. “I heard legends that he can hear you. He does not like people correcting him, you know. Lord Totalius is truly a great being. We must not make large of his hunger.” The other nodded appreciatively. Totalius was their great Lord, the leader of the Totalian Empire, and he ruled with a mighty autocratic fist that would not shake nor quiver in any presence. Many times he was overthrown and defeated, but always either alone or together he gathered a powerful essence to defeat his foes. His thirst for victory was only superseded by his unbelievable hunger. For the Totalians were small in number because of the many peoples that Totalius consumes of, their minds blank and their bodies bare of a soul, rushed and destroyed, consumed through the darkness of his hunger. Legends rise and fall about this enigmatic man, his massive fleets and his amazing abilities with the darkness of the force, enough to instil fear into the hearts of every being that could feel fear. Still, aboard Kruikia IV, these three Totalians were given a mission by their regional leader, one who controlled the units on a certain planet, to keep order and relay information back to Minuras, the great capital of the shadowy empire. They were to look out for any odd occurrences, for large heat signatures were found in their spot, yet the three Totalians could find nothing.

Forced to wait until they did find something, they complained and shivered in their positions, only the fire before them giving them their much needed warmth. “I am immediately requesting a place off this hellish planet.” One of them said, as the others nodded in agreement.

“I too, for this planet will be my undoing.”

“I agree.”

“There’s nothing to find here! Nothing but – “ Yet something caught his eye, a small red dot in the darkness, seemingly to hover, floating in thin air, and it was a kilometre away, not far from where they were standing. Holding his lightsaber in his hand, he nodded to his identical companions, kneeling low and rushing forwards, extinguishing the fire, carefully splitting into a small single file line, a black silhouette in the distance. The three of them crept closer, lead only by the one in the front, ready to pounce upon the unsuspecting light, before a larger black shape moved around it, and from its size and tenacious form, it had many, many legs. No native species lived here, so what was it?

“Get ready.” One of the Totalians said, lighting his lightsaber, the red hue providing a bloody lamp-like pathway towards the enemy, as it dawned upon the metal surface, thick steel armour and turrets abound – it was merely the main battle drone from the Mechinus armies. But what was it doing here? Surely the calculative and ever wary Mechinus would not place such a valuable piece of equipment in the middle of nowhere. It was a giant spider of metallic alloy, turrets and cannons on its corners, a single red eye, immense and powerful, as its eight legs crawled about, crushing the snow dunes it traveled on. Slow, cumbersome, powerful, gargantuan, it was covered in a soot-like black, which was why it was so hard to see. That, or the darkness of the night made it difficult to make out. Ignoring the three, its cannons and guns were aimed at the small twinkle of golden lights in the distance – the Totalian military base.

At first the three were uncaring for what it was doing, until a flaming jet of red death lashed from its main cannon, smashing into the shaking blue shield of the base, sparkling lights showing a series of explosions in the base. Shocked, they looked on, not sure of what to do with the main battle drone that was pounding relentlessly on their base, finally carving a hole through the shield, smashing and ripping the metal apart. Has this drone gone rogue? No, the Mechinus never falter in their loyalty.

Or have they? It was no longer a time for speculation – the Totalians leapt up onto the drone, to be smacked back by the shield it carried, as they swung their lightsabers on its blue glow, holding their weapons tightly, running along the machine’s great strides to damage the same spot. Finally, after gruesome labour, they broke through the shield, the auto-defence turrets firing accurately and efficiently against them, a maelstrom of shells jetting their positions, as one of the Totalians lifted his thin fingers, a blast of lightning shocking the nearby turret. It’s dome-shaped head spun around violently, before degenerating into nothing but rubble, but claws came out to pick at its metal remains. Another push into the claws, and the three of them moved forwards, jumping up high into the air, latching into the lower right leg, lightsabers swinging wildly, a brilliant flash of red all around.

“What is going on?” One of them yelled in distress, as another turret began to violently fire shells at their positions, blocked skilfully by the three of them, another jet of lightning frothing from their fingers, accurately striking the turret, churning it into small pieces to be scavenged later. One of the three jumped onto the leg, but was cruelly slashed in half by the quick defences, a plasma-like blade cutting him mercilessly in half. The other two did not know where their third companion’s lower half had gone, but they immediately crawled to the other side of the leg, yet its under body was just as heavily armed and dangerous as its hide. Still twinkling, they were concerned on the blazing lights of the Totalian base, before they too, were sliced apart by the blade.

Minuras, Totalian Capital

Totalius had horrid news of the destruction of the military base on Kruikia IV, but there were no survivors to detail whom had done the attacks. Only the scouts from space could detect the chaos that rumbled around them, and he grew in a wanton fury, long lashing purple tentacles reaching out to encompass his meditation chamber. A dress of lightsabers on his waist, clothed in a blood red silk like his minions, and always rasping behind a skull mask (that apparently, was partly shattered), Totalius was in no mood to do anything but find swift and wanton retribution. Yet he did not know whom, for apparently these perpetrators were not touched by the Force, and that puzzled him. What kind of callous being is not touched by life, yet so effectively rips it apart? His fingers soft and thin, his body long and skinny, he was a being of immense power, a god among his subjects and his slaves. Atop his throne of golden bones from his greatest defeated foes, many of them still stained with their blood, Totalius thought over what had happened. It was logical for him to realise that Kruikia was a supply world, linking the other Inner Worlds to the War fields. If Kruikia was attacked, then the great Totalian fortress of Inurhia Major would be without communications, and their military would be cut off to send any aid. Tricky, these enemies were, to know of the infrastructure, yet whom had the knowledge of this, and whom was so effective at this strategy as to have no survivors? Standing up, he looked down his trail of magma rivers floating 700 feet below his silver bridge, the bubbling evidently heard, the silver-clad soldiers carrying their vaunted jagged blades, their stance still as ice.

Walking along the bridge, two Hydra drones fell down upon the bridge, blocking Totalius’ way, his soldiers immediately forming a thick wall against them. It was soon revealed that the Mechinus were behind this – it had fit so perfectly. Without a single reply of regret, Totalius looked at his enemy with hatred, though they returned no emotion. Tall, with a cape draping around their thick metal bodies, more human-like than any robot, they had a confident, powerful stance around them, only a single eye seen through the coarse cape they had slung over their shoulders. Bronze in colour, with many aesthetically pleasing gears in their inner parts, they showed a small, throbbing machine that circulated electricity throughout their circuits, almost like a beating heart. Yet no blood or essence of blood was present.

Standing back, the twin Hydras on each end of the bridge, unleashed two long blades from their wrists, the first rushing towards Totalius, slashing at his defenders, as the second followed suit. The soldiers formed a tight grid against the first one, their blades combining to combat the swishing manner of the graceful attacks, cutting and tearing apart their enemies, the red flesh dirtily splashing onto the uniforms, the blood spilling about, the organs of the slain soldiers like slippery sponges, but red and moving. Some of the hearts still faintly bleated for a few seconds. The croaking of the soldiers whined, as they were ripped apart, many of their remains falling down into the pits of the rivers of lava. Only Totalius was left, the two Hydra drones remaining, their armour undamaged, their blades ready.

His hands rising up to grab two lightsabers, he swung with a feverish light, swinging up gracefully against the first drone, the second close behind, slashing his feet, but he leaped up and swung over the first. Spinning in a swift gust of fresh wind, he lashed out his swords, blocking the first Hydra’s strike, the other swinging behind him, forcing him to smashing his swords onto their blades, his hand letting go to draw another pair, cutting them in half, before a shocking wave pushed them all into the magma river, but they clung onto the edge, a jolt of lightning forcing them down into the fiery hearth below.

“The Mechinus have betrayed us.” He said to himself, walking out of his temple, only to see a much more horrific sight. Not only were his men fighting into the streets against the outnumbering machines that so accurately gunned them down, not only were there blaster shots ringing through the towns, the cities, but the wastelands were made black with cannons, the ships themselves firing against the many Totalians. From the skies, a large black object, more massive and ominous than any capital ship ever seen, rose like a bulbous sign of destruction above their heads. From its center, swarms of drones flung themselves down onto the Totalian capital of Minuras, shockwaves and flame waves alike scorching and shattering all that was Totalian. Though Totalius and his legions fought back, their overwhelming positions and quick surprise tactics could not be helpful, as the academy itself was finally the last position of the Totalian stand, before a steady stream of red jetted death crumbled it from outside, Totalius and his brethren not to be heard.

The Battle of Inurhia Minor

It was needed to be taken by the Mechinus, it was vital to push them back. Totalians launched a small squad of defending forces to keep the units pacified, unaware of the long lighted caverns of the carnage happening above them. It was only a few hours after initial assault, and the cannons themselves of Inurhia Minor were turning on their masters, so powerful and so linked carefully with their Mechinus creators. Two large platforms calling themselves capital ships were hovering above the thin atmosphere of the moon, gigantic blasts of yellow fire tearing apart the initial shields, the fighters the Totalians had rode upon even self-destructing to kill their pilots from within. Protocol drones have gone murderous, poisoning many of the crew, dwindling the numbers of the Totalians to a dangerously low amount. Everything automated was controlled by the Mechinus, and if they desired so, it happened. Entire tanks turned on their drivers, whole defences of capital ships turned offensive, and it was done with a tenacity or cold calculation.

Rushing up the bridge of the fourth capital ship, the Mykanian, four Sith units ran along the white, bright tunnels, their lightsabers shining like rubies on the white sheets of the walls, running quickly through the path, two Guardian drones standing at the hallway. They had menacing eyes on the backs of their bodies, and on the fronts of their heads, beeping and clicking, clattering and chattering. The Force ripping the two of them, the four Totalians edged quickly closer to the smaller hover of the engines, lightsabers high as the enemy swarmed around them, blasters and lasers shining with a glint.

Blood spraying around in a gruesome fashion, shattering the area, flesh with a steaming, melting simmer, almost like fried meat, the three remaining Totalians jumped up and around, slashing apart a great number of drones, their sabers swinging from location to location, circuits torn asunder, only to be regenerating unbelievably before their eyes, firing as if nothing had happened – only a coat of damage showed.

“This cannot be!” One of them shouted, as all three jetted lightning through their fingers to their foes, electricity arcing in full tandem, short circuiting many, yet they still recovered and regained their strengths, rushing forwards at them, the red hue from the lightsabers almost camouflaging the blood spilled.

On Inurhia Major, they rushed quickly, explosions rattling around them, drones jumping up, their drills raging and ramming into their skulls, still fresh and warm with blood and life, many yelling in pain as they watched, or worse, felt the horror unleashed before them, thick green gasses choking many others whom were unprepared.

Within days, an orbital bombardment of Inurhia Minor commenced, and nothing left alive on its surface was the tactical result, the efficient reply of the Mechinus.

The War of the Steel-Lords has begun.

The Amazonian Intelligence Network didn't miss a beat. The revolution from the Droids had been accurately planned, expertly carried out, the droid precision evident to the robotic spycams of the Dominion. And one thing was more than certain to the aging dark Lord of the Domion, Kyp Droma: scatter the fires of rebellion, and it would spring up wherever the tinder was dry. Quashing the droids would be of utmost importance, and would be one of the final tests Droma had been administering to determine his eventual seccessor of the five Lords who had continuously vied for power and strength.
And now Droma watched the events, the Totalians caught so unaware, falling initially to the ruthless, heartless droid advance, that outside action was neccessary to prevent this rebellion from taking total control. And the Dominion warfleet was ready; it was always ready. The massive flagship Virulent, powerful, all 21.4 km of its length bristling with weapons emplacements, the mainstay Vindicators, the powerful heavy warships of the fleet, the Pinnacle cruisers and Legacy battleships...all dormant for long, only preoccupied with smashing the Emperor's internal resistance it his whimsical demands, utterly destroying political opponents and the barest vestige of revolution. Now the military could really be used. And now, now, he could be content, his savage imperialism and conquesting desires fulfilled, even if he got nothing in territory from the combat that would ensue, it was still the battle, the cut through an enemy position, the drop from fighter bays, the energy beams searing through space, or on the ground, ATD walkers and AHT tanks blazing away with all varieties of weapons, that so caught the mind's eye of Droma.
He stood at the Imperial Palace on Amazonia, capital of the far-flung Star Empire, the Amazonian Dominion, which Droma had formed through his iron fist. Soon he would depart this phase, depart into the world of the unknown. And that was why the five forms bowed down at his feet, Droma turning to see them with his red eyes. Nihilus, Sion, Ragnos, Kressh, Sadow. Just names. But names with potential. Names carrying the ruthlessness, the power, the lust for more, that Droma came to value so highly, that kept the bonds of the Dominion tight and bound in the hands of a single tyrant. And now he spoke to the five forms, his deep, sinister voice quietly freezing the five competitors.

"My apprentices...one of your last tests lies before you. Revolution has broken out in the Totalian Empire...the droids now vie to control the former territory of the Totalians. This...rebellion...must not be allowed to exist. I shall be personally overseeing this movement; Dorsk Bane will oversee operations in the Domion until my return. You shall all take different task forces, supplemental to mine, and you shall be under my command, yet with the autonomy to take advantage of situations. Your performance counts highly here. Only one of you shall take my place as Emperor...yet none of you have the power to take it from me...yet. Soon you shall, but I must see the extent of your power. Go now, begone, gather your personal forces, and you shall meet me in orbit of Tesia VII, with all the fleets combined. Then we shall set out on our glorious crusade, to crush those who oppose our will!"

Droma cackled with the last outburst, raising his hands, sending lightning streaming forth into the walls, the walls that seemed to almost talk to him, that amplified his own power. The five at his feet all bowed low.

"We shall do as you wish, my Master." replied the most promising, Sion, before the five turned away and departed Droma's meditation chamber, to allow the tyrant to do as he wished.
Outside the room, the competitors were already bickering, Sadow and Kressh boasting of bigger and better conditions.

"You are a fool. You have not the power to compare..." Sadow challenged.
"You are overconfident. Beware, you may find a Selosan Brain-Slug in your mattress at night." Kressh retorted to Sadow.
"Cowardly scum...you don't have the stomach to cut me down."
"At least I can cut you down."
Sadow ignited his double-bladed violet saber, aiming one tip straight at Kressh's throat: "You shall pay for your insolence, fool!"
Sion stepped in, his own red sword flashing back and forth: "Stop it, this is pointless. Put away your weapons, you make fools of yourselves. Now, before I am forced to cut both your stomachs out, begone, gather your forces, and we shall meet our Master at the gathering point. You see, Nihilus and Ragnos have already left. They look to get ahead of us. Intolerable. We shall crush those two quiet fools."

Sion's unusually persuasive speech swayed Kressh and Sadow to cut the fight short, though as the two left, they both glared at each other. Inside the meditation chamber, Droma simply cackled. Power-hungry, anger-filled, their hatred would serve them well.

***A Day Passes***

Tesia VII
The mighty black warship, huge, massive, the Virulent. Fear and awe surrounded the ship amongst members of the Dominion, the subjugator of worlds, the crusher of life, Droma's personal flagship, scattered with the rest of the fleet and the personal battlefleets of the five Lords under him. Preparing for war, preparing for battle.

It knew, and it saw. Machines, steel and iron, against frail flesh. It was not a choice. The Mechinus were.. much alike to itself. A series of yellow flashes issued from behind it, and over six hundred Battle Spheres, as it had named its children, appeared.

The Battle Spheres were precisely that, dull black spheres, with no visible means of attacking, nor any visible engines. The yellow lights faded away, and, as they did, twelve larger spheres appeared.

It was not a large fleet, however, it would become one. The Battle Spheres were designed, as their names implied, for battle, however, they were but fighters. The Spinners of Aeons, however, could produce more Spheres in a remarkably small amount of time. It would not take them long to produce a fleet worthy of the Mechinus. The Totalians, although it did not know them, were more of a threat than the Mechinus. It was simple. The Totalians had to be eradicated, as to make sure it grew, in power, and in size.

They had arrived at a system called Aslamaduun 1. It sent off a mixture of energy that the Mechinus would understand, or perhaps, could interpret.

We come to aidyou/destroy biological organism/s. We bring makers/builders, and require sustenance/resources to constuct/grow. We will help eradicate/remove any threats. Do not attack.

The energy ended. Although there was no guarantee to what it said, it had no intention of destroying those who thought like it. Those concerned only with survival and power were like itself, and, although they were threats, in their own way, had no.. chaotic features, or a chaotic nature. That, in, and of itself, made them reliable.

It brutally tore the barriers between dimensions, screaming through the void of other planes, before ripping its way back through, back, in the nebula, where the spinners and craft it had created had been birthed. All the Mechinus could've seen, had they been using optical receptors, was a yellow flash, and a small expenditure of energy, not much greater than the light itself.

It was a small force that it had given, but one with the potential to grow, and use the Mechinus to expand. Once it had grown large enough, and the Totalians had been defeated... It would have gained knowledge, resources, and power. A worthy expedition, to say the least...

From the Command Center on Minuras, or at least, its remains, a message was relayed, amidst the sparkling wires and flickering parts.

<To any whom may read this>
<We need assistance. Our drones have forsaken us. Blood has been spilt. Follow the five planets into darkness of Totalius to find our broken worlds. We do not know if our brethren still live>

"Ten seconds til normal space fusion. 10....9.....8......7......6....5....4.....3....2....1.... We have just fused with the Abh Destroyer on our left Admiral. The Cerberus will merge on our right in five seconds."

"Good work. I want the mobile mines fueled and ready to launch. Gunnry officer, prepare electromagnetic rifles and Graviton cannons. Prepare to fire on my mark."

Gunnry officer Konryu slid his hand into a glove at his console. An Abh ship could be controlled literally at the tip of one's fingers. With this single glove, Konryu could determine which guns and how many of them fired and it only took a finger. "Weapon systems ready Admiral."

Jinto was seated by Lafiel's side in the place of the Senior Officer. "Admiral, the Cerberus has merged on our left and is preparing to fire."

"Angle our shields 20 degrees"

"Admiral they're firing mines!"

"Activate port-side defense systems. Shoot them down with the laser cannons and lightning rail guns."

Blue laser fire ripped through the incoming mines creating explosions all along space. Mines went down by the score but that was hardly an impressive defense system. The lightning rail guns stole the show as they wiped out at a score withe very shot arching from one mine to the next igniting their anti-matter warheads.

"Admiral, all mines have been destroyed."

"Good work. The Hydra on our left is closing in and the Cerberus is preparing to fire their electromagnetic rifles."

Lafiel looked at shifted commands over to her Senior Aviator. "Steer the ship straight at the Hydra. Once they are in range, do not wait for orders. Fire all forward units."

"Yes Admiral!"

The Rose's Thorn's engines ignited practically at ramming speed towards the Hydra. Rounds from all forward batteries poured forth into the broadside of the ship. The strong shields of the Abh Destroyer were not enough to compensate for the numerous rounds overpowering the reactor. "Admiral, we have confirmation that the Hydra has been destroyed. It seems that the Cerberus is trying to escape from our normal space bubble."

Lafiel stood up from her chair and drew her command saber in one swift motion. "Rear electromagnetic rifles, open fire."

Six rounds flying at the speed of light rocked the ship from the recoil. "The Cerberus has taken a hit in the rear. They are loosing engine output but have managed to escape the bubble."

"Bring the ship around to full broad side and finish them off with all rounds."

"Admiral the ship has surrendered."

Lafiel returned her sword to its sheath and sat down with a smile. "Good work everyone. We took on two ships and managed to come out on top. You all deserve some rest once we get back into Hyperspace. Senior Officer Lynn, contact the Hydra and Cerberus and inform them to link up with the supply fleet to resupply. The practice session is over."

"Yes Admiral. Recommend we rendezvous with the rest of the fleet."

"Granted."

The three Abh Destroyers that had just recently rolled off the assembly line, glided back into Hyperspace. This session battle simulations was now over and all ships were returning to Hyperspace. It had been a long trek through space and they were preparing themselves for war. War had always seemed to find the Abh Empire, no matter what era it is.

Imperial Palace, Taledon

"Who ever heard of such a thing? Machines rising up against their masters, it's absurd!" The high pitched voice of Cato reverberated off the marble walls of the Senate chamber, and sparked many small conversations as the other Senators talked amongst themselves about what was said before the master of debate stared them all into silence once again.

He nodded to another standing Senator, who smiled at being recognised to speak. "I say they deserve this for putting too much reliance on machines!" this comment sparked much murmuring amongst the other Senators once again, but quickly died down as they saw that Prandus still had something to say, "However, Primigenia has not stretched its legs in a great deal of time, and they become soft sitting up in their fort. Perhaps if we mobolised to help those poor souls who are being destroyed by their slaves, we could gain from it. Not only would Primigenia gain experience, but the Republic would look favorable upon the Empire."

The master of debate cut in, his deep voice quieting the room once again, "All in favour of mobolising Primigenia to aid the Totalians, say "I"."
The cry was taken up by all the senators, and their response echoed off the thick walls and even into the streets, causing some by-passers to look upon the Senate building with some interest, wondering what was taking place.

"Emperor Julianus Augustus Kellerman, we await your final decree. Shall the Empire prepare for war?" called the master of debate with much pride.

The young man, adorned in a white tunic and matching toga with gold enlays stood from his bench, looked around at his subjects, then crossed the Senate floor. Emerging from the building, he called out for attention, and quickly all within the vicinity were looking up at their savior on the high steps of the Senate building, and noticed what was in his hand.

"People of Taledon!" Julain bellowed, "It is within the interests of the Empire, that the Imperial Senate and I in my title of Emperor, have agreed to take up the Spear of War!" He lifted the ancient spear high above his head, to the acclaims of the people.

Primigenia Barracks, Outside Taledon

It only took an hour for the Legion to be alerted, and now the thousands of men, equipement and battle machines began loading into the great war ships of the Empire. The Shocktroopers, all dressed in the grey armour from head to toe, blasters shouldered, marched in perfect squared into the ships. With mighty roars, the engines of the vessels powered up, and slowly but surely, the behemoth vessels lifted from the port, and began heading for orbit.

Domion intel made a quick read on the hyperspatial plea, hurdling through space to the Dominion listening posts. Droma liked this particularly...aid in the future, well, he could turn that to his advantage...a debt that they would, and could, never pay. But that would come for later. Now, the gathering of his forces was finishing, the enormous battlefleet, droid interceptors flocking in multiple squadrons, orbiting Tesia VII. The Dominion used droids, a risky gambit seeing the enemy was made of automatons, yet Droma preferred the cheap robotics, they made quite good infantry and armor compliments to the organic and biological Dominion armies. He had watched his apprentices add their knowledges to the benefit of the Dominion army, creating massive, twisted beasts of monstrous power and enormous size and strength, unstoppable leviathans that focused energy into anger. Yet another of the powers of those who used them for the real purpose.
The Emperor sat in his chambers onboard the Virulent, legs crossed, hands raised as the slaves tied to the wall cried and screamed, their life energies slowly being drained from them into the body of the Emperor, he fed on the lives and essences of people to fuel his body beyond imgainable. The entire room focused his energy, powering him, he cackled in sinister glee as he drained those innocents who had no choice in the matter, citizens of the two moons that had dared to uprise against his rule. Those who defied him were taught a lesson.
Droma left the prisoners in his cell, drained but still alive, suffering yet able to still exist, as he departed for the vessel's bridge, the command hub of the Dominion battlefleet, center of the massive armada that encircled Tesia VII. As he walked aboard the bridge, he gazed out the frontal viewport into space, ignoring the officers who bowed low to the presence of the Emperor. He turned to one of the officers nearest him.

"Admiral Karath..."
"Yes, my Lord."
"Is the fleet prepared?"
"Yes, my Lord. The Devestators, consuming the remnants of Dur'ran II and III, have provided our forces with some new bulk, combined with the fleets of your apprentices, we have assembled our massive force."
"Very good...do you have location?"
"Yes my Lord. We have coordinates for the Totalian capital slaved into the navicomputers of every ship in the fleet. We are ready to depart at your word."
"I see...send a quick message to the Totalians, inform them of our soon departure."
"A message has already been composed, now sent, my Lord. The Totalians should get the message long before we arrive."
"Very good. We should let them get their hopes up...prove the weak fools they are."

A hologram, Lord Sion, appereared, as the dark apprentice bowed to Droma.

"My fleet is prepared, as are the fleets of the rest, my Master. Your word, awaits."
"Very good, Sion. Soon you shall prove to bring justice to these pitiful fools who falter beneath the path of mere droids...and we shall show how the Dark Lords shall rule. We shall have peace."
"Your word is my law, my Lord. Standing by for your order."

Sion bowed low, the hologram faltering and disappearing. Droma turned again to Karath.

"Move the fleet to the jump point, Admiral. Move us out."
"As you wish, my Lord."

Karath walked over to the main consoles, talking to various officers on the bridge.

"All units, proceed to the hyper terminal."

The massive fleet fired up sublight engines, proceeding out from Tesia VII's orbit, Droma smiling sadistically as he usually did before the outbreak of battle, watching the molten planet slowly get smaller and smaller as the fleet moved out, approaching the hyperjump.

"All units, prepare to go to hyperspace on my mark."

Karath moved about the bridge, still talking with various officers, getting in contact with other fleet admirals to get status reports, making last-minute adjustments.

"Fire hyperjets, move into hyperspace, now!"

With a flash of hot light, the fleet locked in on a distant set of coordinates, the Totalian capital world, hyperengines boosting as the armada blew away from realspace into the swirling void of hyperspace.

On the outer edge of the Totalian Empire’s space, sat a good sized fleet. Over ninety ships, both large and small sat in this area of space. They were all the same type or designs, ships built by man builders of ships. The only thing that was same on the ships was a black background with skull and crossbones on it. Pirates these ships were. Space pirates under the command of Remy Barrilleaux-Saint Clair, the seventeen in line to the Dominion throne. The seventeen in line a space pirate, it was weird. Well not for Remy, he was theft on place called Earth. He moved his fingers through his gray hair as he looked at a map aboard his flagship, a Ha'tak class Mothership named Nahk’s Fury. Named after his wife’s father, a man Remy never met in person. He looked up as he heard the door open. “Hello, Denise.” he said.

“Remy, why is the fleet here?” asked the lovely Denise Territurari Barrilleaux-Saint Clair. The brunette woman that Remy was in love with. Remy turned her immortal with some blood that Denise’s uncle gave to him before they got married. She was 22 year old when they married, now she was 1,017 year old. She still like the way she was on their wedding day.

“Sal said something was happening in the Totalian Empire.” said Remy, turning around to face her. “He could not pin point it but something big was happening.”

“Oh…” said Denise, walking up to him and wrapped her arms around him. “Are they rich?”

“One side is.” said Remy.

After a couple of hours of looking at the system maps, Remy and Denise were standing on the bridge. He was dressed his normal clothes, clothes that would fit a royal person and a pirate at the same time. Denise was wearing a female version of his suit, the top was cut to show her belly and lower back. The white cape cover up her back.

“Open a channel to my sons.” said Remy, his tone was command and superior over everybody on the bridge.

“Yes, Captain.” said a young female with blonde hair. She was one of the comm operator on the ship. She push a couple of button to open channels to The Cajun Jackrabbit and The Red Sword. Those ships were both Lucrehulk-class battleships.

On the screen appeared both sons of Remy. Octave Barrilleaux-Saint Clair, commander of the Jackrabbit and Raoul Barrilleaux-Saint Clair, commander of the sword.

“Father, Mother, what is need?” asked Octave, the oldest of the brothers.

“Your mission is to prepare two hundred Vulture droid starfighters for launch and sent them into the Totalian Empire’s space. From both of your ships.” said Remy. “Understand?”

“Yes, Father.” said the brothers at the same time. With that, the screen went back to normal. The blackness of space was all that was seen. Octave and Raoul got to work, ordering their men to prepare the star fighters for launch.

Lafiel was sitting in her quarters going over the latest data from her most recent military simulation. Delicate pale fingers roamed over the keyboard while a screen in Abh language scrolled down. It was nothing important merely energy output from the new reactors and weapon systems, normal space bubble stability, and shielding. A smile was on her face as she went through the data.

There was a knock on the door. "Admiral? It's me."

Pressure was released and the door slid open. Jinto walked into the room where a typical smile should have been painted with a chance to be alone with Lafiel, now a somber expression was there. Lafiel however was still transfixed on the computer screen. "These reading are excellent. In time, we could begin phasing out some of our older ships and replacing them. We already can control all of planespace if we wish. Now we can work on becoming more of an imposing military force in normal space. With these new destroyers and the Symphonic Fleet we can...." Lafiel had swiveled around in her chair to face her husband. "What is it?"

Jinto grabbed a chair and rolled it over next to her. "The Communications Officer just picked up a transmssion from a people called the Totalians. It seems that their droid army has malfunctioned as is now turning on them. They are requesting military aid and offer to repay handsomely."

Lafiel's smile was now gone. "The Empire does not have any relations with them but perhaps we can establish diplomatic ties through these endeavours."

"Diplomatic relations at the cost of Abh and human blood I remind you."

She leaned back in her chair, tapping a nail on the console. "Yes I realize that. Contact HQ and request a military division in case we need them for a ground assault."

Jinto rolled the chair back into place. "Yes Admiral, it will be done."

Once he was outside the door, Lafiel brought her clyuno up close to her lips. "Senior Aviator, trace the coordinants of the last transmission and contact the rest of the fleet. We are setting course to lend these people aid."

"Yes Admiral."

The Abh fleet comprised of Exiled Destroyers, Abh Destroyers, Dissith Cruisers, and Urbanuss Flankers ignited their engines and rumbled through Hyperspace heading for the first of the five planets to Totalius.

"Captain..This is amazing.." the First Officer of CS-01 said as the ion drives smoothly kicked in and they began to cruise ahead. The imagery was breathtaking for the Whyatican crew, so much so that they entirely forgot about their standing orders to return to Whyatican space as soon as possible. The bright dots of stars were visible in the endless sea of Space, and the Whyaticans took it in like children in a candy store, the pilot and Captain the only one remaining relatively calm and cool throughout this mission. The ship continued to slowly accelerate as a sensor panel beeped wildly, signalling an incoming object of space junk.

The weapons officer leapt up to attention in the small bridge, and he punched in numerous keys. The small spinal laser pulse cannon of CS-01 powered up with an audible buzzing noise, and the weapons officer carefully targetted the space junk and fired off four rapidfire pulses, draining the capacitors of the laser battery. The object was shredded into multiple pieces, each floating away lazily. CS-01 swung close enough to the pieces of the object for the sensors to get a better reading on it: They were manmade.

"Captain, that piece of space junk..It was manmade, captain. One of the planets in this system is occupied. The sensors haven't had enough time to map out this system entirely, and the gas giant we just passed by had nothing of value in it. Perhaps the planet 2 AUs ahead of us.."

The Captain said nothing, merely nodding slightly as he changed the ship's trajectory slightly and kicked the ion drives up another notch. They accelerated to the maximum safe speed of their drives, 300m/s, and the navigation officer said,

"Captain, we're never going to get there at this rate, maybe we could try a short-range Cspace hop.."

"It's too dangerous, we could overshoot the planet or crash into it..We want to head into orbit of it, remember? The ship isn't really meant for atmospheric.."

"Zek, damnit, the ship is meant for C-Space travel, short AND long range. Fire it up!" the weapons officer said irritatedly.

"Fine, damnit, we're using the C-space..All hands, brace for C-Space entry.."

The ship's lights flickered and the reverse drives turned on, bringing the ship's velocity to almost nil. The cargobays opened, and the C-Space Key unloaded. It glowed brightly as energy from the microfusion reactors was pumped into it, and a beam erupted from it, opening a swirling wormhole in open space. The ion drives kicked in again, shooting the ship through the doorway..

Ten seconds later, the ship decelerated, and a bright wormhole appeared in open space, 2.3 AUs away from their original starting point. CS-01 emerged, and the key retracted back into it's cargobay. The ship slowly eased on the ion drives, and entered into an orbit with the ruined planet ahead of them. They sent a communication,

This is Whyatican vessel CS-01, we are here on a peaceful mission of exploration and technological testing from the planet Whyatica. If you can respond, please do so!

It was sent in several Whyatican dialects, including the Whyatican version of morse code. They hoped for a response, which would add to the launch crew's already considerable fame..

The three officers sat watching the screen with absent-minded interest. Intergalactic Holo-News was always filled with the same old things, not much to interest unless it was near those who watched. A woman appeared on the screen, a background of a moon or small planet behind her.

"It has been but a few short weeks since the Mechinus uprising against the soveriegn Lord Totalius, leader of the Totalians. The Cause for why these, their slaves, rise is unclear. Reports indicate that the Mechinus have slaughtered civilian Totalians, and the Totalian military is currently pushing them back on the moon Inurhia Minor."

One officer yawned heavily, ignoring the screen. His dark lank hair shuffled into his face, and he pushed it back with a groan. He turned on his side and stared at the hulking figure of a man, sitting on a chair staring intently at the screen.

"Hey, Roberts, did we get that last check return from the Caplerdians?" asked the officer.

The hulking figure turned. The man was balding and had a large scar running the length of his face; a very intimidating man with his shoulders a meter in bredth, and a height of 6'10".

"Yea, they put it with our bank friends in the Thrashian Internatial Bank; just like you asked boss," answered Roberts. He poked a thumb at the screen.

"You know boss, this thing happening here is less than..." Roberts picked up a nav clipboard, "...less than 13 parsecs from here. From the looks of it, these Totalian guys could use some experianced soldiers."

The officer grunted and closed his eyes. The third person, a woman, sitting in another chair opposite Roberts turned to the officer laying on the couch.

"Come on Tallarn, what would it hurt. And if this civil war is as big as that pompous looking gal on the screen says, then we could haul in quite the sum," said the woman. She was small, but beautifully formed, with dazalling green eyes and blue hair.

Colonel Martin Tallarn sat up from the couch. He looked at the screen and watched as a metal walking contraption fought off a horde of smaller wraith-like creatures. He smiled.

"Lieutenants, I think it's time we informed the men that our extended leave is now over," he said. Tallarn stood and pressed the comm on the wall. A man on the bridge answered.

"Yes sir?"

"Maikus, get us a heading for...," he grabbed the nav clipboard from Roberts, "...for the planet Minuras, capital of the Totalians. Inform the fleet that we'll be entering hyperspace as soon as all preperations are made."

"Yes sir!" said Maikus enthusiasticly.


In the small pocket of space the four large Knight-class Cruisers, two Omega-class Space Hulk Transports, and a dozen Neo Escort ships manuevered into positions. It took a little time for the nav computers on all ships to get the designated location. Then Colonel Tallarn spoke to all the men. In less than three hours, the small fleet disappeared into hyperspace. Their destination: Minuras.

Inurhia Minor
The Dominion war fleet blazed in system, a burst of white light followed by the exit of thousands of warships, fighters, and gunboats from the realms of hyperspace. Fighters boiled out of the capital ships into a defensive formation, gunships and assault fighters rumbling out in wings.

"Run a sensor sweep, identify the automatons." ordered Admiral Karath from the bridge of the Virulent.

Several affirmative confirmations met his order, a few modified corvettes striking out to make a fast sensor wave scan of the battle that was occuring above Inurhia Minor.

"We got 'em scoped, Admiral, the larger fleet that' pushing the little guys, the Totalians, back."
"Right, move the cruisers into position, cut off their advance, and I want fighter assaults to hit their rear. Encircle and close the trap."
"Right away, Admiral, units on the way."

Pinnacle cruisers leading the wave of Dominion capital ships moving towards the Mechinus fleet, closing to attack range, the capital ships loaded up torpedoes and missiles into firing tubes, bracketing enemy cruisers in scan scopes. The mighty, jet-black Virulent, looming behind the advancing Dominion craft, was simalarly targeting with as many weapons as it could bring to bear on the fleet, turrets rotating to target the Mechinus cruisers. Aboard the Virulent's bridge, Droma gazed out at the unfolding scene.

"You may fire when ready, Admiral."

The guns of the battlefleet opened up with a vicious salvo, blue energy streaming forth from the cruisers, a blaze of death hailing from the numerous gun ports of the capital flotilla towards the Mechinus engagers, blasts of light and energy strewn forth. A torrent of rocket weaponry followed, launchers laying forth waves of ion rockets and positron torpedoes, to unleash a cataclysm of destruction upon the enemy fleet. The fighter armada now began closing into the Mechinus, launching off blistering barrages of rocket and torpedo fire, gunships closing in, streaming their particle-beams from wing-mounted turrets, the semi-autonomous droid fighters of the Dominion, clicking communication squawks back and forth, sweeping down in huge numbers, volleying tsunamis of laser and energy fire.

The crews were at their posts as the fleet glided silently towards their destination. Lafiel's Communication Officer had tracked the origin of the plea for help back to the planet it came from and now the Abh fleet was preparing to make the jump into normal space. All ships formed up on the lead Abh destroyer while the supply ships remained back for their safety.

"Relay this message to the fleet. 'All ships, prepare to make the jump to normal space.'"

A faint blue light was all that signaled the beginninng of a tear into Hyperspace from the view point of normal space. White light stretched forth like fingers and then contracted as they ripped the blackness apart. Ships from the Abh Empire poured forth into Minuras. Warships from various sizes began fanning out and taking up their proper positions with the Urbanuss Flankers on, conveniently, the flanks while Dissith Cruisers took the lead followed closely by Exiled and Abh destroyers.

"Senior Officer, I want you to monitor the status of the ships in the fleet and be ready to activate normal space bubbles should they be needed."

Jinto tapped a button on his counsel as a glass screen slid up. "Yes ma'am."

"Communications, began scanning for signs of battle or an enemy fleet."

"Yes ma'am."

Aslamaduun I

<Unworthy leaders kill them immediately. Rise of Mechinus power. Assistance appreciated.>
The message crudely chortled and repeated everywhere in Aslamaduun I, II, and III, trying to draw others from the glorified depths of space towards them, almost like an invisible ring, a loud lure that would ring into every possible ship that came in within range of the massive mobile planet of Aslamaduun, its guns large, turrets wide and ranged cannons ready to fire any sort of weaponry found from them. Enormous fleets trucking about the deep cavernous holes in the ship-like planet, hordes upon hordes of perfectly situated ships screwed around, spinning and twisting in their accuracy exercises, becoming every second more powerful and more accustomed to the slaughterous war.

Inside one of the capital ships, 1.110, shaped like a smooth almond, silver and shining, with many metal grooves showing possible hidden turrets and weapons, ships latched on inside, a core with a mind of a calculative fiend, tentacles of wrath spinning around in their malice. There were no windows or any ports on its surface, only a small red light at the very tip of the massive ship, easily smaller but swifter than any capital ship ever seen, yet its firepower was unmistakably nothing short of powerful bombardments. A swinging wire-net of drones flying around the thick hull outside, they regularly maintained and defended the ship, creating occasional shields to frequently protect them against enemy fire. Without fins, with shown engines or jetting ends, it was nothing more than seemingly a large elliptical object floating in space, sleek and smooth, dark and devoid amongst the blackness of space.

Hundreds upon thousands more of these were everywhere, surrounding the first capital planet of Aslamaduun I, as large and swift as the others, cannons hidden, grooved apparent, all of them tipped a black colour with a silvery glimmer around their edges. They all seemed like angelic haloes in the infinite vestiges of space, spinning and orbiting the planet that was below them, small and rumbling, as large engines were clearly visible from space on its surface. A large, massive hand was grasped on its surface, stretching entire continents in one single finger, and it looked like a sort of sea-star wrapped delicately around the smoothness of a spherical rock.

Metallic, with a large red eye that was clearly visible from space as well, it was growing larger with every second, the rock haplessly being consumed hungrily by this horrid machine, as from the undergrowth of its vein-stricken circuits, fighters and capital ships were emerging, identical to the ones floating in space above them, constantly pushing out in large numbers, immense and powerful, sleek and new, ready for war. Still, they pushed on, churning out more forces, as the hand was quite large, the planet of Aslamaduun, identical like its brothers, was slowly imploding on itself from the strain caused by this large leeching metallic hand.

Minuras

Minuras’s transformation from a fiery wasteland to a bleak and dead planet was complete. Not even a single slice of magma or lava rumbled beneath its already dark surface – now it was only a grey bleak landscape, as roaming capital ships were hung above its head high, one of the dark black shapes emitting a small metal seed into the ground, spraying it wildly around on the surface of the large planet. Immediately, they began to creep out into hands, but many of them were perished due to faulty circuits, yet many of them survived, growing larger and larger in size, turning into identical factories like ones on Aslamaduun, soon becoming factories that churned out ships in seconds.

From the planet’s surface, the land began to dissolve around the mysterious hands, being sucked in as dust into the factories, ships being spewed out. It was quiet, it was cold, and it was barren. From the silence, a lone figure ran about.

He was quick and swift, dodging around the parts, the strewn remains that would soon not be here – they were to be soon salvaged to make new ships with them. His lightsaber bright with a purple hue, he looked carefully around the corner, peering into the cold blinking hearts of a few marching machines, claws and pointed fingers on their hands, tentacles writhing about, feeling every surface, as luminous and ominous red eyes peered at every object in their sight. They hummed and droned with a menacing tone, almost like a threat to the planet itself, like spiders they were. The upper half made them humanoid, with two arms, five fingers and a head that had no features but a large, blinking red light for an eye, the lower half made them spiders, as if centaurs, but instead of the bottom of a horse, they carried the mechanical clicking of an arachnid. On each finger was a long metal scythe-like ability, crinkling around, blood staining its ends, dripping still slightly, staining the mud around it.

They did not chatter, they only walked along in a straight fashion, forcing the swift scout to show himself, rushing through the air towards the pair that was around the corner, his saber swinging gracefully as he was cruelly cut down in the stead of his foes. From the corner of their minds, the bottom of their hearths, the machines began to drain the body of all electrical circuits left, taking the lightsaber from the corpse and grinding it into weapons that fuelled their own.

With that recorded, the knowledge of more efficient killing, they moved on, relaying the information back to base.

Inurhia Major

Surprise attacks were now pointless, as the relayed information from the Minuras planet was told to all drones in the Mechinus faction, rendering them useless against guerrilla tactics by surprise forces. Whenever a single noise was heard, it was cruelly sliced apart until its source was dead, or whenever a single beep was seen it immediately began to form in groups.

Capital ships still were high over Inurhia Minor, the large metal hand gripping the planet’s surface, sucking up all things possible, quickly pouring out more units to assist the Mechinus against the arrival of a new foe. A brisk salvo of enemy fire caught their attention, forcing the first and second battalions to break off efficiently to engage the enemies, blaster fire ringing loudly from their hearths, cold calculations done to see where the enemy was going, as the drones fired flawlessly and efficient. Many damaged ships sacrificed themselves to take the brunt of attack from the enemy’s fire, defending the capital ships which were drifting about, preparing to fire.

The Capital ships in the vicinity of the enemy engaged their shields, a thick blue net of circular webs clinging about, fading in and out, before completely unliveable, the first enemy salvo effective in hitting the shield, though no actual damage on the armour was done. Cannons emerging from the silver grooves, the first volley was launched, a thick wave of fire comprised of swift assault.

Droma cackled with laughter as he watched the machines try to use their advanced robotics to outwit and outfly his great arsenal, using the sheer numerical vastness of his fleet to start surrounding the droid movements, frigates targeting groups of enemy droid fighters with homing cluster bomblets and deploying out the explosive mines to trap enemy fighters in bursts of fragmentation explosions. Several front corvettes had taken a bruising from the initial droid response, shields holding but getting beaten, as they moved back to the capital fleet, new starships taking their place. After the cluster bombs initially went off, Droma decided to switch tactics, moving in the anti-fighter corvettes to knock out fighter holds, while the cruisers, frigates, and battleships would move in to pin down the capital cruisers.

"Utilize all firepower, Admiral Karath..."
"Firing, my Lord. Divert the Virulent's guns to the cruisers, maximum power!"

From the flagship of the Virulent, mighty hordes of energy fire flew off like living energy, coarsing bolts of sapphire lasers streaming through black space before finding targets among the Mechinus fleet. Torpedoes and rockets continued launching as quick as gunners could load the large projectiles, weapons officers dashing about their stations.
The faster Nova frigates were now trying to get behind the starfleet, using their speed and concentrating firepower to attempt to force the Mechinus fleet away from the planet, against the Dominion fleet that came in from afar, in a manuever to get the automatons to retreat or die. Fierce waves of attack gunboats continued strafing enemy lines, unloading rocket salvos and returning to hangers for more, assault bombers dodging past point-defense cannons, firing rockets and torpedoes. The capital ships, behind the dark backdrop of space, kept up the heavy fire, enemy shots hitting the multiple energy layers of shield banks that encircled Dominion spacecraft.

"Admiral, there appear to be ships of an unknown origin orbiting the planet. What they are doing or who they are is unknown."

Lafiel nodded. "Communications, send a message to the unknown fleet asking for them to identify themselves."

"Right away ma'am."

This is Admiral Abriel of the Seventh fleet of the Abh Empire. We have responded to a plea for help from a leading faction named the Totalius. If you are them, then please respond. We are here to lend aid.

"Senior officer, tell all ships to activate normal space bubbles."

"But Lafiel, we don't even know who they are yet."

"Do as I say Senior Officer, I don't have time to explain my reasoning."

Jinto punched a few buttons on his counsel to activate the space bubbel along with sending a message to the rest of the ships to do the same. A tiny glowing circle on the broadside of each ship was the only indication that anything had changed while they waited for a response.

Inurhia Minor

There was no fear abroad, only swift calculation. The majority of the fleet was busy bombarding and taking Inurhia Major to a crumbling ruin, the many ships on the bombardment of Inurhia Minor prepared to form a thick cannon, as thick host ships were trudging to the front, billions of pods being launched towards enemy ships, all each potent and carrying elite Hydra drones, though many of them were holograms. The front flanks of the ships were holograms, only one capital ship was real. Most of the fleet was a hologram, conducted by the massive hand that was crawling atop the surface of barren Inurhia Minor, the ground forces of the Mechinus fighting against the Totalians on the taken moon.

Tripling in fleet size, the holograms were flawless, completely unrecognizable from the enemy’s sights, emitting genuine heat signatures and electrical circuits alongside their actual ships, with one major difference – none of them did any damage, relying on the actual ships to cover up their damage for them.

Flying around in perfect unison, the fake fleet tripled again in size from the hand below, spewing out hallucinations everywhere.

From the flagship of Inurhia Minor, the message was deceptively sent, sounding exactly like what Totalians did.

“This is the Totalian first battalion. We are under attack by Unknown forces, and we need assistance. Mechinus ground forces are pummelling our units, and we require help against this new foe.”

Droma continued the attack, his fleet oddly not going down to the growing enemy numbers, though he overlooked this fact. The holograms were far too deceptively constructed, they fooled the Dominion fleet easily into believing the strength of the enemy. The enemy pods would be dealt with first, even though onboard Acklay droids on each starship were powered like miniature tanks.

"Admiral...focus all point-defense lasers on the attack pods, and keep up the fire on the starships. We shall wipe out these fools."
"What of the plea for help from the ground forces, my Lord?"
"Leave the weak fools to their fate, Admiral."
"Yes, my Lord."

Point-defense cannons sprung across ship hulls, targeting the signatures of the countless pods inbound towards the starships, firing blue pulses across space on intercept vectors, cannon fire as dense as fog on an early morning. Main turbocannons continued pouring out fire onto enemy starships, gas canisters and ammunition reloaded and poured into the firing of the massive gun emplacements, fighters still making rounds, torpedoes flying by the thousands.

It was an enemy powered by organic beings that could tire, could be exhausted – this was not. The Mechinus relentlessly gained real reinforcements from Aslamaduun, a massive fleet that was soon not an hallucination. Going on a suicide mission, the holograms began to harass imaginatively the enemy’s attacks, the pods drawing all the fire, though it was apparent the elite Hydra drones were certainly going to get aboard, no matter how many were destroyed – enough was there to fight from within. Elite drones, designed to rip apart all things organic, they were effective and efficient, never tiring nor stopping, their wrath uncurbed.

From space, the Totalians were being pushed back, and no matter how strong they were with the Force, no matter how skilled they were with the lightsabers in their sweating hands, nothing could fight off against drones designed to hunt them down – whenever a weakness was found, the Mechinus always took advantage of it immediately.

It was the same in space – the millions of holograms were flying around, engaging against enemy ships, a rumbling easily seen and heard. From the bleakness of hyperspace, in a massive unit, the entire first platform of the five platforms of the Mechinus were assembled, as hundreds of capital ships and even thousands more of ships rattled from their hulls, joining their holograms, a real fleet hidden amongst a fake one. It seemed immeasurable, and unbelievable a fleet this large could be so quickly deployed, and it was unbelievable – while it was certainly much larger, a portion of it was still nothing more than holograms deceptively designed.

Cannons relentlessly firing in a straight fire against the enemy capital ships, they were intent on a non-stop fire, drones from inside the ships quickly pushing forwards and forwards their pummel, never stopping or resting, always knowing where everything was, automated to an insane degree.

It was time, the orders was given. Launch them now. The two hundred Vulture droid starfighters started out of the hanger bays of the Lucrehulk-class battleships. Each one was black in color with skull and crossbones, Remy believed the old color was dull and boring. So he had them repainted and used Dominion shipyards in the Anubis System, the Ra System, and the Iris System to do it. It is good thing he is part of the House of Wolf or his fleet would be nothing but a few ships.

A lot of the ships in his pirate fleet were ones that try to fly into the Ra System, where the Saint Clair clan had control of. Remy’s father, Grand Admiral Prince Calvin Saint Clair and his uncle, Field Marshal Prince Devlin Saint Clair act like Governors of the system. Remy had a space station that orbits around the largest gas planets in the system. It was his home, it was full priceless things that he and his pirate have got over the years. Now, back to the ships.

The Ra System is home to the biggest shipyards in out of the Dominion. It was the home of Dominion ship builders. And it had the same FTLi program as Anubis and Iris has. A program that shut everything off but life support in a ship that does not have a Dominion made engine. Those ships would sitting ducks as Dominion ships surround them. They would asked who they were before boarding party get on broad the ships. Sometime they are bloodily fights and other times the ship’s crew are peaceful. But every time, the ships will owned by the Dominion. The smaller ships are sold off to the normal people of the Dominion, the larger ships are put on hold to be looked at by the Count. Then would be sold, if the Count allowed it. Most of the larger ships are placed in the Dominion Naval Fleet or sold to one of the members of the Royal Family. A few have been sold to rich members of the Dominion, acting as their flagship and sometime home.

Now, back to the action. The skull and crossbones starfighters shot towards the nearest planet, a placed called Kruikia 1. With four hundred fighters heading towards the planet, something was going to happen.

From aboard the Virulent, the Emperor didn't like what he saw, another two corvettes and a Resonance cruiser going down to excess of enemy fire. No matter, he would leave the Totalian fools to their fate at this world, re-converge at the capital to live and fight another day...and to see just the extent of this supposedly minor rebellion. The Totalians would have some answering to do on just how this got so out of hand.

"Admiral...order the fleet to pull off from the fight. No longer can we keep this up without needlessly sacrificing ourselves."

Pulling off from attack manuevers, the Dominion craft began moving away from the fight, gunnery stations now vibrant with activity, trying to interdict pursuing forces as the Dominion fleet converged to the hyperpoint, fending off interception forces from the automatons in any attempts to prevent their flight from the apparently doomed planet. Converging at the hyperpoint, the fleet fired a last heavy salvo of energy and torpedoes, before they flashed into light and jumped off, headed for Minuras, and the Totalian capital planet.

DIS Judicator

Sion kneeled in his meditation room on his flagship, the dreadnought Judicator. The force amplifier posts dotted the expansive room, his lightsaber hanging on one wall, a collection of other weapons on the other. As he knealt, he felt a certain disturbance collect, and not one that had come from the recent loss at Inurhia Minor. No, this was more of a cancer, a thorn in his side, before another voice entered his mind.

I'm coming for you, Sion...
Nihilus, thought Sion, I feel your hate...
Very good of you, though you shan't for much longer.

Sion barely heard the rear door open, barely heard the few footsteps behind him.

You do not use your anger, Nihilus. How much stronger you could be, he continued to think.
I am more powerful than you could ever imagine, Sion. Sion heard the lightsaber ignite behind him.
Your confidence blinds you, Nihilus, thought Sion.

In one swift stroke, Sion leapt up from his kneeling position, the lightsaber on the wall pulled to his outreaching hand and flicked on, the blood-red blade flashing as Sion flipped over Nihilus's tall figure, clashing with Nihilus's own red saber. The two dark Lords spun to face each other, cutting low and meeting the other's weapon. Hacking against Nihilus's saber, Sion drove into a fury, anger coursing through his body, driving back the opponent towards the door from which he had come. Nihilus remained cool, deflecting Sion's thrusts and sweeps with the ease of a professional duelist. Nihilus stepped back, thrusting forth his hand and letting loose a shower of lightning, Sion catching the electric attack just in time with his saber. Nihilius cut the attack, raising his saber and coming down with a hard strike, reflected by Sion's own upward attack.
The two combatants moved out into the next room, one of the secondary navigation rooms, swinging and arcing their sabers. A female technician, seeing the two dark Lords engaged in mortal combat, screamed and dashed out of the room, the console where she had worked slashed and slagged in one of Sion's attacks. Nihilus's continued defense was only able to delay Sion, the Lord growing stronger as his hatred was released in his continued high-speed strikes at Nihilus. With a well-aimed kick, the enemy was knocked off balance, and Sion took the oppurtunity. Slashing down with all his force, Sion hacked off Nihilus's right arm at the shoulder, bringing the blade up through his left elbow. Nihilus fell to the metal deck, gasping in pain, his lightsaber falling to the ground. Sion laughed, pointing his saber tip at the other being's neck.

"So much for your strength, Nihilus...you amuse me."

Sion kicked the other Lord in the face, sheathing his saber as he walked off, leaving Nihilus on the deck as a medical team came up to assist him.

The ship was quiet the ZAFT military has been at stand down since operation Bull Dog ended the order came though to Martin DaCosta the captain of the Eclipse to go to half watch and prepare to move out he sent a message to Zala confirming he got the message then he stepped out of his room went down the hall to the elevator and went up to the bridge he walked to his command station only three people were on duty. he sat in his chair looked to one of his men and said ,"set condition to half watch we got orders to prepare to move out." the officer looked at him then said over the ship wide comm. ,"all hands set condition half watch i repeat half watch status." soon after a few more people came onto the bridge and went to there stations

Inurhia Minor

The Mechinus were relentless, and tried to follow the wake of the enemy’s fleet trail, yet a flash of enemy fire distracted them, as they lurched into Hyperspace in another direction, a couple hundred kilometres from their original position, dodging the fire that did not seek, and the ones that did were shattered harmlessly against the thick shields of the capital ships. They were bright and almond shaped once more, cannons and turrets reduced, but the boundaries quickly checked over, the majority of the fleet leaving to go towards Dagoth-Jin, for the next campaign against the only untouched Totalian world, and the most difficult world to take. If Dagoth-Jin fell, then it would simply be a massacre.

A massive fleet lunged into hyperspace, blasting to Dagoth-Jin, while the remaining Totalians were being hunted across Inurhia Major, like dogs, and the no matter how strong they were, the Force could not help them detect ones untouched by its cold fingers. Insidious, cunning, and always moving, the Mechinus hunters tracked on in Inurhia Major’s lush rainforest climate, which was quickly being turned into a desert by the horrid bombardment.

Minuras, the Fallen Capital city of Suz’Minuras

It was a humble ruin, crackling and breaking ruins alongside marble statues and immense broken cannons which did not fire, but instead turned on their operators. The city, once large and the earliest of Totalian dominance, was now nothing but two massive craters, the bombardment so complete that outside of Suz’Minuras was simply a glass continent. Hot and humid, the Totalian scout quickly ran alongside the remains, his eye scanning swiftly, a small soft linen wrapped over his mouth and head, only his eyes showing in his glare, yellow and cat-like. Running along, two lightsabers in his hands, he breathed quietly, staring about again, feeling the jolt behind him, lunging quickly with precise speed, slashing two Hydra drones efficiently as they walked by, unable to reply to the swift assault by the mysterious marauder.

Turning around to meet two other Hydras, he quickly formed an ‘X’ shaped defence with his saber, blocking the initial slaughter of attacks, before three darts were launched in the absence, the jet of lightning from his saber occupied hand jolting off the needles and into the core of the drones, which still walked on, unaffected. Surprised behind the mask, the marauder jumped up into the air, the drones jumping along with him, their swords raised high, blades clashing in a brilliant display of light. His saber swinging down in another ‘X’ shaped pattern, it was like a pair of scissors slashing against the two blades, turning his left wrist and slashing at the enemy drone, slicing its head in two, yet it still moved quickly, unaware that its head was cleanly sliced from its neck.

Still moving with accuracy, the Totalian marauder lunged a large stone block at the two, but the repulsors from their wrists pushed it back, an artificial answer to the Force, by supplying the Mechinus with their own use of the Force. Running through the ruins more quickly, the two drones pursued their prey, as the Totalian turned around and swung down, his face behind the woven mask contracting in concentration, as another blade came up at him. Standing between two drones, as he tried to push back, he breathed hard, before swinging down, hoping the drones would hit each other.

However, as quick as they were, they did not, and the marauder twisted both his wrists and slashed the drones’ arms off, the metal dangling down in circuits amidst the foggy landscape, turning in circles as they were cleanly cut in half.

From the shadowy quietness of the ruins, the darkness castled by its strewn parts, came out a tall, seemingly muscular being, purely robotic like the others before it, yet it was calm and cool, a shining metal on its body, only two proportionately shaped eyes on a featureless face, a hood draped over its body and head, connected by a metal belt. The clothing seemed to be metallic itself, a dangling assortment of swords, like a dress, hung on its belt. For a small while, it did not move, until from its thighs came out two small holes on the outside of each thigh, a visible spring on its thin shins.

Lightsabers held up high, the marauder waited, his stare careful and full of discontent, his fingers crackling with energy. Immediately, a push of energy situated from his hands, blasting the stone behind the robotic enemy apart, yet the foe was high above him, lunging down without a single weapon drawn, pushing up with utmost speed, as the marauder swung his lightsaber. Using the small jets on its legs, the machine blasted out of the way of the attack, and lunged forwards, sending the being flying into a rock cavern, smoke blasting up.

Sword drawn, the enemy moved in for the kill, yet the Totalian was gone – when the dust settled, his body was nowhere to be seen, only a trail of blood that led nowhere.

"Admiral, we seem to be receing a reply from the ships in our sector."

Lafiel rested her head on a fist. "Read me the message." While the message was read, Lafiel sat there tapping a fingernail on the arm rest. "So that's all they had to say...Senior officer, launch communication ships with a message to all ships in the fleet. I want all ships to go to separate normal space bubbles and filter in among the fleet. Once they are close enough, all ships are to unleash a full broadside barrage on the surrounding ships."

Jinto looked up at her in shock. "But why would you fire on the ships of those we are supposed to be aiding?"

"Use your brain supply officer. The transmission stated that their mechanical military force had turned against them. This fleet before us is large enough to supress any rebellion and the fact that their machines do the fighting for them, I imagine that the Totatlians don't have much of a military power to their name. All ships are to get a lock with their graviton cannons and fire on my order."

Still a little unsure, the message was relayed to the communication ships. Small lights darted around the war vessels as they dwarfed the tiny two man communication shuttles.

They shortly returned to their docking bays once the message had been relayed to all commanders. "All commanders have received and understand their orders."

"Good. All ships move forward."

The Abh fleet fired their Claudia drives into full power and their gravimetric engines surged forward. Silently as they approached, all torpedoe tubes and graviton cannons were loaded with their appropriate ordinants.

Careful, the Mechinus knew that they had to sell it, pretending to look weak and insignificant, the holograms displaying images of being destroyed and crushed when the enemy fire lunged upon them, the fleet in disarray, but still intelligently placed so that they nearly encompassed the enemy’s initial arrivals. If the enemy wouldn’t be so easily tricked, then they would have to lash back in the proper position. It was certainly a gamble, but not a big one – it would be a small loss, but a large victory.

Taking the first attack without attacking, they scattered deliberately and quickly along Inurhia Minor’s space. Sending a reply back to the Abh, they had changed their tone to signs of distress.

Why do you assault us? We ask for help, and you betray us!

"All ships are to merge with our ship with flankers on the edges. I want our backs to the planet and keep the mechanical fleet in front of us. All ships are to prepare their forward electromagnetic rifles, graviton cannons, and hellfire torpedoes. Senior Aviator, bounce sonar off those ships and see what we are dealing with here. Jinto, send a reply. I don't care what but something creative or threatening. Either way will suffice."

Message to "Totalian" fleet:
That was our mistake, we had a weapons malfunction. You are free to approach once again. I believe we have the situation under control now.

The Abh fleet clustered together now over the planet. Each one was now link, sharing their space bubble generators while they awaited a response from the enemy. If they didn't attack, they had something instore for them.

The small merc fleet came out of hyperspace and took up defensive formations immdiately. Zaku and Leo space types launched from one of the cruisers, and began searching the area for signs of enemy activity.

"Maikus, see if you can get Lord Totalius and his Totalians on the line," said Colonel Tallarn. "Lets see if they would like to hire some more soldiers."

"Yes sir," replied the aged lieutenant.

Minuras
Not far from the merc fleet exiting into high orbit, the Dominion warfleet, running back from the unsuccessful encounter at Inurhia Minor, exited hyperspace into the space surrounding Minuras. The ships-unknown as Totalian or Mechinus-seemed to be relaying with Abh ships in orbit. Droma decided to let the other allies tempt the fate of the craft first, to allow them to discover the identity of the fleet. If it turned to be Mechinus, Droma would not hesitate to committ the armada again to the destruction of the automatons.

Flight Deck, Ordeck Bulk Transport

"7th Team! Get your asses into gear!" yelled an engineer officer. "Your suits are suppose to already be in the transport!" The officer was beside himself with anger at the fact that his flight deck was cluttered with such idiots; didn't they know how precious time was and how hard it was to keep a flight deck running properly?

A Zaku II (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b184/Upum/Gundams/MS-06FZ.gif) and it's four other brothers manuevered up a loading ramp into the rear of a large transport. One of the cock-pits was open, the pilot looking out as his suit moved.

"Ah, come-on old man! You know it takes time to prep these babies!"

"Old man nothin'! Commander Yuri already has his Gouf onboard!"

"Yea, yea keep your shirt on," responded the pilot. He pushed himself back into the cockpit and the hatch closed. One by one the large Zakus loaded onto the transport. They got into their designated holding cages and the transport's crew locked the suits in place for landing.


"Commander Yuri, your men will be landing here," a vid map appeared, showing the capital of Minarus. "-in the north of the city. We have reports from Eagel Eye that the city has not entirely fallen as of yet. You are to create a defensive pocket."

Commander Yuri Kilani sat in his Gouf (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b184/Upum/New%20MS%20Folder/MS-07B3.gif) mobile suit and watched as the vid screens designated his landing zone.

"Sir, I understand. What forces have you given me besides the 7th and 4th MS teams?" asked Yuri.

"Your getting those teams, and also the 10th, 8th, and 12th MS teams. Three transports. That is all we can do for the moment. It should be enough for you to accomplish your mission. Our 'Intel' says that the Mechinus shouldn't be able to be that much of a challenge, since they haven't faced us yet." An image of Tallarn appeared, he had his usual self-arrogant smirk on it. Yuri smiled in his helmet.

"Very well sir. Will do as ordered. Will we have orbital back-up?"

"The Sword will be your artillery. Lieutanant Stiofan is commanding his Dreadnought and will be there to back you up with his long-guns. We're still unsure as to the space forces the enemy has in the area. But from the looks of it, all the action is on the ground."

"Very good sir. Yuri out."


Three large Zanzibar transports blazed across the sky of Minarus. A large Knight-class cruiser took up a low orbital positon, and began pounding the area of the landing sight with heavy bombardment, clearing a path.


"Attention, crew and MS teams, this is your transport captain! We're coming in hot!" AA fire was coming in as the transports. It seemed that the Mechicus forces weren't going to allow them to land peacefully.

Yuri opened up a channel to all his forces. "Men, keep tight, and follow me to the word...do that, and we'll get through this. Seig Zeon!"

"Sieg Zeon!" the men of all MS teams cried back the old spirit cry.


The transport belly landed and came crashing to a long halt, hitting into the ground. Rock and granite spread up like waves as the large metal hull of the transport, sparks flew as well giving the ship a fiery trail. It finally came to a stop before a large broken out building.

The rear hatch of the transport burst open. Several mobile suits rushed down the ramp, their mechanical legs giving off a rising mist as the heat from their internal parts hit the colder atmosphere. Each transport carried 10 mobile suits. Yuri's Gouf Custom moved off the transport behind the 7th and 4th MS teams.

No enemies appeared in the near vacinity.

"Alright, 7th team, spread out south for 2 klicks. Find a good position and hold it. 4th Team, go on their right flank and spread west, keep them from being flanked. 10th and 12th team are to go east. 8th team, hold the landing sight."

"Affirmative commander," all team commanders replied.


Three Zaku IIs moved down a wide street lane. They covered each other, having their sensors search for targets. Laser fire further ahead drew their attention.

"Boss, I think we just ran into some crunchies," said one Zaku.

"Got ya, Jenson, move in to intercept."

Two large metal beings, like a giant spiders of metallic alloy, turrets and cannons on its corners, a single red eye, immense and powerful, as its eight legs crawled about, crushing the granite it traveled on; appeared from around a building.

The Zaku's opened fire with their 90mm rifles. The bullets impacted upon the surface of the creatures, seeming to have some affect, but not stopping them. The creatures began firing back in reliation. The Zakus dodged behind nearby buildings, popping up to return fire when they got the chance.

"Karl, where the hell are you!?"

Thump, thump, thump; the roar of the 90mm was defeaning to any nearby. One of the spider-like creatures was limping, three of it's legs damaged. A Zaku launched it's jet pack and raised up above the building it was hiding behind. It fired an entire clip into the head of the creature. The Zaku landed again behind another building. "Karl! Where are YOU!?"

Suddenly from a building beside the rear creatures, bursting through the very granite wall, another Zaku appeared. He was holding a Heat Hawk, the melee weapon that all Zakus carried, it's superheated plasma bladed axe redied.

"I'm right here!"

The spider-creature's head turned and the Zaku drove it's Heat Hawk into the head, straight at the eye. The superheated axe blade drove through the head, and into the body. It exploded.

The creature in front, turned. As it did the other three Zakus came out of cover and riddled the creature with 90mm bullets until it stopped moving, falling to it's side, then exploding.

"Commander Yuri, this is the 10th MS Team. We've reached the 2 km mark, and met enemy forces. They've been eliminated. But I am unsure as to how many more are in the vacinity."

The comm was hazy as Yuri replied. "Affirmative 10th Team. Other teams reported similar contact. It seems like their falling back. Any losses?"

"No sir. We have some large buildings for cover, I'm pretty sure we can use them for useful defenses."

"Good, make it so. I'll have back up for you should you need it."

"Copy that, 10th Team out."


The Merc force had made a small foot-hold within the northern part of the city, successfully pushing back a small force of enemy units. It was still unknown as to just when the real danger would come.

The images from the droids were sent back to the fleet. They flew and searched the planet. From the looks of it, their was nobody with a heart beat. The weird thing was a giant hand, walking around the planet. Many pictures were took of the massive hand, a hand that was made from metal. And that could act on it’s own. It was one of those machine fighting against it master. Dumbass. said Remy in his mind. They can’t control their own play things. He continued to watch the large hand.

“Call them back.” he said to open channels to both of his sons.

With that, the orders was send and the starfighters started back to their holding ships. At that moment, Sal stood on the bridge of Nahk’s Fury. Salvador Castillo-Saint Clair was this man and telekinesis was his game. He was always near Remy or close to Remy his whole life, growing up with each other. It was a rumor that Sal had over thousand son and daughters from many women. Only the Count know the true answer to that. Being four years older then Remy, he was still the eighteen in line for the throne.

Remy looked over at Sal, he saw something in his face. The way he looked into the darkness of space. “What is it?” asked Remy.

“A wolf and snake are coming.” said Sal, his voice was cold.

“Far…” before Remy could finished it, a Ha'Tak class Motherships jumped in the system. It sat on the ride side of Remy’s fleet, it was twice a large a normal Ha’Tak. One side, a large symbol was painted. The symbol of the Warlocks, the Dominion’s Gray Jedi. It was mix of the Jedi symbol and the Sith symbol in white and red. This ship was called Temple One by it Warlock’s crew members and was a mobile temple for them. It was the flagship to the Warlock armada. Master Warlock Farkas Darkholme stood on the bridge and looked over at Remy’s fleet, his blood was in that fleet. At the same time, about five hundred more Ha’Taks exited hyperspace and formed around Temple One. They were many types; command ships, pure battle ships, fighter carriers, and Zoid carriers.

Soon another fleet jumped in, half the size of the Warlock fleet it was. But they bear another symbol, the green viper of General Saerus Darkholme-Annirak. The Green Viper he was called by his men in the Jenrakian lancer unit back in his homeland, a place that does not exist in this times. Now, his clone troopers called him Green Viper.

“Both flagships are hailing us.” said one of the crew member on bridge of Nahk’s Fury.

“Open them both.” said Remy as he watch the srceen showed the face of Farkas and Saerus.

"Admiral, another fleet has just entered the system behind the Mechinus fleet. That makes two new fleets in the area since we have arrived. So far none of them have taken agressive manuevers against us."

Lafiel stood up and walked over to the railing to look down at the holographic tactical display map. "All weapon ports opened. Fuel up the mobile mines and make sure every ship is merged with ours. If we are going to be out numbered, we sure won't be outgunned. Keep our communication frequencies open in case any of these guests wish to contact us. All pilots are to report to their fighters immediatly. I want them on standby should we need them."

"Yes ma'am."

In a nasty jolt, flinging up in action, the final portions of the Mechinus fleets at Minuras, fully assembled, large and lumbering, flying amongst many holograms, whisking around with their cannons ready, the blast prepared and the bombardment of the planet Minuras beginning. Rays from the capital ships arrayed perfectly around the planet, many more ships flying out to engage enemy forces, a massive initial salvo was lauched - enough to blast apart three planets entirely into rubble.

The Abh fleet had been position precisly to take care of any planetary bombardment. Obviously with the wide scale of firepower displayed before them, most of it was going around them. However, energy did stream across their neck of the woods and it was absorbed like a sponge taking in water.

Panels alongside the ships rolled open to reveal arrays of defense systems against the torpedoes that were being launched. Rail guns opened up to knock them away while laser turrets spun around in rapid fire succession. Lightning guns were the far more affective as a single bolt was designed to arc from one torpedoe or fighter to the next igniting their reactor units or warheads. Blinding flashes of white ripped the night as the counter measures were repeated and repeated.

"Admiral, it seems your hunch was right. What are your orders?"

"Senior aviator, what's the status of the general fleet's reactors?"

"Ma'am, they are holding steady and can take a few more barrages like that one."

"Good. All ships are to remain merged with our own. Train all forward graviton cannons, EM rifles, and torpedoe tubes at the enemy. Make sure they lock on, something isn't right about all this. Every ship fired but not all did any damage. If the targeting system doesn't lock on, then ignore and move on to something more solid."

"Yes ma'am. The order has been relayed through the field."

Lafiel drew her command saber in one swift fluid motion. "All ships, attack!"

Ships were rocked from the concusions of the cannon fire as shells were launched at speeds near light designed to small gravity wells where shields and hulls would crumble under the attack. Thousands of such shells were being fired into the Mechinus fleet. No less devastating was the mobile mine attack that was quickly following the barrage. Mines that had specially created to detect an energy discharge in its direction and divide into three sections with each carrying an anti-matter warhead. This new feature made many dangerous mines turn into thousands. Last and certainly not least were the rapid fire torpedoe tubes carrying hellfire and transphasic torpedoes.

"I want fighters ready to launch at my command. Let's see how many will kill with that first barrage."

Droma took into account the Abh offensive against the Mechinus fleet, establishing who was on who's side here.

"Admiral Karath..."
"Yes, my Lord."
"Launch fighters and support craft, and get me into contact with the Abh forces."
"Patching you through."

Droma stepped before the holo-comm, beginning his transmit.

"Commander of the Abh fleet...this is Amazonian Emperor Droma...I propose we strike the Mechinus forces on two fronts. Continue your attack from your position, and I'll engage on the rear. Together we can annihilate them."

Meanwhile, Lord Ragnos stepped into the hanger bay, using the Force to wave open the cockpit of his personal interceptor. He climbed aboard, shutting the cockpit, and initiating launch procedures amidst the hustle of the squadrons.

"Wraith Squadron, on me." he commed out.
"Right away, sir. We're good to go."

Ragnos hit the engine thrusters, accelerating his fighter out of the hanger bay, the elite Retribution pilots of Wraith squadron following behind, weapons charging.
At the same time, the Amazonian fleet closed to firing range, unleashing a massive cannonade of energy and torpedo fire at the Mechinus armada.

Lafiel turned from the railing and sat back down in her chair. A glass panel slid up from the side and swung around to face her. A flash and then the Emperor appeared along with reflecting Lafiel's image (http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h255/Abh_Empire/Seikai/cots_lafiel077.jpg) on the screen. "I am Admiral Abriel Lafiel of the Abh Empire. We are surrounded on all sides and in a perfect position to attack immediatly."

The panel was clicked off while Lafiel turned to Jinto. "Senior officer, contact the Urbanuss Flankers and tell them to begin normal space separation."

Minuras | High orbit | Colonel Tallarn's flagship

"Sir, I think we just fraking stepped into a mine-field," said the CommScan operator. The bridge of the knight-class cruiser was a-buzz with activity, ensigns moving from their different stations, observing and servicing the ship.

Tallarn stood nearby looking out at the planet. He turned to the operator. "What you mean 'we just fraking stepped into a mine field'?"

Tallarn walked over to the operator and looked down at the schematics sweep of the different fleets in space. It looked like a great heep of trouble.

"Thor with a hammer up his ass!"

"My thoughts exactly sir," said the operator.

"Does Commander Yuri know about this?" asked Tallarn; he stood and rubbed his temples.

"Well, the Commander accomplished his first mission objectives; but we sent them in before we were able to fully search the space around the planet. Our sensors can't work that fast."

"And whose idea was that, to send them there first?"

"Uh...y-you sir."

"THATS RIGHT!" yelled Tallarn. He took off his cap and threw it onto the metallic floor in anger. Many a good mobile suit pilot was down there with Yuri. Tallarn turned to the communications officer.

"Get in contact with Yuri, and tell him to haul-ass out of there! Now! We don't have time to stick around." The communications officer hastily nodded and began working his controls.

Tallarn looked back into space at the planet Minuras. This was turning into one big pile of steaming Grok shit.


Minuras Capital | Northern Sector

A wave of large metallic creatures was storming down the large wide street. They seemed careless as to whether or not they had cover, seemingly to believe themselves unstoppable.

"Wait for it."

The horde moved past two large bombed out buildings.

"Wait for it."

The metallic creatures reached a large crater and crawled into it, intent on crawling out the other side.

"Now."

A nearby hidden Zaku pilot pressed the ignition on a small box he was holding. With a krump-BOOM the entire crater exploded. Everything within it turning to their meloculor level and disintegrating.

Three Zakus, their jet packs ignited launched from atop nearby buildings. Each was armed with a large bazooka. They launched their deadly loads into the rear of the enemy column. The explosions ripped into the enemy force.

"Now! All Teams!"

A dozen Zaku IIs and a Gouf appeared from cover, from all angles, and rained 90mm vulcan bullets into the remnants of the metallic swarm. Within minutes the entire street was clensed and turned to a churning sea of fire and ash.

The Gouf moved through the smoke and stood by the other Zaku IIs. Commander Yuri smiled and took off his flight helmet. It was getting hotter the longer he stayed inside the cockpit.

"Sir! We're getting a message from Colonel Tallarn," said the 10th Teams communications operator.

"Get me a link-up."

"Yes sir!"

For a few moments the vid-screen was all hazey, as it was likely to be over long distances; but then it cleared for a short time and the face of Colonel Tallarn's comms officer appeared; Maikus.

"Yes Maikus?"

"Commander Yuri! Colonel Tallarn says that you are to retreat and return to your transports. We're pulling out. According to our latest report the last of the Totalians have left Minuras. It all belongs to the Mechinus."

"Frak!"

"He says you need to hurry," said Maikus more urgently.

Yuri nodded to the man. "Very well Maikus. Tell Colonel Tallarn that I will be up in a short time."

"Good, Maikus out." The vid-screen went hazey again and the line was cut. Yuri smashed his fist into the dashboard. It was another frakked up mission. Quickly he composed himself and turned on a link to all MS teams.

"All teams, listen up! We're moving out, back to your transports! Retreat with supression fire, don't let the meta-bugs think that we're retreating. Avoid contact if possible. We're leaving now!"

"Yes sir!" came the chorus.


It took little over half an hour for the MS teams to return to their transports. In the time between the landing and now, the transport crews had set the task of repairing their ships and getting them ready.

In the retreat, one pilot's Zaku II had it's right leg blown off. The pilot ejected and was able to trigger the self-detonation device as well. With a large explosion the Zaku was turned into a heap of metal.

The Gouf rumbled up the ramp of the transport and moved in to the holding cage. The other Mobile Suits were already there and locked in.

"Yuri to Transport Commander. Get us the hell out of here now."

"With pleasure commander."

Their rear thrusters creating trailing lines of fire in the sky, all three transports launched into space.

Aslamaduun II

From the heart of Aslamaduun II, the largest capital of the three Mechinus mobile planets, the central core mind beeped with a hard frequency, electrical wires crackling and flicking with sparks around the Master Program, a large skull-like being, two hands clenched in a fist with long, twisting wires protruding. It was in the soft silky blackness of the core of Aslamaduun II, high atop the tallest tower of the planet, twisting and winding like the wires, held up by large stone pillars, four in number, ancient scripture written hastily and crudely on its surface, many of it shaved away over the years of constant pouring rainfall. The pattering of the soft waters on the surface of the Master Program, an immense skull-shaped mind, gears running on his face, pin-like features piercing out of his face, his cheeks red with a fairy and sadistic innocence. Like a flock of masochistic hair, the tentacles behind him fuelled entire capital ships, their cannons being meticulously and efficiently reloaded, their guns begin prepped and ready for combat.

Constantly, the Master Program clicked and whirred, a large river of toxins beneath him at the feet of the pillars, drones flying about, tending to its flawless surface, small red lights flashing where the eyes would be, but it never moved – only a blank stare was the movement the Master Program showed. Yet above Aslamaduun II, an immense fleet of unbelievable size was assembled, the three planets flying in an unknown and uncharted system. Location of the three planets were a mystery to all, even the Totalians the Master Program so loyally served. What made this caring machine turn rogue was only anybody’s guess. On small platforms, tied together with plasma locks, red and pulsing with heat as steam rushed forth from the tip, were six Totalians, submerged in liquid, small tiny claws picking at their flesh, tiny tubes of reddish liquid pouring into their bodies, as they were strapped around the Four pillars of the Master Program’s tall reign.

From the four Hands on the surface of the planet of Aslamaduun, a small clavicle of liquid shattered at each one, screaming ensuing on the once thunder-booming, lightning crackling planet. Mountains and plains edged their way alongside the barren landscape, dark and black like the sunless and cloudy planet, only the lights from the eyes of the machines proved to be an illumination, the rays reflecting on the soft flesh, showing a small red fleshed being emerge like a child from a womb. Splattered in darkness, with blue slivers around their flesh, the veins clearly shown, a saber was perched in their hands, roaring from their mouths loud and ominous.

On their heads, almost a crown of flesh was situated, blue and tangled like their armour, wrapping around their skin as if it had a mind of its own, bulging around the yellow bright eyes that flickered with such hatred. Droplets of blood fell onto the wet waters, the beasts climbing up the pillars to their Lord, their new Lord, the Master Program, roaring loudly like lions on the top of the precipice of their master.

A new breed of Totalians had come, though their loyalty was to the Mechinus.

Minuras

On the fleet covered space of Minuras, the many fleets situated in such a place was horrendous, until an attack against the Mechinus launched a quick campaign. Turning on their energy shields to maximum defence, turning their weapons to maximum firepower, they all aimed at the planet, cannons blazing, lights flashing and flares of energy pulsing and blasting the planet’s surface apart, tearing and ripping apart everything in their sights. The ignoring enemy fire, they ships downed crashed into the surface of Minuras, as the remaining forces crashed into the planet as well, intent on destroying the planet of Minuras.

From the distance, a large white ship jumped into Hyperspace, every single Mechinus fighter following its wake.

"Senior Officer, I want a profile of the ship that just jumped! I'm betting it's one of their main flagships for this fleet."

"Already on it ma'am. The analysis crystal has documented size, shape, and basic energy output."

"Good. Now for the battle. All Urbanuss Flankers are to turn activate their energy discs and tear the enemy to shreds."

Each Urbanuss Flanker had about two two hundred meter energy discs on each side. Every ship of this make fired their engines up and charged into the enemy fleet to cut them in half. Metal would fly while the battle was still young and the craving for destruction would not be subsided until the enemy was erased from the face of this space.

"They have begun their attack run Admiral."

"Good. All ships are to drop EA fields and fire their EA cannons. Once that is finished, all fighters are to launch and make sure none of them escape."

"Yes ma'am."

A stillness washed over the Abh fleet for a moment as a turret molded into the nose of every ship began to build up energy. Every bit of energy based attack that had been thrown at the Abh fleet or at the planet in their direction, would now be coming straight back at the Mechinus fleet followed by a barrage of torpedoes, graviton cannon fire, and Anti-proton cannon fire.

"Yes sir, we're all locked and ready."

"Helm, get us the hell outa here. We need time to sit and think," ordered Tallarn.

Without waiting for a farewell from the enemy, the Merc fleet jumped out of the system.

The Dominion fleet moved around, targeting rear elements of the Mechinus armada.

"Give us some distance!" ordered Droma, "And I want all reflectors at double-power, and shield reinforcements up!"

The energy defenses were diverted extraneous power, giving them more juice to hold up from Mechinus attacks. The attacks from the Dominion armada grew heavier, sheets of energy coarsing from turrets, torpedoes thrown out in hordes, rockets streaming like rivers from the various weapon projectors of the fleet. The Dominion forces kept their distance, however, as the Mechinus fleet continued to bombard the Totalian capital.
Meanwhile, a single corvette and ten fighters, tracking the ship which had fled to hyperspace, followed behind, emission backtrackers camoflauged to prevent Mechinus detection of the Amazonian departure. The reads from the corvette would be sent back to the fleet. If a Totalian stronghold still existed, the Dominion flotilla would be dispatched there after the conclusion of the battle.

Standing in the war room aboard Nahk’s Fury, a red hologram was in the center of the room. It showed the many planets of the Totalian Empire. Remy, Denise and Sal watched the hologram. Farkas and Saerus were on the side of the hologram. But they did not look real, almost like they were part of the hologram itself. And they were. Farkas was in brown cloak and Saerus was wearing a dark green cloak.

“Reports are that they are fights on Minuras and into its space.” said Farkas, his voice was the same as his days in the Temsplace legions. Commanding, it was. “We know you and your pirates are here to steal a many priceless thing as you can. We will not stand in your way.”

“Good to here that, cousin.” said Remy. “So, which side has the priceless things?”

“The group called the Totalians.” said Farkas. “They are Force users.” He pointed at one of the planets, Dagoth-Jin.

“That is Dagoth-Jin.” said Saerus, his voice was of old commander that seen many die and many death at his hand. “It is defensive planet linking Mechinus and Totalians.”

“That is where we are heading.” said Farkas.

“Not going to disagree with you.” said Remy. “My small fleet will be back up to yours.”

“Good.” said Farkas. “Prepare your ships to jump on my make.” Both Farkas and Saerus disappeared with the hologram. With that over, Remy sent message to the other ships in his fleet. In thirty minutes, the whole fleet was ready to jump. At the same time, all three flagships jumped into hyperspace. Followed by the others.

Dagoth-Jin

The fleet exited into the space near Dagoth-Jin. Farkas sent a message to the surface of the planet. “If you are the Totalians, we come in peace.” he said. “If you are the Mechinus, well you have another enemy.”

Crewmen waited on each ships in their weapon stations. Preparing to fight, if the enemy was there.

The Destruction of Minuras

Apart from all the chaos ensuing everywhere, the seeds on the planet began to implode, their leeching succulent nature crashing onto the warm, heated planet, volcanoes and entire seas of magma bursting through the ground, canyons full of lava and mountains hailed in a rain of nasty ashes. The blood of the long-dead planet was bleeding freely, the blasted lasers even dissipating in the immense heat of the burning skies. Clouds of acid red and dusty, covering every shock of sunlight, the entire atmosphere was lit ablaze.

From space, it could be seen clearly that the core was only a soft flare in the smoke of red, that the blackness was not shadow, but the other end of space – Minuras was breaking up. Entire continents shifted from the surface, flying out into space from the horrendous perpetuation, explosions rocking the very core and fires burning as furiously as stars shook around like flailing arms from a dying spider. Tongues of flame licking up into the cold space, dying off almost immediately when its hellish substance touches the cold frigidity of space, the planet was enveloped in an apocalyptic state.

From the core, beating like a breaking heart, the veins of magma and the thick dripping mantle falling out, whole oceans were nothing but large holes in the gripping destruction. Minuras was destroyed, blown up in a blaze of crackling carnage, the shattered pieces of the planet flying outwards to space, the force of the explosion sending shockwaves that could rip apart entire fleets. At the initial moment of destruction of the planet, when its furious vengeance on its last breath of life was plunged into action, every Mechinus ship at Minuras, every single capital unit and every single insignificant drone, exploded in a valorous, suicidal attack.

Waves of never-ending fire and force wracked their way across the emptiness of space, intent on crushing the fleets of the enemy in the final wave of Minuras.

The Siege of Ashridusk

It was frigid, icy, snow covered and barren, the lakes beneath miles of ice, frozen methanol-like substances glimmering rocks in the area, small pops of fire blowing about, shattering the glass and metal alike, as a small army marched on in the cold snow, blizzards of stony frozen doom flickering and encompassing them into a blanket of hazy frost, a long line of sentient beings marching and marching, their slender and thin legs red and torn from the flesh, their long elegant robes nothing but rags and tattered cloth. Jewellery still glittering and shining for ones that had it, it was a quiet and defeated thing, a soft, cold, harsh and horrid feeling they endured. Black skull masks on their face, fingers thin and voices rasped and coarse, they trudged on, in a single file line, their feet making long deep tracks in the hard snow.

Crossing entire oceans covered in a thick icy shield, climbing over mountains that froze blood with ease, they marched on, their contempt and squalid groans great, their lightsabers frozen on their cold sashes, dangling with an eerie ring in the screaming, howling wind that circulated around them. Finally, after arduous marching, they saw their destination on the end of a large hill, overlooking a glazed valley, stripped in white and covered in a bulbous silver shade, was a small yellow light, a tiny metal slit that showed the remains of a hangar. Gates large with markings carved on its surface, the hangar doors were metal and their shields still active, flickering and scratching in their performance, but still working effectively.

As the long line of Totalians marched down into the steppes of the valley, towards the hangar, they did not notice the cold creeping presence that followed them there, the doors open to reveal a great bevy of older Totalian weaponry, used in the days when there was no Totalian empire, just a massive fleet of raiding units, each cold and calculating, never relying on machines that guaranteed no betrayal. They knew better now, but they had to find a way to strike back, and this was the perfect way. Pulling apart the cold stature of the ice from the front of the Hangar, a small terminal showed itself, allowing the front Totalian to stretch his long fingers to look at the panel.

His eyes darting around, he quickly entered numbers with the flick of his nerves, his amber eyes scanning along the blue screen carefully, the scratching and flickering of the old terminal making it difficult to read. Finally, after a few minutes of tedious work, the Hangar doors finally began to shift apart, the spattering blue shields humming down dumbly, the snow rushing in onto the Hangar, a great blast of heat warming up the blood in the frosty Totalians that trekked on.

Through the long hallway-like Hangar, they looked at the many ships laid there, wondering on what their next move would be. In the cold harshness, still fresh and without any wounds, enormous battle tanks, large turrets and immense rocket packs on their tops still sat, unused and prepared, immense shuttles with gargantuan claws hanging from the tops of the Hangar’s ceiling. Sighing carefully, the Totalians were intent on the continued remobilisation, possibly the sending of a message to Dagoth-Jin to let any survivors know of the retaking of Minuras, yet they did not have the time.

The instant the doors of the Hangar, large and cumbersome still, closed, they were to be opened again, as rumbling from outside caught their attention, loose metal in the Hangar they were seeking refuge in flying about in the shaking shockwaves. As the Totalians opened on the base, the turrets outside firing wildly at the mysterious attackers, they say the normal trademark signature – multi-legged, centaur-like and cruel Mechinus, as they carried large cannons dug deep into the snow, the surfaces smooth and sleek, row upon row of these enormous machines pounding on the shields of the Hangar. Green fire ejected and lobbed itself from each hose-shaped mouth of each cannon, flying and flinging down into the metal helm, crashing and shaking the place around, the metal still flinging about.

“Get to a unit!” One of the Totalians said, their fingers twitching carefully, the machines powering up and ready, roaring and rushing out into the diamond snow, the red lights emanating from their turrets atop their bodies shaking around the cold climates, the snow furiously shifting about in displeasure as the enemy still pounded furiously. Mechinus centaurs ran towards the Hangar, attempting to board the ships and dismantle them, but they were already activated, firing furiously as salvos of torpedoes were released from their dormant berths. Destruction blazed on the front lines, fire dying out instantly in the frigid temperature, the Totalians rushing behind the safety of their monstrous weapons’ armour, lightsabers wielding as electricity cackled from their fingers, arcing through every Mechinus machine they could get to, before a large blue fist wrapped its power around one of them, flinging him into the ground.

Flesh shown, lightsaber in his hand, this large beast roared with a superfluous passion, its tongue licking about hungrily in the cold air, as it towered over every other Totalian there, its muscle and strength enormous, a rocket flung at its path cruelly thrown away with such ease and leisure it became a frightening threat. Entire salvos were dodged or picked up and shot back at their origins by this creature, fingers massing the Mechinus forces forwards, the red lightsaber in its hand showing the obvious – it had a connection to the Force. Jumping upon the three Totalians that were arcing their lightning at an enemy cannon, it swung down carefully when the trio swung up, slashing their foe about.

In a spectacular display of lights and shining rays, the beast blocked the two strokes savagely, swinging its enormous horned fist at the other, a broad spike impaling the Totalian’s nose. Blood swept from the spurting wound, the arms limp and the lightsaber dropped, the face was immediately expressionless, still, cold and frozen in the death colder than the climates of Ashridusk. Ears still pale and stationary, the mouth hanging out in almost an ironic surprise, the large gaping hole that could be peered through was the main feature of this Totalian, the body dropping to the cold ground as a small trickling creek of blood was splashed in the snow.

In the long entrenched war, the cannons pounded still furiously from their positions, the Mechinus ground forces being pushed back, yet they persisted, the blood of their former overlords forming small creeks along the edge of the depressions in the snow along the hangar. Surrounded by a moat of blood, the Totalian soldiers splashed in the blood of their own fallen dead, as most of the blood on their faces no longer their own, but their comrades’, red reflection showing as metal beasts firing callously against them. In flicker and shade, the metal monsters advanced forwards quickly, pushing them back to the snowy river of blood they were drenched in, some drowning cruelly in the red liquids, their feet cold from the freezing waters, droplets frozen on their faces like shining rubies of painful suffering. Pushed back, the Totalians yelled in their minds, loudly and in groups, activating the terminal, the minefields long lost pressured up, crushing and tearing apart the machines of both sides, metal flying about, the newly formed rivers dark brown with the magenta-tinted blood and the soulless black oil from both sides.

Cannons stirred, green lights flashing in the sky like flares by the thousands, ruby droplets of ice and an onyx frozen skin abroad both sides, Ashridusk was being slowly thawed out by heat and warm blood.

Dagoth-Jin, last refuge of the Totalians

Carefully, the Totalian fleet was wary not to make a single move against the system of Dagoth-Jin, to fire a single shot that could blow up the entire system and its complex array of invisible mines. Entire routes were specifically carved out to prevent wanton explosions, and incompetence could spell utter annihilation for the planet and its nearby systems.

The white stark ship exited Hyperspace, yet the fighters that the Mechinus had sent did not. From the white marble-like ship, sitting on the crudely crafted bridge, Totalius breathed harshly, as his will kept the ship together, kept it working, kept it in one piece in the vivid harshness of Hyperspace. Long purplish tentacles symbolically creeping throughout the ship’s body, the Totalians behind him were sitting down as well, their fingers moving slowly as it reached the planet of Dagoth-Jin, its desert surface creeping with large spider-like animals, metal castles and turrets laced on its surface.

The four moons orbiting the planet, the white ship was ready to head to Dagoth-Jin.

My children live safely here. Totalius thought.

The concussion from the shockwave rocked every ship of the Abh Empire. Sparks flew from consoles on the Abh Destroyers while explosions took place on the outside. "Lafiel! We just lost a detachment of Urbanuss Flankers from the blast of the ships set to explode. Our reactor is approaching its maximum limit from absorbing all the energy."

"You know your job Senior Officer. I suggest you do it. Communications Officer, tell all ships that we are pushing through this destructive mine-field. They are to use any means at their disposle and we are going to link-up with the Amazonians."

"Yes ma'am."

Jinto lit up his console in a flurry as he worked frantically to keep the ship from exploding. "Rerouting absorbed power to defense shields, life support, and weapon systems. That should take some of the heat off the reactor for some time. Dispatching repair crews to monitor it and to take any necessary measures should they be needed."

"Good work Senior Officer. Now we are going to push through the enemy whether they like it or not. All ships, charge!"

Every Abh ship, whether it was smoking or unscathed, surged forward taking on any Mechinus ship in their path. What was in their path, faced a full coordinated attack of high powered energy and projectiles that would turn a ship inside out.

DaCosta was shocked to here the the Flag ship of the entire ZAFT fleet was here

that was a move DaCosta expected the chairman always is on the ship that heads operations

"well then lets make the chairman feel welcome he is are leader after all.....and helm get us linked up with allied ships max. combat speed as soon as the chairman is on board"

DaCosta gave that simple order. soon after the chairmans ship was on board the Fleet made its way to link up with ships they think are friendly

"well then blow those mines to hell with the main cannons"

From the hearth of Dagoth-Jin, from the coldness and bleak blackness of space, a small message was sent in the heart of the large base of Burund-Jin. It’s turrets and thick stone precipices shining in a glorious fashion, the windows and shields thick with a brightened glamour. Sands billowing on the giant walls, large snake-like turrets and immense lights shining brightly in the heated climate, Totalius stood at the helm of the large refuge, his men grumbling and walking about, the final stand of their last defence possibly their own doom. If the Mechinus wished, they could blow up the last of the Totalians. However, it would be too risky for Aslamaduun, though the Mechinus have been ambitious lately.

Sending out a message to all open sentient fleets on a blue, crisp panel, Totalius wrote and spoke elegantly beneath his harsh and rasping voice.

Any Leaders assisting us, come to Dagoth-Jin. The co-ordinates in the system will be enclosed in this message. Here we shall have a conference on the next move against the Mechinus, and I myself will attend. Here a discussion of payment will commence.

The massive fleets of the Dominion sat on the outer edge of the Dagoth-Jin system. The ships scanned the massive mine field, looking for a path to sent a shuttle to sent through it. The leaders of the three fleets need to get to the surface. That is when the Totalian message was heard onboard the ships.

Aboard Temple One, Farkas smiled as he looked at the desert planet. Using the force, he found this Lord Totalius.

Totalius! he called out with the Force. I’m a friend. Need a way to get to the planet through the mine field. If you have a way to look into space, you will see a large fleet of pyramids hovering in space. Those are my shisp

IC: Droma was now glad he had given space from the Mechinus fleet, the shockwave merely rocking the fleet, but not inflicting hull damage. The Totalian transmission came in shortly after the fiery destruction of the Mechinus fleet and the planet.

The system had return to a state of normallcy though it was missing a planet and there was debris everywhere. But hey, at least it was quiet. "Well Senior Officer, how many ships did we lose?"

Jinto flashed around on the glass screen for a moment. "I believe about ten and mostly because all of their EA fields were down. All systems seem to check out and our overall losses are quite minimal. Rescuing escape pods and picking up other crew members is already completed."

"Well that's good to hear. Has there be any updates on the overall status of this civil war?"

"Yes. Shortly after the explosions, we received a transmission from the Totalians and they are apparently making a last stand. It seems they wish to discuss a battle strategy as well as our payment."

Lafiel looked down at him curiously. "They can pay us after the battle is won. All ships, set course for Dagoth-Jin."

Tears in the darkness of space opened and the Abh fleet slipped quietly in to pay the Mechinus fleet back a hundred fold for the lives lost today.

From the mines of Dagoth-Jin, the whirring and twisting tiny mines were clicking along a silver route, brightening and lighting up as the small but steady ships wandered out into the edges of the system, tiny weapons and small truncheons on their hulls, minuscule objects. Though they were small, the pilots were skilled, small black shapes along the tinted glass-like screen, turning and twisting around, sending out small light flares to illuminate the pathway towards Dagoth-Jin. Long visceral pathways were shown, beacons and flashing surges showing a small labyrinth of blazing mines, beeping and flashing like every other light, billions upon billions of mines glittering and clattering.

Sitting in the audience chamber, Totalius breathed harshly, a purplish corpse hanging at the top of the dome, blood dripping down into his expectant mouth, his dried tongue licking at the sustenance he gained from every tiny droplet. “Where is the soul?” He asked quietly, ignoring all messages sent to him through the Force – they were nothing but another sliver in the rejuvenating essence of the Force.

“They come to me. They come to see what I have. They are hungry for much ado.” He said. His fingers clicking in their cold, hard shells, glittering rays of gold were glittering, bright silver waterfalls of a stark water, diamond raindrops and bronze clouds shattering in the artificial atmosphere around the dome. “Such wealth is meaningless to me. Yet to them…” He said with a disgust.

Farkas was about to send another message using the Force, when he saw the pathway to the planet could be seen. So, he got to work. Getting everybody aboard Temple One. Remy, Denise and their sons. Sal and Saerus were coming too.

Soon, a small metal ship exited one of he countless hanger bays of the Temple One. It was a Tel'Tac cargo shuttle. The shuttle entered the pathway and exited the pathway without problem. Soon, it began to go down the surface.

The Dominion warfleet exited at the edge of the Dagoth-Jin system, away from the active minefield that strecthed for eternity to the stronghold planet. Setting the ships to diminish sensor relays (in case of a Mechinus advance to the system, they would have prior warning), a modified sensor-shuttle exited the flagship's hanger, armed with advanced gravitic sensors to detect and map out gravimetric disturbances, indicating the presence of mass. With the minefield, the relays would be able to pick out safe paths through the field to navigate for small ships, such as gunships or assault shuttles.

A grenade was lobbed through the winding metal corridors, the light still bright and gleaming as the Mechinus forces rushed through, the shocking light crackling through a few of the drones marching through the hallway, yet the armada came on, and they were growing smart once more – for every grenade launched, a thick shielded wall was immediately placed up against them. They could not hold out for long, and they attempted to hide, but many bled blood that betrayed their trail. “Move to the east!” One of them said, forcing some of the men to hook around the pipe-like tunnels, arcing and winding in the bright white light, as a small number of Totalians turned and pushed through the west flanks, their lightsabers gleaming as they rushed and swung down upon the Mechinus.

Blasters beaming, the eastern flanked Totalians rushed through the doors, pushing out into the frosting cold, the back of the back to a long metal tunnel, sparkling lights leading their way, as a rocky outcrop allowed them cover against the Mechinus, forcing the Totalians to turn to a different direction, winding with many stairs and many sandy floors blocking their way. In an instant, a scream from the tunnel’s entrance echoed through their ears, flames sending shockwaves through the tunnel, forcing them gasp as the small group pushed on. Through the tunnel they traveled, and in an instant, the surviving Totalians had reached the sanctuary.

Built by the people they had killed off centuries ago, this sanctuary was the safest place they could hide out, but they knew time would eventually kill them off. It was worth a try, at the very least.

Dagoth-Jin

Scarping down and like hawks, long sleek fighters began to escort the transport, leading it towards a large twisted monument-like structure, a steel buckler-shield in the sky, a statue of a man holding a massive ring, the sand around it scorching with smoke as if they were to become glass.

Opening up, the doors at its feet showed a bevy of colder rooms, large enough to fit entire fleets, yet they seemed full enough.

“Land there.” The fighters urged, flying back to the atmosphere of the planet to escort another entering ship.

“Understand.” said the pilot of the transport. The transport land where it was told to. In the back, Remy looked over at Farkas and Saerus. “Feels like home out there to y’all?” he asked, his heavy Cajun accent filled the back room.

“Correct.” said Farkas. As the transport touched down, the side door opened. First to exit was Master Warlock Farkas, he was wearing brown cloak with some stone looking armor under it. It was on his chest and armed. A massive looking rocket launcher was on is back.

Saerus came out next in his black Phase II clone armor and a dark green cape with a black green viper on it. Sal followed behind him in his black cloak, a metal hand could be seen on his left arm. Remy, Denise and their son exited last.

"We are here to guide you to the audience chamber." They said in perfect harmony. "Come with us." They said once more, the soldiers behind the transport with their lightsabers in their hands, their eyes carefully watching them, untrustworthy.

“Came out from the Kruikia system. Mechinus forces supposedly far off in the Inurhia ports, but they launched it so fast, nobody could reply to their attack. It was horrendous, and the experiments they did, nothing short of excruciating.” The Third Lord spoke, identical in voice, appearance and movement to the other three. Walking down the hallway, they were isolated from any other contact than the escorting units, before reaching a large iron door, locked tight and sealed with pressurized air and shields beyond recognition. Opening the door, a large dome-like room was found, light from the star that gave sunlight to the planet shining through the topmost window, as a large and tall, thin figure stood ominously, arms outstretched as its chest rose and fell with strength.

“Take a seat.” It ordered coldly, stopping its meditative routine to stare coldly at the guests. His eyes burning with a red fire that would not extinguish, his fingers thin and wiry along gauntlets, his arms invisible alongside the blackness of his inner robes, seven lightsabers dangling at his waist, Totalius looked at them, his expression like stone. He did not repeat his command again, only stared unblinkingly from his skull mask. His real eyes did not show, his mouth not in existence, his nose nothing but a floating slice of cartilage and bone rotted away – he was a ghost, no more, but he was one of the most dangerous ghosts in this end of the galaxy.

Snapping his fingers, a large, immense skull throne began to emerge from the edge of the audience chamber, the screams of many tortured souls on its surface yelping out in pained help towards Remy and the others.

Totalius said, sitting down, the light of the sun shining down greater, illuminating the room, revealing it to be lined with golden walls, coins and entire mountains of riches from many plundered and conquered civilizations glittered outside of the council, silver, bronze, platinum and diamond, emerald and rubies glittering like water. Fountains of fine wine poured from the waterfalls, and whole statues of gleaming sugar and glitter sparkled manificently with diamond parts erect.

“I’m thinking about it.” said Remy. He was eyeing a large chest looking thing. He did not know what was in it. But he wants it. “Boys, can you carry that to me.”

“Yes, father.” said both Octave and Raoul. They walked over to the chest and picks it up. The chest looked like more the two people should need to carry it, like four large men would need to move. They carried it over behind Remy.

“Thanks for the gift.” said Remy to Totalius. He bowed his head before opening the chest.

A tear in the fabric of normal space was opened which revealed a blue swirling mist and a fleet of Abh ships. They filed out in groups of ten until they were amassed in the destination from wence the transmission came from.

"Well admiral, this is where they told us to meet them and discuss the defense of the planet and their final stand."

"So it seems and it also seems that we are late. Send a message letting them know that we have arrived."

Sorry for our late arrival. There was some problems with a mechinus fleet not taking kindly to us protecting a planet. Requesting permission to join the conference and discuss the final stages of this battle.

Inside the chest, an abundance of gold and silver jewellery from many plundered civilizations, diamonds and onyx like pennies, rubies and emeralds from entire systems long lost. Worth billions, it was a massive treasure for planets, yet this man gave it away like it was nothing.

Farkas watched Remy then turned back to Totalius. “The words is that these is your last planet.” he said. “And that mine-field is the only thing protecting it. We are here to save a race of people from their own creation. We are not mercs, so we demand no payment.”

He rose from his chair. “So, what is that you have planned?”

At every outside of Dagoth-Jin, small escort fighters came to assist them and motion them to the proper path through the minefields.

Totalius did not shift uneasily, he did not change his tone, he did not even flinch at any mention of the rebellion. He stayed still, the stone-like rigidity broken only by his coarse breathing. "If it was possible, I would detonate that planet and kill off the Aslamaduuns. Sadly, the three homeworlds of the Mechinus are mobile. If I blow this planet up, they will simply flee, and have won. I am suggesting that they do not wish to have me or my elite killed in an attempt to learn more about the Force."

Totalius continued, taking a deep breath. "They are most likely intrigued and wish to know why the Force affects us, and not them. Experimentation is their major priority, and they wish to capture make of us as food of their metal minds. However, there is a strategy concocted by my brilliant General, Lord Paurokdos." Totalius snapped his fingers, and a large hologram of the Totalian empire came up ito view, the flashing planets in a soft blue dim, the dots of Aslamduun bright with red, floating about in a confined space, as the dot of Minuras a black smudge on the map.

Along the lines, the two yellowish dots of the Inurhia system shown brightly, a small red label under them flashing 'lost'. Far from the edge of Inurhia, close to the five adjacent Kruikia planets, which were a vibrant aqua, they too had the 'lost' label under each of their glittering insignias. There was a small unlabelled planet, shining on the right edge of the empire, green and blinking. Labelled 'Dagoth-Jin', it was relatively unharmed, and a shield of invisibles mines showed nothing.

"That is our destination." Totalius said, pointing his long finger to a small blue dot, which was flashing uncontrollably. Labelled like the others, it did not have the defeated shade of red under, nor did it say 'lost'. Merely, it said 'besieged', and apparently small trail dots of artificial smoke on the map showed signs of a fleet moving towards the planet.

"Ashridusk. The old capital." Totalius said. "Here lies the Reaper, an old military base that controlled the old Mechinus units. I am assuming the Master Program does not have his full control entirely, henceforth if the Reaper is deactivated, the engines of Aslamaduun will be deactivated. That means they will not be able to move their homeworld, and we can blow Dagoth-Jin to destroy the Aslamaduuns."

Farkas and Saerus watched the hologram and the Sith. They listened to his words. “Sounds like a good plan. Hit the breast where it hurt.” said Saerus. He has used plans like this during his time in Jenrakian Lancer units. With Farkas and his Temsplace as cover fire, the enemy would fall at their feet.

Now Farkas did not have his Temsplace, he had his Warlock. And Saerus had better version of the Lancers, clone Zoid pilots.

“We wait for those others that are trying to help.” said Farkas.

The fighters from the Totalians faithfully escorted the Abh fleet through the minefields around the planet. It didn't take long before they were clear and a small shuttle launched from one of the leading destroyers. Lafiel and Jinto fired down towards the planet to hurry into the meeting that they were late for. Hopefully nothing would be finallized before they arrived.

A fleet of fighters escorted the small shuttle towards the large hangar doors that opened on its top, large metal gates and sleek plates of shielded steel a fervent stim of light. The gears turning around heavily, the lare hangar opened as the Lords down on the ground waited for the new arrivals.

"Indeed. I asked only of your name, not your lifespan." Totalius said.

He pointed back to Remy and Denise. “They are Lord Remy and Lady Denise. Their sons, Octave and Raoul.”

Meanwhile, a light corvette, broadcasting hails, requested guidance nevertheless for the corvette that came from the main fleet, carrying several of the higher-echelon Dominion personnel to meet with the Totalian leaders themselves. Much was to be asked...

Fighters escorting towards the corvette from the Amazonians, like the ones before, crudely crafted but spaceworthy and strong, flying around the corvette, opening an illuminating path towards the planet. Mines regularly shifted around, closing entire pathways, making travel quite difficult, yet they would not detonate with the proper codes being sent out.

Leading them to the planet, and the audience chamber, it would be done in one single stroke.

He had many questions...and wanted to get a good estimate on what kind of plan the failing Totalians had to achieve victory in the war. So far, it didn't seem like any. But he would concern himself later on the matter...the sky was already turning lighter, the small capital ship hurdling into the atmosphere, towards the intended place of meeting.

At the Hangar, the Four Totalian Lords whom had escorted Remy and his group, where awaiting the Amazonians.

Totalius sat in the audience chamber, now standing in the middle of the circular room, with long, purplish tentacles lashing forth through the room's pillars, engulfing it in the stench of death and rotting ash, the tentacles creeping up like living vines through the pillars towards the top inner dome, a black tower writhing up in sky, swirling and turning, as day became night under velvet darkness. Becoming one with the night, Totalius' body, for a few seconds, dissappared, before the tentacles touching the floor on its tip formed a massive hand, thin and bony. Eventually a skull-like face, and another hand, eventually becoming an arm, Totalius' stature with in the darkness shown amongst the glittering forbidden treasures.

The three dark Lords stepped forth from the landing ramp on the grounded corvette, their black robes flowing from behind their backs, sabers attached to waistbelts. Sadow led Sion and Ragnos, the most diplomatic triad amongst the squabbling apprentices, towards the awaiting Totalians.

"Lead on..." Sadow said, none of the others speaking.

A fleet of fighters escorted the small shuttle towards the large hangar doors that opened on its top, large metal gates and sleek plates of shielded steel a fervent stim of light. The gears turning around heavily, the lare hangar opened as the Lords down on the ground waited for the new arrivals.


Thrusters fired softening the landing and three landing gears extended to hold the craft up. A ramp in the back dropped down to reveal a flight of stairs. Two individuals descened. One appeared to be an average human with brown hair and brown eyes standing at about six feet tall wearing a Star Forces uniform. The other was an Abh of the royal family easily told by her pointed ears. Blue hair went down to her mid back which fell along a blue cape. A command saber stuck out from behind her back. Both saluted by bringing two fingers up above their brow. "I am Admiral Abriel and this Senior Officer Lynn and we are from the Abh Empire. We were informed that a meeting was taking place about a final defense."

Dagoth-Jin | Merc Fleet Arrival

At the outrim of the Dagoth-Jin system the Merc fleet under Colonel Tallarn came out of hyperspace. For some time the mercs had fallen back to a previously unknown jump point to avoid detection of the enemy. Since that time Colonel Tallarn had sent out servitor pods in search of different systems designated previously as Totalian. And they found Dagoth-Jin.

Scout Leos were deployed and a system-wide scan was initiated. "Commander, we're detecting several fleets. Signatures are all different."

Tallarn stood on the bridge of his flagship listening as the reports came in.

"Affirmative. Seems we arrived for the party in time," Tallarn remarked. He turned to the communications officer.

"Find an open transmission lines and inform any sort of ground control there that we wish to enter the service of the Lord Totalius."

The comms officer put his hand to his ear as he listened, changing the frequincy as he finally pin-pointed a signal.

"Unknown...you are....dentif.....self..." was all that came through.

The officer turned to Colonel Tallarn. "Sir I believe we're being hailed. I've intercepted a transmission. I'm pin-pointing it now."

Tallarn walked over and watched as the man worked his controls. For several minutes they did nothing. With a slight hand signal Tallarn had the Helm halt ship movement.

The comm officer's face lit up. "I've got it!"

"Unknown units, you are to identify yourself" spat out the translator. Tallarn nearly spasmed with a snigger.

"Well they don't dick around that's for sure," said Tallarn's EX-O. He nodded.

"Give them our idenification."

"Sir."


"Attention Totalian Command. This is the Flagship Black Mustang, commanded by Colonel Tallarn, leader of the Thrashian 'Comets' Mercenary Group. We're here to offer the Lord Totalius our services in defeating his enemies."

In the floating sleek of tentacles rippling with the darkening velvet shade, Totalius looked about in the red slits of eyes as he darted around, his sanctuary of gold glistening like lights of the stars as they clanked and clinkered and shook about. The small sound of moving money was obvious, and his eyes darted once more about.

"Now this assembly is complete," he darted his eyes around once more, like large black dots in the fleshy tentacles they swirved. "a discussion can commence. First, I would like to know the forces commitable." He said to each one, expecting a reply.

"You don't need a captured ship at all." replied Ragnos, "to trick a machine, you have to think more along the lines of technology. Use sensor masking. If we engage the fleet and keep them from escaping the system, and also retrieve the weapon, we could lure them out by using one of our own ships to act as a Mechinus vessel through sensor masking and simulation, and even a visual holocloak if we needed to. It could broadcast the procurement of the weapon for the Mechinus forces, so they would come out to get it. Then we could bring our forces in and strike them."

Colonel Tallarn cleared his throat at that point. He smiled as the group of assembled persons turned and looked at him.

"If it comes to getting this weapon, the 8th 'Comets' Mercenary Group can handle it. Just tell me where it is, what defends it, and I can pretty much assure you of getting it," Tallarn said with cofidence.

"However, if your plan works," Tallarn nodded his head at Ragnos. "Then we supply our FTLi projector, as well as our own space forces to destroy any stragglers."
