The Foreign Ministry of the Empire of Macaronia and Raviolia would like to extend an invitation to all nations to establish a Diplomatic Mission in the new embassy district of our capital, Imperial City. This district lies just two kilometres from the Summer Palace, in the centre of the historical Imperial City. Embassies come in a range of sizes, and the land they are situated upon shall be considered the territory of the guest nation.

We do, however, have certain regulations to which all embassies, high commissions and consulates must adhere:

1. The Empire of Macaronia and Raviolia retains the right to request the departure of foreign diplomatic persons, having provided them with written notice, a minimum of 48 hours prior. Safe passage to the borders of Macaronia and Raviolia will always be assured for both persons and documents.
2. Embassy Personnel may not exceed 100 persons, unless by specific directive of HIM James XXIII
3. Diplomatic immunity does not extend to serious crimes, including: Murder, Manslaughter, Rape, Death by Dangerous Driving or Encouraging Civil Discontent.
4. Every Diplomatic Mission is limited to a maximum of two helicopters and twenty land vehicles (All unarmed, however these are allowed to be armoured in any manner.
5. Small detachments of military forces are allowed, as long as the total number of troops does not exceed thirty.
6. No heavy weaponry is allowed - nothing heavier than small arms. All weaponry must be declared upon entry into the Empire and we reserve the right to refuse entry of any weapons or munitions.
7. Any weaponry brought into the Empire must remain on Embassy Premises at all times, except in times of Emergency (With the exception of ambassadorial bodyguards who shall be permitted a pistol when on duty.)
8. Embassies are considered the territory of their nations, and as such their own legal systems shall apply.

In return for establishing an embassy in our Empire, we would like to place an embassy in yours, however this is not mandatory.

Fordington would be glad to undetake a reciprocal Embassy agreement, and are accepting of all the listed requirements. As a newly established nation within the N.S. organisation, Fordington are yet to establish a Foreign Ministry. However, when this is achieved, your nation will be notified directly in order to make an official application.

"Not to my knowledge," the Deputy Foreign Minister, Kostas Alexakis, replied. He pulled up the list of American embassies abroad; none existed in Macaronia and Raviolia.

"Might as well set one up, seeing as how Baltimore Shipyards owns a shipyard there," the Prime Minister replied.
