---Secret---

"Sir, we've found a nation of theocratic morons who can't tolerate other religions. They're sentencing those who believe anything they don't like to corporal-- or capital-- punishment. Or torture."

"Get them to stop. Now."

---End Secret---

The Gate Builders, this is unacceptable. You punish these people for not believing in your God? Now, Pythogria finds Satanism and such to be quite stupid, and prohibits churches to it, and we do not allow human sacrifice, but people should be allowed to believe whatever they want, so long as nobody is dead/injured. As for punishing for refusing to attend Church, that is a breech of human rights. Stand down.

Public Decree Aimed at the Heretical People of Pythogria

The Tribunes of the Holy City of Light wish to inform the Heretics of Pythogria that all talk of human rights is moot, as the Holy Church is not party to the United Nations, nor any treaties pertaining to Human Rights, nor the Geneva Conventions or any equivalent treaties, and as such by international law is not required to maintain the Heretical standards other states are.

We also wish to inform you that the Holy Church is militarily not intimidated by your state, and is easily capable of repelling attacks (which would be illegal, by international law).

Doge Domatavus

If we have to abide by (unwritten, I mightr add) "international law", then you must agree to human rights. We did not militarily threaten you either. Now, if you really hate these people, we will take them, gladly.

Tribunal Office Message

And no right says, "Right to riot." In his nation he is perfectly within the law. You may not agree with it, but it's his nation. Now goodbye, and don't come back.
In my nation it is perfectly within the law to pursue these heretics.

We do not have to agree to human rights. We are not signatory to any human rights convention. As for giving you the undesirables, it would weaken the faith to do so.
