Now, to answer your questions. On the first account of embassy staff and ambassadorial residences, we should've been clearer without description. What is described is merely the working offices for your envoy. Each of these sections takes up a part of the Imperial Palace. However, the Imperial Palace Complex is much larger than the buildings itself and also has numerous residences for the ambassador and accompanying staff. There is no need to find residence elsewhere in the city.

Polygamy is completely legal in the Dominion, though practicing citizens are few and far between. It is entirely legal and accepted in society, though certainly not our norm by any means. Fear not though, there is little to no bigotry related to it.

On the matter of schooling children, they can easily enter the Dominion educational system if the parents so wish. All education is free and unlimited (literally from never attending to schooling forever) for all citizens, and as "honorary citizens" all of the same rights apply. However, for the more concerned, we can certainly offer private tutors or they can join the Imperial Palace's special educational program specifically for children of ambassadors or embassy staff.

Obtaining licenses for firearms is a long and arduous process normally. However, as all embassy staff coming as part of the official envoy must submit to thorough background checks, the process may be accelerated significantly. In addition, as it is obvious to me that they will be applying for licenses because it is a law in your nation, I will streamline the process to speed it up. Unless any of your persons are convicted criminals, the licenses should take no more than a month at which time posessing a firearm will be entirely legal.

As per Article 9, we request an embassy in your nation. If it is allowed, we would like to send 100 embassy personnel (guards included). The name of our ambassador is Sean Andivas, a young bachelor on the rise in our diplomatic ranks.

Please be advised we will be submitting the requested information as an attachment to this missive. Under our laws most who have been convicted for felonies, and some misdemeanors, lose the privilege of citizenship and the thus the legal requirement and privilege of bearing arms. However we have found a happy compromise. One of our youngest, but most accomplished diplomats has not yet finished her term of Service, and thus is not required to bear arms. She is willing to forego them to be of further Service to Tanaara.

Additionally the Embassy Staff and the Queens Council has discussed this, and not wanting to cause concern among your fine citizenry, had agreed that since only the embassy offices and residences are in any way what might be considered ‘Tanaaran soil’, those are the only places they are required to bear arms. Also as Arms can be bladed weapons; the Upper and Lower Houses have happily agreed that a commemorative pocket knife would fulfill the legal requirement in this instance. Though we will provide the embassy with the allowed locker of pistols. We will welcome the squad of Dominion soldiers as well as the four Royal Guards and they shall be welcome within the environs of the Embassy save the Ambassadors Personal Office and the Secure Communications Room at all times.
