A Quick Rundown on the AMJSC, they were state own companies that were set up and semi denationalize during the reign of Sultan Mustafa bin Asad, they mainly make up of most of the KLM heavy industries . Nowadays the KLM Imperial Government, doesn’t have much say over these Public Companies, yet they do have their state require 50 percent shares of all the joint stock companies shares and they have an committee of Imperial Government ministers that can issue orders and rulings on the matters of trade and legal issues that are binding on the companies. But for the most part these companies operation with full autonomy of government control and limited government influence. Their sole goal is to make profit and more of it, they have two sets of stocks. One is the voting share, which only reserve for citizens of the Khailfah and for the Imperial Government, currently the Imperial Government has 50 percent of the voting shares and the other 50 percent is own by many citizens of the Khialfah. The other set is the non voting shares, which are open to petty much anyone, yet foreign investors can only buy a limited amount of each companies share, the legal limit is 20 percent and has been currently reached, the other 80 percents is own by the many citizens of the Khailfah.

Here is a current list of all the Joint Stock Companies and their CEOs

Tsunami Ltd., a manufacturer of commercial-grade boating engines and other technical boating parts, has recently gone onto the public stock exchange. Though currently only comprising 4% of the production in Samtonia, the high-end boating market that we supply parts and engines for counts us as supplier for 45% of all major mechanical parts, a market share that will increase. 250,000 shares of our limited public offering (2 million shares in total) are available for sale to foreign investors. At the current market price of 25.56 Marks, the total purchase price of these shares would work out to 6,390,000 SM. If interested, please contact my offices as soon as possible.
