The regime of William Lumber of Shonshonia has taken to cutting down the Shangian forests and their people and outposts in the former Shangia have been engaged in ruthless unethical hunting of the local species to obliteration. The Velociraptor, a species that once one of the top species of Shangia has been rendered extinct by Shonshonian hunters. They aren't killing the animals for food or aphrodisiacs or even to protect livestock. They killed off the Velociraptors just because they could.
Where the great Mount Elfimore stood, there is now a giant ugly pit in the ground dug by one of the monster digging machines that Shonshoni sent to the former Shangia to dig for gold and oil.
Mount Elfimore, was not only World Heritage site, but it was sacred to the Shangians who worshipped their ancestors there. And now the Shonshoni miners are illegally destroying other mountains in Shangia that were Shangian national monuments. These are National Monuments that should be considered World Heritage sites. Indeed Shangia should have been a world heritage site itself cause then these evils would not be happening there today.
And now the Pteradons are almost extinct.

But the worst travesty of all. The Shangian people themselves have been forced into brutal slavery to work the illegal mines of the Shonshoni corporations and the Shonshoni government.
I report to you the sad state of these pathetic "slaves" as Shonshoni refers to them. The Shangians are brutally whipped with catatails and if they collapse from exhaustion they stomped to death under the feet of their Shonshoni masters. Shangian women are forced to do nothing but breed more Shangians for use as slaves or to give physical pleasure to their perverted masters.
Let me tell the story of Ethanial. Ethanial, pictured belowed, was like your neighbor or your friend or even your brother except that he was only the size of your thumb. Ethaniel had high hopes for his people and his only crime was to try to realize those dreams. He fled from his Shonshonian slave masters.
The Shonshonians responded by torturing his family and killing them with RAID.
I cannot tell you how his little sister was killed by the genocidal regime of Shonshonia.
But let me tell what the Shonshonian bounty hunters did to Ethaniel, of which we have obtained videotaped evidence from his friend Illienor, who is a Shangian refugee that has been given refugee status and protection from the Whittier government.
The tape is too gruesome for public television. Let me tell you they caught him and they shoved a toothpick straight through his body from his mouth to his other end. The organs were still attached when they pulled it back out through his mouth.
Our people are horrified at the practices of the Shonshonians in their brutal treatment of the Shangians.

A Shonshonian, Victor Council, had the gall to come to Whittier and sue in our courts to have his slave, Illienor, restored to him. As natural we have rejected his arguments as having no basis under either our laws or under international laws.
The Shonshonian government responded by attempting to abduct Illienor at gun point from his guest house. Shonsonia attemtped to kidnap a political refugee that was under our governments express permission. The Shonshonian agents have been apprehended.
Our parliament has sent a fact finding mission to the former Shangia where Shonshonian taskmasters attempted to turn them back. But under threat of appeal to the world community they relented. The conditions of the Shangian people that were observed and noted were horrendous. They are kept for days with being allowed to eat or drink. Asking innocent questions gets them tossed into the microwave. Our task force saw other humiliations of the Shangians, like having their whole bodies forcefully shaved and being forced to watch their family members be fed to snakes, spiders, and owls.
Our parliament has decided that these conditions are intolerable. Therefore we are forced by conscious to take action in a land that once part of Whittier but granted independence some time ago so they could develop on their own.
1. We demand the release of Shangians being held as slaves by the Shonshonian government and its people.
2. We demand the dismantling of all the Shonshonian slave trading posts and mining centers, lumber mills, and torture chambers that are illegally located on Shangian soil.
3. We are giving the Shonshonians 48 hours to vacate Shangia with all their people.
4. With Illienor and his rescued family watching from the deck of one of our destroyers, we have destroyed the illegal Shonshonian naval base in Shangia's Biscuit Bay. The base was not just used to base ships but it was used to sell Shangians as slaves and was the location of the Shonshonians most notorious torture dungeon in Shangia. Thanks to the Whittier navy, I relieved to say that that the Shonshonian torture base of Gevyakiville is being pounded to smithereens.. It's former inmates having been rescued by Whittier Special Ops and the facilities themselves are being obliterated by the powerful guns of our battleships under orders from the Secretary General and the Politburo of the UPR.
5. We request that International Community recognize Shangia as a world heritage site under the protection of the international community.
6. We request the deployment of an international force to Shangia to protect what is left of the Shangia environment, fauna, and the Shangia people
7. We request international assistance in helping the Shangian rebuild their country. Including the cloning and reintroduction of the Velociraptors.
8. We request the world hold Shonshonia accountable for its crimes against humanity in Shangia. No the Shangia are not human, but the crimes committed against the Shangians should not be committed against any intelligent tool using species.
