Witoslawski Syndicates has officially opened.

Alexander J.C. Witoslawski, after the fall of several nations that he has led (including the massive Spartan Confederat and Second Republic), has opened a Syndicate with his huge capital.

Currently, the Syndicate has five million employees, on it's first day of work alone.

Witoslawski Syndicates owns all weapons that were formerly the property of the Spartan Confederat, Second Republic, Aelmoor, Arcalini, Boer Republics, Juche Resistance, and Jamahriya Polonia.

This includes a very large stockpile of Abakan Assault Rifles (http://club.guns.ru/eng/abakan.html), AK-74SUs (http://home.planet.nl/~rouw0062/dcdbase/fa_ar_ak74.htm), M1A1 Abrams Assault Tanks (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ground/m1-specs.htm), the FB-22 A2 figter bombers (an update of the FB-22 Fighter-Bombers (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/fb-22.htm)), and a large amount of Bio Bombs.*

Prices:

Abakan Assault Rifle: 800 Syndicate Dollars per Unit, no discounts offered (800 SD is already a discount).
AK-74SU: 180 Syndicate Dollars per unit, discount offered per every order of 1 000 units.
M1A1 Abrams Tank: 156 Million Syndicate Dollars per a order of 100 units (cannot order any less).
FB-22 A2: 1 Billon Syndicate Dollars per one unit.
Bio Bomb: 300 Billion Syndicate Dollars. No more than one unit sold per country, unless negotiation occurs or we have a Syndicate on your territory.


Lastly, Witoslawski Syndicates is looking to open diplomatic relations with foreign nations.

Also, Witoslawski Syndicates is looking towards opening Syndicates in several nations for the production of various military and civilian products. Any nation that grants us land to do this will automatically receive 5% share of that given Syndicate. Lastly, every Syndicate improves your nation economy as it increases the income of the average worker and helps improve nation democracy.

Rules for opening a Syndicate on your territory:
There are some rules that apply when you wish to open a Syndicate on your territory. These are:

You must provide the land of your own free will. There will be no payment from Witoslawski Syndicates to your nation for it.
The land on which the Syndicate operates on officially belongs to the nation-state of Witoslawski Syndicates. Witoslawski Syndicates laws, rules, and juristiction apply to these lands.
Your national/regional/provincial/city rules, laws, and juristiction do not apply to the Witoslawski Syndicates land on your territory. Do not worry, this is only for socio-political-economical purposes, so that we can freely operate with our Syndicalist Union, industrial elections, et cetera. The same rules apply to airports (international territory) and embassies (territory of the nation that that embassy represents), so you need not worry, we promise.
When at war with another nation that has Witoslawski Syndicates operating within it, you promise not to bomb, destroy, or in any other way molest or harm the territories of Witoslawski Syndicates in that nation.


However, by agreeing to these terms, you will have several benefits, including:

Five per cent of the profit made by the Syndicate on your territory will go to your national coffers.
Seventy-five percent of the profit made by the Syndicate on your territory will go to the workers who work in the Syndicate, meaning that more people will be able to consume more things, driving your economy forward.
You will experience great relations with Witoslawski Syndicates, and perhaps you will be lucky enough to receive a discount when buying our weapons (after negotiation).
If anything ever happens to the Syndicate and it shuts down, this land will be returned to your nation and your nation's juristiction.

This is a good idea, but can you explain how it is possible?

OOC: If I could have The Spartan Confederat revived that would be great! I'd love you man! ;) :fluffle: As for Geneticon, I do believe that the Bio Bomb is an actual invention, at least it has been rumoured to be. I am no scientist, so I wouldn't be able to explain it well, but I think it somehow destroys living tissue or something like that.

Witoslawski Syndicates encourages nations to give land to the Syndicates.

However, you must realize that once you give the land to the Syndicates, it is owned only by the Syndicates and is in no way under the juristiction of your nation nor the city in which it is in. Also, by opening a Witoslawski Syndicate in your nation, you promise that if you ever go to war with a nation that also houses Syndicates that you will not bomb, destroy, attack, or in any way molest the Syndicates of that nation. But for all the troubles you go through, we promise there are more positives. For example, 5% of the profit from the Syndicate we open in your nation will go directly to your national treasury (whether you plan on building a palace for yourself or helping the poor with that money, we do not care). Furthermore, 75% of the profit goes directly to the workers who work in that Syndicate, meaning that more people will be able to consume more things, driving your economy.

Lastly, if you wish to start a trade agreement, please specify as to what you want from us and then we'll discuss. But if you just wish to purchase some of our products, please inform us.

OOC: If you want to revive your nation, go here (http://www.nationstates.net/page=help). Towards the bottom there's a form. Click on the drop-down menu, and select Restore a Deleted Nation. Then you type in the decscription box asking the moderator real nicely to revive The Spartan Confederat, and boom! There you go.

Eh, I dunno if I do now that I read the terms that the land is permanently yours. And I have enough weapons as is.

Think about is as an airport (international territory) or an embassy (territory of the nation whose embassy that is).

Once Witoslawski Syndicates stops operating on those lands (if it ever does, that is), they will be returned to you. Think about it as more of a loan.

Also, don't forget about that 5% that goes to your national treasury... *winks*

FB-22 A2 units now for sale!

The FB-22 A2, originally developed in The Spartan Confederat (under Witoslawski Syndicates, of course), is an extention of the original FB-22 and FB-22 A1.

The FB-22, or Fighter-Bomber 22, was originally designed by Lockheed Martin. For additional information on the original FB-22, you might want to visit globalsecurity.org (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/fb-22.htm).

The FB-22 A2 has long range bomber capablities, has stealth capablities, can carry a very heavy bomb load, and in addition can defend itself from enemy aircraft.
