Hello. I am a new nation known as Galactic Romania. I am a Future Tech nation (I've researched on the tech levels). My nation is a FT version of the Roman Empire.
Emperor Julius was the Emperor of the Galatic Roman Empire. He had no wife but raised 3 children, two daughters and one son. One day, in the city of Rome, the Galactic Senate met to discuss opening diplomatic relations with other nations.
Maxentius was a man known for his nationalism. He arose in his toga and said ''People of the Senate, we must further diplomacy with other nations. We should leave Isolationism, it is like an anchor, holding us back.''
Another senator, Palladius stood and said ''I agree with Maxentius, we must open diplomacy with other nations. Our nation can not be alone in the universe anymore.''
The Emperor then saw the senators arguing and then he stood and they stopped. Emperor Julius said ''Our nation will open diplomacy with other nations. We will send a message to other nations.''
A message was sent to other nations.
''Greetings from the city of Rome. We, the Galactic Roman Empire wish to open relations with other nations in these galaxies. We hope for things like alliances, embassy exchanges, trade agreements and other things. The GRE is a new nation here so we hope to fit in well.''
Emperor Julius waited for a reply to the letter that the GRE sent.
