In Irathria
The corporate helicopters scouted out the land, delivering the message back to the Allanean Arms Corporation. It was a piece of land big enough for Allanea's purposes, unclaimed and for all intents and purposes uninhabited. Soon enough the order was given, and new aircraft came back. From them, poured armed personnel. They secured the territory, they photographed and mapped it from sattelite, and finally, they stuck a flag into the soil.

By the force vested in this Congress by the People of the United States of Allanea, we now claim this territory as the Allanean Territory of Cameron, to name after Grand-Admiral Blake Cameron, valiantly fallen in war with the foul Kravenites.
At first, all of this land will be owned by Allanean Arms, Inc., who are nevertheless bound by this act to re-sell 95% of the territory to private contractors or organisation at a rate of not higher then $100 per acre and not lower then $50 per acre. This is for the purpose of developing the land, and encouraging an Allanean population in Irathria within ten fiscal years. AA, Inc. is also required by contract to move at least 5 million inhabitants into the territory by the end of the decade.
We will further relocate 1 million troops into the area, purchasing sufficient military base areas from the Corporation for this purpose. This is to defend our possessions, as well as to develop the area. Our neighbors in Irathria are hereby requested to not be alarmed.
