"RF" is shorthand for a player by the name of "Russian Forces", who became infamous for conducting most of his roleplay through the use of googled pictures - usually a few lines of description followed by a half-dozen or so images.
A picture may be worth a thousand words, but it doesn't count if you go trawling for it on the Internet. That your TIGER troopers physically resemble a character from Metroid Prime Two isn't so interesting as the ancillary issues posed by this development.
For example;
How do you genetically engineer these troopers? Does it have a 100% success rate, or are you throwing out abortive attempts in mass graves? What about the expense of raising genetically engineered children to adulthood - what does your government think about the budgetary requirements? What does your citizenry think about the ethical considerations? Do they know, or are you keeping it a military secret? Is whatever educational system you've got to raise them perfect, or do you have to reeducate disaffected washouts? Can these TIGER troopers integrate with normal society at all?
It's these sorts of questions, and how you answer them, that make a roleplay worth reading.
