Whyatica

It was well known across the world that the Supreme State of the Kraven Corporation had very little in the way of allies, or even nonhostile nations. Nations that had been friendly to the Corporation prior to the Fall, and nations that fought alongside Kraven now in Jagada were sent diplomatic invitations to a conference at Whyatican Numonica, a tropical island that now served as a combination naval base and diplomatic centre. Prior to this event, a large embassatorial building had beeb constructed in Numonica, and a conference centre next to it. Transmissions were sent off immediately to these nations;
The Azhujurius of Jenrak;
The Imperial Republic of HailandKill;
The Empire of the Golden Throne of The Macabees;
The Principality of Zeon [Novacom's Alter-Ego];
Oberststadt Fürher Saladin himself waited at Numonica for responses from these nations. He sat in his room in the old Governor's building, and pored in his head over ways to talk to these esteemed diplomats. Saladin was not a diplomat, he was originally a military officer and a professor of military tactics at the esteemed Whyatican Military Institute. He was accustomed to barking at lesser men to get his orders accomplished, and he had a harder time treating other diplomats as equals on his turf.
Nevertheless, Saladin waited..

Fedor was at the front when he first received word of Whyatica's invitation to a conference in some clandestine room within Numonica. Due to the fact that Fedor was moving and redeploying it took some time to get the message to him, but he received it nonetheless, and he muttered to himself. Kraven was a potential ally, but Kraven was also seen as foolhearty and as a potentially bad influence as well. Nevertheless, Fedor had been particularly interested in Kraven, especially since the two nations had hit relations after the War of the Fugue Straits, which had seen a bad beating of the Corporation's navy. Since then the two had become closer and closer, although the First Kraven War had seemed to dissipate any progression that was made - was being the keyword. Fedor held his reserves about possible recuperations in the political spectrum between the two, but with the continuing of the War of Golden Succession not many were sure if this was a good thing to do. Nevertheless, he decided to send the infamous Jench Fersas anyways and reply to their message.
Communiqué to the Supreme State of the Kraven Corporation
Greetings brother. I, Emperor of the Golden Throne Fedor I, have heard your call and my dearest friend and closest advisor, Jench Fersas, will be attending this conference personally. I, myself, would but I have been commanding the front since the Battle of the River Nestor personally, and so far I have been more victorious than the past generals, earning a hard won victory at the Nestor and then against at Mons Dei. I am prepared to drive to Weigar proper in the next month, and then I will have to command the armies of the south in repulsing the Havenic invasion back into their dreary homelands. In any case, before I continue on my tangent, we are looking foward to the future.
Fersas had travelled the world, but this was the first time he would see Numonica. The airtrip had taken him to Atlantian Oceania to refuel and then to Kraven, where he could see the wartorn suburbs of the vast megalopolis scorched and largely destroyed by the fighting during the First Kraven War. Fersas shuddered and turned to his attendé, "This is what the Empire will look like when our own war is over, I would venture to guess. Such a shame that humans can build and destroy alike. We are so advance, yet so primitive. How quaint."
The other man nodded and looked out the oval window which dotted the airframe of the jet and he replied, "I find it best not to think of such things."
Fersas chuckled and answered, "Yes, perhaps you are right."
The jet landed sometime soon thereafter in the midst of the city of Numonica, and it was obvious that this section had been rebuilt just for the conference. But Fersas understood - a nation that portrayed renewed power had to show it, and rubble was not the best method to do as such. Regardless, Fersas hoped that Kraven had enough persuasive power to offer a good argument for the Empire helping it and risking contracting even more enemies.

Revello, like his Macabee counter-part, was also jockeying around battlefields and command bunkers in The Golden Throne. This fact was making most of the Killian generals in that country pull out their hair looking for him, because this message seemed very important; especially after Revello had decided to openly aide Kraven in Jagada. When the exact transmission finally reached him, Revello scanned the paper version of the transmission and knew he would have to dissapoint the Kravenite. With the final invasion of Wiegar coming up, Revello planned to lead the mechanized Killian panzer brigades personally into the heart of the rebel countryside. While Revello was taking a breather at Aurillac he got a satelite link back home to arrange someone to meet the Kravenites in Numonica. After careful thought he decided on his closest friend and advisor, the Killian National Security Adivsor. While the NSA began packing, Revello sent back his own transmission to the Kravenites.
Transmission To Oberststadt Fürher Saladin
I am sorry to disapoint you, but I cannot personally make this conference. I am currently waging war alongside a close ally, and with a major campaign about to start, I cannot afford to leave at this crucial time. However, in my place I am sending my closest friend and advisor. He is currently the Killian head of the national security agency and will no doubt serve the same purpose at the conference as I. As I am sending this he is most likely boarding a plane to Numonica to meet you at this conference. I hope to hear the best of things about this conference, and one day we shall meet.
Revello was right about his NSA being ready to go, because at almost the instant the message was transmitted the NSA was boarding a small leerjet. As the plane taxied to the runway the NSA dozed off in his seat. It would be a long flight and an important conference. He wanted to look absolutely ready for this moment. As the NSA peacefully napped, the jet took off into the vast blue skies.
