We, the Alliance of Worlds, are pleased to announce that we are opening embassies to all who wish to have such embassies. An intergalactic period of war is beginning to unleash itself upon the universe, and we wish to be ready.
We extend the hand of friendship to all who would take it, apart from those we know who would attack our offer of peace.
We are more than willing to set up both regional/alliance, and national embassies for all who ask.
